First visit to tattu Leeds and had such a great time enjoyed the whole experience! Massive shout out to Sam, Amber, Frank who made my the experience all the better! Thank you!!

My wife and I had a lovely lunch here. It was nice a nice atmosphere with very friendly and welcoming staff (shout-out to Dez) The food was amazing with some very strong flavour choices that just work. Food is presented in an amazing way, lots of dry ice on the cocktails and on the Cherry Blossom dessert. Will definitely be going back again, hopefully to try it in the evening.

We had an amazing experience at Tattu Leeds for my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was stylish and elegant, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. A special mention to Frank Anderson at the bar—he was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to recommend some fantastic drinks, and his expertise really elevated our experience. It’s always great when a bartender not only knows their craft but also makes you feel valued as a guest. He also recommended several delicious dishes. Our waiter David was very helpful and provided great service. The food was outstanding, with every dish beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The attention to detail in both the food and service made the night even more special. My wife absolutely loved it, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Tattu Leeds truly delivers on quality, ambiance, and service. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food and service, our server Charlotte was very knowledgeable and gave great advice and recommendations.

Food portions quite pricey and small. Liked the tempura prawns and rib, as well as tenderstem broccoli. Service - top tier and worth the money. We had Tom and Omari who were amazing! Would return just based on this to be honest, went above and beyond. Atmosphere - decor was lovely, vibe and buzz was nice.

The staff were lovely and accommodating and had some useful suggestions for meals, the food was delicious and filling, we had the two course with the salmon main and was excellent. The dessert was rich and tasty, we had the uzu lemon drop. Deniste and the team were lovely and checked in with us throughout our time here.

I had a really terrible experience here with my partner; good only service only comes to those who don’t raise any issues. Manager is patronising and rude. Ordered a starter which took around 30 minutes to come and was promised a starter on the house, which never happened- utterly frustrating. Requested another bottle of water for the table almost 2 hours in to our experience, which is unusually long, and was made to feel like the last priority as the waiter assisted 3 other tables on the way, and continued to clean tables right next to us before even thinking grabbing that bottle of water for us. Ridiculous times to wait, overpriced, terrible service- would never visit or recommend the others!

Dined here for my 50th birthday, Absolutely amazing experience, really enjoyed all of the food, felt like they want you in an out quickly compared to other places but it was a Saturday and the place was full so understandable I suppose The Server asked me if we were there for a special occasion I said yes and told him, after we got the bill I noticed it said birthday Cookie but this was forgotten, no big deal but it would of been that extra special something , Overall, I would recommend

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Food was beautiful, though lukewarm. Definitely at the expensive end, particularly the wine, which was lively and at the right temperature.

Amazing spot for food, we went for lunch for a birthday celebration and the food was some of the best we’ve had! So much choice for everyone. The atmosphere inside was so good, and decor is amazing, perfect place for a special occasion! Our waiter Mostafa was really helpful, and helped us choose dishes and how much to order etc! Highly recommended the angry bird dish, and the short rib spring rolls!

Good food, friendy staff, lovely atmosphere but it's on the pricey side and portions sizes are small.

The food, both quality and taste cannot faulted. The service was impeccable, Deriel was particularly attentive. My only gripe is I ordered small dishes for my main, and they came out as a 2nd course with the duck. Meaning that my partner had to watch me eat my small dishes and then me watch her eat her main. Would have been nice to come out as I’d asked, but c’est la vie.

All the food and drinks and set up it just for picture taking! everything looks stunning in pictures, but nothing really taste good, some of them were even less than average… you pay the price for atmosphere mostly…

Food and restaurant was lovely, service for food coming was a little slow and the sticky toffee pudding wasn't very warm. Rest of the food was amazing,one of best Chinese we have had in the UK. We had the tattu signature at £90 each Was disappointed to be charged £5.50 for tap water and £11 for prawn crackers we didn't ask for though. With the food and two drinks each our bill was £260 which included a £29 service charge!

Definitely Asian fine dining. Tattu is incredible. When I hear fine dining I always think of tiny little portions of food but not here. Every course was delicious and portions were generous. The steak dish just melted in the mouth, one of the nicest mains I've ever had.

I never expected to find high-end chinese food in Leeds to taste as good as what Tattu offered. Waiters were very professional and kind as well, especially our waiter: David.

We went as a party of 6 for dinner last night (13/2/25) and it was incredible! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the food was delicious. Not a dish we didn't love! 100% recommended and we will definitely return!

The food was amazing. Genuinely fantastic. Service was equally excellent. The fact is 6 of us paid over £500 in total (not including drinks) and a number of us were still hungry at the end.

Choose Tattu to celebrate Valentines Day is such a good choice, the beef short ribs was recommended by a colleague, it lives up to our expectations! Served by Mostafa tonight, he is very sweet, the best! Knowing it’s our first Valentines as a married couple he prepared the little fireworks for us, what a night 10/10!!

