my delivery never arrived....I didn't receive my food

Well let me tell you something do not eat from this place ! The manger that goes by the name Angela is super rude no customer service dirty floors spider webs and dust everywhere very un hygienic place if you have a sneak peak through the counter it's so disgusting everything is chucked on the floor they boil water on the dirty floor on the other hand the staff are kind and get shouted out from the manger angela rude lady the food hygiene services needs to pay a visit and shut down the place and btw angelina that lip shade does not suit you, you look like that zoo keeper from Madagascar and act like her too oh yeah if your vegan don't go to this place just warning you

I ordered 2x vanilla and got 2x cinnamon

It’s my first time trying pretzels 🥨 and I’m glad 😀 the first impression was great! It was hot, soft and delicious 😋. I ordered for vanilla and sugar. I really enjoyed it. I was the only one in the store at the point in time and so my order was ready in no time. Staff were kind! The samples of pretzels were displayed so you can see what your order will look like. I’ll definitely try pretzels 🥨 again 👌

Shocked. First time at this branch. My review isn't about the pretzels as they are always fresh and tasty at every branch. I walked into this store with the female manager absolutely ridiculing a member of staff. It was very uncomfortable to be stood there waiting for my pretzels as the manager was there shouting at the member of staff. I understand there are private conversations to be had with staff to review their roles and performance however this was pathetic to say the least. Very rude people management and I felt very sorry for this member of staff. She was stood crying and the manager continued to destroy her. Very embarrassing. To hear things like "if this company was owned by me, you would have been sacked a long time ago" was just upsetting ... not in front of customers. Won't be returning at this branch again.

Walked in to order the place looked a bit thrown together unlike previous visits ( although it’s been over a year) Ordered my pretzel had to repeat myself 4 times then was told 2 minutes … 15 minutes later i received my pretzel and my receipt snatched out of my hand. The pretzel itself was very nice and fresh my main concern is what I saw while waiting all the walls were filthy the water sprinklers and ventilation above where the dough is prepared were inches thick in dust the once cream in colour oven gloves used in service were now sludgy brown. This place could do with closeting its doors and having a good clean and training the staff on hygiene standards.

didn’t arrive. drive away and claimed delivered at 15:17 when it was 15:14. food never came

Smelled delicious and always wanted to try and i was shocked about the Pretzels we got! Sesame and salt pretzels were raw and soggy and super oily ! I was hungry so we ate them hot realising half way they were 60% raw and sticky ! I felt super heavy and sick few minuted after ! We went back to inform the staff withiut asking for a refund just to mention and they went super hostile ! Wont be going back ever

I went for a pretzel today and I won't be going back again. I've been here before and had such a great experience that I brought two pretzels. Today was totally different. I was so excited to order that I failed to notice all the mess everywhere. There were boxes, a random mixer on the floor (that I assume was broken) and no seating area as it was filled with rubbish. Onto the pretzel itself, it was burnt! It tasted awful, I took one bite and then binned it. Next time I'll just go to the crepe place next door.

Perfect! Got vanilla & sugar pretzel and cinnamon & sugar pretzel as well as vanilla & sugar pretzel sticks with toffee sauce. Order arrived dead on time and still warm. Would highly recommend. Worth the money for what you get!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pretzel. But the lady took so long to deliver my order. People who ordered after me got their pretzels before me despite having the same order. I can not recommend with such lack luster and lazy service.

Ordered Cinnamon and sugar pretzel sticks and the pretzel sticks had a bitter aftertaste. This is the second time I have ordered from the Leeds store with the same issue. My husband ordered some too and had the same compliant. I love Mr Pretzels and have had it for years and haven’t had this experience. This is disappointing

Cinnamon Pretzel was absolutely COVERED, just the way it should be. however, trying my mocha out for first time the chocolate isn’t melted and blended well so it tastes more bitter, personal preference don’t like it

Cinnamon pretzels absolutey amazing. However the customer service put a bitter taste to the experience. A smile and Thank you would be more welcoming. Perhaps some Traing on customer service would help

Went today with my partner. The 3 staff on rolled their eyes when they realised they had customers to split them up from talking. No customer service, no words spoken a card reader was waved into my face, followed by my present with no words Its clear you don't want to work there, dont be t w a t s to customers.

Visited Mr pretzels today orderd some bits one girl took the order then past it onto someone else Went to pay only had a 20 pound note and she asked if I something small or pay by card was very rude.Then ask me to stand to one side so I did while one assistant went to fill bottles up and the other one went to cut some thing up over the other side. The I was just stud there like a spare part.10mins later I asked her how long my order would be no eye contact and she said 2minites .Still waiting then she went and did my order that was already in the try she then slammed them down on the counter found both of them very rude won't ever call back there again

I have always tried the sweet ones and today I was keen on trying savoury. Must say i was disappointed. Its not as great as sweet ones (Personal opinion). And my special favourites are, white chocolate with vanilla sugar and also cinnamon and sugar (the original 😋) in the sweet ones.

I love these pretzels. However there is one asian looking employee who always seems to have a face on her every time I go in. Constantly acting like she's doing you a favour when you're the one paying for a service. I really don't appreciate it and makes me not want to go in there whenever shes there as shes quite depressing and rude. I am a very loyal customer so this disappoints me that it has hired a person like this, so I will be taking a break and going elsewhere for my treats. She often burns the pretzels too which is just the icing on the cake.

