Emilia was the best server we’ve had, came over for a friends birthday and we did the drag brunch. She was the most attentive individual and made sure we had everything we needed. The drinks were on time and we had a continuous flow!!! Defo come back

Got 5 drinks on the 1.5 hours we had, was literally my mates 21st. So bad and no compensation, was 30 mins late for table and hardly any drinks. Server was lovely but apart from that no worth it

We celebrated my friend’s birthday brunch here. Our waitress Noemie really looked after us well and gave us amazing service. She definitely made our brunch experience more enjoyable. We all had such a great time. We will definitely be back.

Booked for a hen do, rang 3 times asking to sit together. After half an hour wait we ended up sitting separately even though we specifically asked to sit together. Staff extremely rude and argumentative. When we finally got to the table the bride sat on glass and it left a hole in her EXPENSIVE dress and cut her leg. Unfortunately not impressed at all. Disgraceful really!!

We came as a group of 8 for my friend’s 18th birthday! The service was poor, and we actually witnessed the staff talking about us straight in front of our table. The food wasn’t good (steak was overcooked/ burnt, hair in one of the burgers, and the breakfast muffin stale). We also only received around 3 drinks the whole 90 minutes we were here. We then got kicked off our table with our drinks (which we ordered 40 minutes to prior to finishing our brunch)- and told that there were tables outside. We were then told that we couldn’t sit on the tables outside. We will NOT be returning, and are extremely disappointed.

Booked for Bottomless Brunch as we love Neighbourhood and the atmosphere. As always brilliant DJ, great vibes all round upon arrival. However, after sitting us down for our Bottomless Brunch to start the service was really poor which is something we really weren’t expecting after hearing lots of great reviews! Took 15 minutes for our first drinks to arrive after 30 mins, still no second drink. We had to try and get the attention of the waitress for another drinks order to be placed. One drinks order came to our table by accident, we explained this wasn’t ours and that it might be the table next to us, in which the waitress rolled her eyes and huffed before storming off, which made us feel uncomfortable and like we were an inconvenience even though it wasn’t our fault the wrong order had been brought to us! It was indeed the next tables order. We understand mistakes happen and were totally taken aback by the waitresses attitude! The food was fine and came out quite quickly! Just not the experience we would have hoped for. Would more than likely return to the Neighbourhood just for drinks but upon my experience, would not be returning for a Bottomless Brunch.

Contactactless didn't work according to bar maid , on checking my bank account, I had indeed been charged not once but twice for same round of drinks when I questioned manager he said I would not be served as I was under the influence, beware I am 60 yrs old ,& felt insulted by the obnoxious manager to avert the issue.

Visited Neighbourhood Leeds for drinks and food on Friday. Had such a lovely time, amazing drinks and friendly staff! Toby looked after us in the restaurant and really made our evening special. Will definitely be revisiting :)

Horses for courses this place. Food was alright, service was amazing, kudos to the waitresses who didn't stop running around. We went for a bottomless brunch on one of the hottest days of the year. Not the time I wanted to be served a warm bottle of beer but I'd never tried pink gin before and that's some dangerously refreshing stuff. Over all a good experience, maybe I'm getting on in years but the DJ set at 4.30pm made it pretty difficult to hold a conversation. We also had issues in the booking process where an add on if booking past 4pm was not mentioned until quite late down the line. That alongside the cold beers makes for an average review.

Went to Neighbourhood Leeds on Friday night and has a fantastic evening!! Toby the floor manager was excellent, providing great food and drink recommendations and overall making our evening very enjoyable! I would absolutely recommend this bar for anyone looking for a fun evening in Leeds with their friends.

Me and my friend came here for cocktails and for the bottomless dining. Friyya was absolutely lovely, she was so attentive and we really enjoyed our night! 😊

I think it's disgraceful that 'doubles are standard', but you aren't informed of this. Luckily, I noticed they were about to charge me £25 for 2 drinks. When I questioned it, I was given the 'doubles are standard' tag line. Unfortunately, other people in my party hadn't realised and paid well over £30 for 3 drinks. The bar is clearly taking advantage of the fact that most people just tap and pay, not actually checking what the cost is. When I told the bar staff I just wanted a single, I was given the doubles at the single price. Ensure you ask for single measures unless you want to be ripped off!