Honestly wasn’t off to a great start, waited an hour for food to arrive and were asked if we wanted prawn crackers which never arrived. But the blonde girl in the black suit working there - our receipt says Phoebe so I hope I have the right girl but she was amazing & I don’t think I would’ve even considered going back if it wasn’t for her! 10/10 service

Great place to eat. Service sharp and not too intrusive. Had the middle signature tasting menu. Food was very flavoursome and certainly felt full at the end. Dessert was a little underwhelming but really liked everything else. Mostafa our waiter was very friendly and provided a good dining experience

During our visit at Tattu we had the chance to chat to Franc, who was a really lovely and chatty bartender. He was absolutely fantastic and made us laugh and created really great cocktails! We would definitely recommend the limited cocktail and the Leigongs mace!

My partner arranged a dinner here for my birthday and it did not disappoint. We loved every minute of it, and apart from the food being absolutely out of this world, the atmosphere could not be more perfectly levelled to meet the vibe of the establishment. We cannot wait to go back and enjoy more at our next opportunity.

I find Tattoo overpriced but the food is usually lovely - however today the starter was stone cold and so was the main dish! If you’re going to over charge then at least make sure that the food is piping hot! I also think that each table should be offered water on their table - to have to keep asking for water is ridiculous. We were told that they didn’t have enough decanters to provide water for every table - just buy some more 🤷‍♀️

Tattu in leeds never lives up to the expectations. I booked a table in the new renovated upstairs dining room as last time we went and they gave a table underneath in the galley which wasn't great so this time I booked with plenty of time in advance directly on their website being very carefully to select the upstairs room.. I then rang in the morning of the booking to clarify that just to be told that the room was closed on Thursday ( why they did let me book it then). Absolutely devastated but of course it was a special occasion and we wanted to dine in this fantastic restaurant which promise so much on paper in terms of service and food. Service: I am not sure what's wrong with the waiters at a tattu but they don't smile, they are very polite, but they don't mile. A grin at the best. I think it's because they are trained to sell as much as they can so the service is like going to the till of a supermarket where they remind you of all the offer they have: " would like me to bring you a prawn cocktail to start your night?" " would you like to upgrade to a bottle?". I think the waters are so worried about hard selling upgrades that they forget to engage with the customer. On top of that it was a special occasion for us ( and we told everyone there) and we only got a little fireworks on our table and a very gelid " happy anniversary." I mean we have been to other restaurants in city centre in the same price range and they couldn't do enough for us with lots of little attentions which make all the difference. Food: apart one of two dishes which are really something innovative and unique in the taste , the rest of our food was nothing to remember especially king prawn were cooked in a thick sauce which has nothing to do with fine dining. After two attempts I don't think we will go back to tattu again.

Fantastic experience. Really cant get enough of this place. The food was excellent - as always, and the service was 10/10. Everyone that dealt with us throughout the night was friendly and very efficient. I'd just like to thank Charlotte as well for her brilliant service, and extra mile hospitality. She provided us with some really helpful info regarding some university courses as well. It's staff like this which really encourage people to come back. Thankyou tattu for a lovely evening.

The food was fantastic. For two of us we ordered 4 small plates, 1 main and 2 sides and it was more than enough! Lots of options for vegetarian and pescatarian etc. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the visit all the better. We had our works post-Xmas party here last night and the service was impeccable. AMBER was our host and she was great. Her service was superb and she was accommodating for every request. We can’t wait to return again and would like to Thank Amber for her great service.

Didn’t unfortunately live up to the hype. So many people said incredible and amazing but what we experienced was completely different. For &90 a head we expected so much more and we didn’t expect to be overcharged for sesame crisps we didn’t order nor for cocktails we didn’t order either. We also expected not to be sat so close to other tables that we felt we were eating with them! Expensive and underwhelming especially when we’ve had so much better in Edinburgh when we had the Japanese tasting menu at the Virgin Edinburgh for £75 a head in February last year. Now that was an experience!

Mostafa was brilliant, explained everything really clearly. Food really inventive if a little salty.

Visited for the first time last Saturday. The decor inside is amazing, really beautiful place. We had booked a table online, however we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I understand waiting 5-10 minutes, but 30 minutes was longer than expected. However on the plus side, we did manage to get a drink from the bar, which was really good. Bar staff have an excellent knowledge of drinks. We settled for the signature set menu. It was absolutely incredible, the tastes and flavours were superb. We were left to enjoy the food and felt that we were given enough time to enjoy the experience. I had ask the staff a couple times for a fork to use, however this never arrived but with it being a busy Saturday I understand things get forgotten. My partner and I really enjoyed the experience, we will definitely be visiting again in the future.