I visited the store in Trinity Leeds. I was disgusted. This awful woman who I took a picture off gave me the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD and that’s me being nice. As soon as we walked in she gave us evils. She looked at me and my sister like we was poo on the ground. It’s like she had a personal vendetta against us and we were stealing her oxygen or something. We ordered our food and she over charged us and slammed the receipt on the desk like we was blind or something. She also got our order wrong and tried to say we was lying about it. We asked her to correct it and she replied with “well u need to give me 50p”. I paid the 50p which I don’t care about but her tone, I can’t even explain. When we sat down to eat she huffed and was disappointed then we were going to be in her presence for a little longer. As you can see in the picture her horrible face that she was pulling at us and that was actually one of her most happiest moments whilst we was in the store. This needs to be looked into and I hope someone gets in touch shortly.

Perfect place for a quick snack whilst exploring Leeds, I had a savoury pizza one whilst Amy enjoyed a sweet pretzel. Both were very delicious and allowed us to continue our exploration of Leeds. Would highly recommend the savory ones!

Delicious, affordable, comfy and very lovely staff. I had the combo of parmesan pretzel + cappuccino for 5£. It is the soft, thick kind of pretzel (not crunchy). I loved it! Makes for a perfect little snack during a shopping day around trinity. Suggestion for owner: a pretzel with cheese, but in a state where the cheese is a little melted and fried. Or one with sunflower seeds. They were my favorite in my home country, and very popular. :)

Keep it simple. Go for the sugared or sesame seed option.

Popped in and purchased 2 pretzels, the staff told us we could get 3 for £9 so we got 3. All of them were delicious and freshly made. The staff were very helpful and gave us suggestions on toppings! Excellent place for a delicious snack!

I love this place! If you haven't tried a soft baked pretzel smothered in nutella and caramel sauce, sprinkled with white chocolate chips then you are seriously missing out!!! The hot dog wrapped pretzels are delicious too! Great savoury and sweet topped warm pretzels made fresh to order by friendly staff.

Pretzel bites are really nice. Last time we came we had cinnamon sugar, this time vanilla with chocolate sauce and chips. Lovely both times. It’s also really good that they’re freshly made to order.

Staff were very down to earth and friendly. The cinammon and sugar pretzel is delicious. Highly recommended that you try the cinammon and sugar with Nutella chocolate spread. 👌❤❤

I really can’t find many faults here! The service is quick, friendly and fast, and the pretzels are delicious! They’re always warm, generously topped, and not too ‘doughy’ and melt in your mouth. I’ve been here many times and they’ve always been great; I can recommend the cinnamon sugar, salted and Nutella pretzels. Price-wise, I’d say they border on being expensive, but these types of places often are... they’re fairly in line with prices of other such establishments. Occasionally the tables aren’t cleaned and there’s a bit of rubbish here and there, but nothing particularly disgusting.

The cinnamon sugar pretzel bites are my favourite, they are a large portion. But this time I went it was rather disappointing!! The large portion that I asked for was really small and they were more like plain pretzels! Maybe I’ll try it again one day, an improvement is needed.

Always when we are downtown, we get a pretzel from Mr, Pretzels kiosks, very fresh, yummy, our favorite is cinnamon+brown sugar pretzel. I was wandering how come there are no kiosks in Laval malls? Hopefully soon.

Tried the original cinnamon fluffy pretzel. Well worth the calories (450?) Smells nice, nice textures of the pretzel, cinnamon, worth every bite. Original, not everyday treat. Pretzels at it`s best! Restaurant has a seating area!

Walked in late for a coffee and had some cinnamon pretzels and Nutella ones Almost 20:00 but the staff were very nice to us still served and wasn't rushing us out Lovely cinnamon pretzels as always

It tastes sooo nice...wasnt expensive and worth every penny. The dough is still hot and i got caramel which just melted in my mouth. Highley recommend going for a snack if your in the area.

Popped in here on Friday afternoon for a quick snack mid shopping. Ordered a pretzel with white chocolate at £3.45. It was okay, but the lady poured the sauce over the pretzel and then put it in a paper bag which resulted in most of the sauce getting smeared inside of the bag (unless I was prepared to lick the paper there was no way for me to get into it which is a shame since it was the best bit). Maybe the company should consider giving the sauce in little pods for dipping instead?

I have to say anywhere I go I look out for one of these! The Parmesan cheese is amazing or the cinnamon either or both are yummy!!

The service was excellent, and the pretzles were fresh and piping hot, but at £4 each I wouldn't make it a regular thing, but it was lovely as a treat.

My daughters are fans of Mr Pretzels, I always buy the 4 for £11 package.... getting all cinnamon sugar...... there have been occasions where there isn't enough sugar on the pretzels and then there are times where there's too much.... if they could get this protocol right then I would be able to give full marks...... awesome and keeps the kids happy ( and quiet !! Lol )

Went to the mr pretzel in leeds.. Coming from america pretzels are a big thing. So I thought to try the Mr pretzel and see what they are all about. I ordered a cinnamon suger pretzel. I had a few bites and realized it was uncooked. I returned to tell a staff member about the pretzel. I told her how do they make their pretzels. She stated that they just follow company procedures. I then asked her if selling raw pretzels was apart of the procedure she began to give me attitude and told me she isn't going to refund me if that's what I came back for because I took a bite out of it. I told her I wasn't looking for a refund I simply wanted to know how you guys are selling uncooked pretzels to customers she told me well take it up with the company.I was very disappointed and how she spoke to me and how she handled the situation even other customers were appalled at how she dealt with me. I haven't been back since and don't plan on it.

It is rare to find a pretzel place anywhere in the UK and this place is gem. The big let down is price for a pretzel and after visiting it I have not been back, due to price.

Visited today and shared a mouth watering, freshly made cinnamon & sugar pretzel. Lots of different flavours to choose from. Drinks reasonably priced. Friendly, polite staff. lovely.

I had a white chocolate pretzel here as a treat. It was immense. The only issue I had was lack of seating (but it is a very busy place) nice staff, quick service - good price. Will 100% be going back!
