Hubby and I had a swell time it was very demure very classy and very elegant, the staff were superb and the food so anticlimactic.

The food and atmosphere were absolutely lovely, made better by amazing service from Kristine!! We came here for our anniversary, and we got a surprise desert!! Would 100% recommend!

Our first time visiting Tattu, a lovely restaurant with great food and excellent service. Deriel looked after us very well, all staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend. I've only marked the atmosphere as a 3 because it was a lunchtime and very quiet but this didn't detract from the enjoyable food.

Tom was an amazing host and server , we could not be happier with Toms service . The full could definitely be better but the atmosphere and restaurant is beautiful

Tatty is an absolute gem in Leeds. The pecking duck pancakes are an absolute must!! Our waiter was David and he was very helpful and friendly. Overall, really enjoyed my evening.

Mustafa our waiter was great. We had a lovely time. Great food, drinks and a great atmosphere. Only issue was the tables were quite close together so it felt a bit squashed.

The place is gorgeous and the dishes looked and tasted incredible, especially the frozen cherry blossom. Our waiter was also extremely helpful and friendly.

A special thank you to Gulia, our server, who made the evening even more special. Julia was fantastic—intelligent, well-versed in the cuisine, and she presented each dish and drink with elegance. She went above and beyond by bringing us a complimentary fortune cookie with a little note, a thoughtful touch that added so much to our night. 01-11-24 . Tattu Leeds! Wow … I’ve dined here multiple times however tonight was different… I came this evening with a great close friend of mine and we did not hold back, to the Bottle LPR Rosé , Tuna Tartare, Wagyu Bored, Half Lobster finished off with the incredible Louis XIII. The atmosphere, food and whole dynamic of the restaurant exceeded expectations as always. A special Mention to our waiter Mustafa who always made sure our champagne was topped up, recommendations were given and a friendly interaction at each encounter! Thank you Mustafa, you are incredible!

Decided to go for late lunch and liked the set menu which has been on display. While seated and given menu, set lunch. wasn’t offered. After requesting it has been brought. Not very professional. Service then was good and food too.

My dad got me a voucher to use here for my 40th and I'd stalled a while as I was worried it would be style over substance. I love authentic Chinese food with a massive flavour punch. My fiancé insisted I go in with an open mind. I was as open to the experience as possible but... £174 for a bottle of house white, a starter, and two mains is Michelin Star level prices and then some. This was not even local takeaway quality, let alone fine dining. Everything tasted like it had been left to marinate overnight in a layer of rancid oil. So much sugar. It did look very pretty but that's all I can really say without being truly offensive. I will say that David who served us was utterly charming and deserves better.

My experience at Tattu Leeds wasn't good. The food wasn't that delicious and prices are overhyped (£99 per person), but David’s attentiveness and generosity truly elevated the experience. His attention to detail and hospitality ensured that every moment was special, making our visit all the more worthwhile. A big thank you to David for making the evening despite everything amazing. Absolutely delightful meal. Had the 3 course tastes of Tattu menu. We were not disappointed. Food portions were good sizes and every single thing we ate was delicious and very well presented. Staff were very friendly and attentative. The atmosphere was very classy and relaxing. Would I return..... yes absolutely. Very impressed. Cocktails were really nice too.

In a word "FABULOUS"!! Massive shout out to Tom who served me and my friend, his impeccable service had us spending far more than we planned, he is an absolute credit to Tattu :) Will definitely be back!

First time at Tattu and will not be the last! Staff are amazing friendly and helpful, the restaurant looks fantastic, atmosphere is great. Food is amazing full of flavour cooked to perfection. Thank you for a fantastic evening see you again soon !

Left feeling disappointed. First visit to Tatu went with friends and it was very lack lustre experience. Firstly went to the bathroom upon arrival to find vomit down the stairs obviously not the venues fault but still not pleasant. Must say food was terrific and the staff were friendly but a lack of communication is where my issues lie. First course 3 out of the 4 starters came and the 4th took another 10 minutes to arrive to the table so by the time it arrived we were all finished. Mains then arrived promptly couldn’t complain about the food as it was fantastic, after we had finished we then waited for dessert. After 15 minutes into waiting the waitress came to inform us they had run out and only had 1 dessert option available, we were told this at the beginning of the meal when we ordered and had ordered dessert prior so we were confused but confirmed the one option was fine. 45 minutes later said dessert arrived but at that point the whole party was irritated and just wanted to leave after waiting an hour for a marshmallow. That said we would try Tatu again and will hope for a better experience.

Highly disappointing experience. Although the aesthetic of the restaurant is lovely, the food is bang average, no better than a local Chinese takeaway, but 3 times more expensive. The sort of place that takes itself far too seriously & values style over substance.

We celebrated my Son’s Birthday and throughly enjoyed the experience and atmosphere within Tattu Leeds. The Emperor’s Choice was a great selection of finely prepared dishes. All complimented by Lucky Buddha Beer and a wide choice of wine. Deriel capped the overall experience as the more than perfect host - thanks Deriel.

Tattu Leeds offers outstanding modern Chinese cuisine and service, matching the high standards of its London and Birmingham locations. Every dish was beautifully crafted and full of flavor, cocktails are a work of art and the service was impeccable. However, the ambiance didn’t quite match the vibrant atmosphere of the Birmingham branch, and the space felt a bit more compact. Despite that, it remains one of the best dining experiences in the East Midlands, combining exceptional cuisine with excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining in Leeds.

Lovely meal, served by Deriel who was very attentive. Expected smaller portions for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended the Char Siu Pork dish.

Party of 4 for a birthday celebration We were not disappointed. We all had the Tattu signature dishes and was amazing, best we have ever had , decor was devine and our server DERIEL went above and beyond . He explained all of our dishes and couldn’t do enough. Made us feel special and loved my celebration cake , fizz n candle . Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Great night - food superb and service spot on.

One of the managers at the restaurant was extremely rude.My son was playing with the dragon figures placed on the table.One of the managers without informing me or asking my child snatched the dinosaurs from his hands.They need to learn how to be hospitable to the guests at the restaurants especially people with small children.Pathetic behaviour.Wont be eating here again and will not recommend it to anyone. Will be making an official complaint too. Our server however was extremely nice

So me and my girlfriend deceive to go here for our anniversary. As two young people, we get sat right by the bar and next to the wall, and get given the worst waitress. We see all around us, waiters and waitresses helping and being really communicative to other customers, however our waitress just gives us our menu and leaves. So we felt a bit let down seeing everyone else get treated differently. Then, my main course, lobster, was brought out cold and I was left underwhelmed by the lack of freshness of it. For the price of £36 for half a lobster, I was disappointed as I did not want some lobster nuggets. So overall, despite there being a nice ambience and vibe, I feel let down by the one waitress who disregarded us, as well as the cold, dissatisfactory food. Would not recommend if you are young

We visited for our first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by a very lovely Christina (and a lovely smelling restaurant), she was our waitress for the duration of our meal and couldn’t have been nicer. She was attentive, very informative about the menu, super friendly and cheerful. She made the experience a great one. We opted for the modern sharing menu as recommended and it was delicious. The black pepper beef fillet was a particular favourite of my husbands. Thank you Christina for your service and recommendation. We will be back