First of all loved James!! Perfect host/server really attentive to us!! Food was okay tbf. Wasn’t amazing but like was nice. Had the burger who h was a decent proportion and my friend had 2 sides which I think is a good offer instead of 1 main. Saturday night also had a saxophone which was amazing!! Very different and unique compared to the other place Very random but toilets were clean which is unusual for such a busy place.

We went for a brunch which is 1.5hrs we waited over 20mins for our 1st drink which is not very good the food was amazing and if it wasn’t for 1 amazing member of staff jayna who went above and beyond which made our experience the best possible

Absolutely awful customer service, me and my friend both questioned an extremely overpriced vodka and Coke amd bacRdi and Coke that were £12.25 each, the barman snapped at us and said its double as standard unless you specify that you want a single. What a load of rubbish. Never been spoken to like that ever before in any other bar. He treated us like dirt for asking a simple question. Won't be returning.

Attended for a bottomless brunch yesterday. Chose here as previous trips by other members of our party had previously had good experiences. Sadly, yesterday’s experience was completely sub par. Booked for 2pm, and arrived on time. It took 10 mins for a drinks order to be taken - bearing in mind this is a timed bottomless. They brought one bottle of Prosecco over which wasn’t even a glass each for the 7 of us. Staff never, not once, came and asked us if we wanted another drink, we had to call them over each time and then it was even slower coming. One example was that we ordered some drinks, and some members of our party went outside for a vape and another to the toilet, by the time they came back, the drinks still hadn’t arrived. It’s all well and good charging £38 for a 90 minute bottomless, unlimited drinks package, but when the majority of that 90 minutes is sat waiting for drinks to be served, it’s not exactly value for money, and quite honestly, a waste of money. Coupled with miserable staff, who really didn’t want to be there, until it came to asking us for a review and offering us a free shot if we did do the review - one of the worst bottomless brunch experiences I’ve had.

Great service and enjoyed the food. However if you are looking for long chats it probably isn't the place to go, as more of a party vibe and quite noisy.

Had a bottomless brunch booked and the service was amazing! We always had a drink and the staff were extremely attentive. The food was also delicious, definitely recommend the Eggs Benedict! The atmosphere in the venue was great and we stayed for a few hours after our bottomless brunch booking. Would 100% recommend if you want a bottomless brunch with good food and flowing drinks! Will be back :)

Whilst the food was faultless, the staff were a little miserable and service was extremely slow for a bottomless brunch on a quiet afternoon.

The service from the staff was great, a little pushy when they wanted the table back and they could have put it a different way about taking our drinks to another area. Food was average, and the venue extremely noisy do wasn't for me.

Booked the brunch for my 20th birthday, the service was awful they hardly came round to ask us for more drinks I had to ask 4 times, only thing that was decent was the food, just wasn’t what I was expecting didn’t get much use of the bottomless brunch

Happy to let a group of 5 lads in if you book a table and spend silly money on bottle service which weve done many times but when you just chance it its "no groups"

We attended for a bottomless brunch on a Saturday night, the atmosphere in the bar is amazing with live saxophonist on. The food included in the brunch was really good quality (not always the case with other bottomless brunches) and service was generally quite quick. That being said, we felt a little short changed having paid £45 each for a 90 minute sitting yet we were given the bill and card machine 70 minutes in. Once paid I asked if we could order our last round of drinks as we still had 20 minutes left, only to be told no our bottomless was over. By 80 minutes in we were asked to leave as they needed the table back for next reservation. Brunch food / drinks / atmosphere was overall positive however if you’re advertising a 90 minute brunch then the brunch should last 90 minutes, not 70. We also felt like the brunch area could have been controlled a little better, although it was cordoned off, large groups were entering the area and crowding tables (where people were eating) to use the area as a dance floor.

Went for my 18 birthday with 7 of my friends we all booked a bottomless brunch and paid £46 each including 10% service charge . The service was poor we was sat right next to the dj set so couldn’t hear anything that was said . We arrived on the time our brunch started and didn’t get sat down for ten minutes . We then go rushed off the table early due to another booking just upset defo not worth anyone’s money slug and lettuce is a better experience

We booked for bottomless dinner for 8.30, we were running late due to traffic on the motorway and saw online there was a bottomless dinner table available at 9, so we called and asked to change the table to 9, the woman insisted that we could only have 8.45 so we took it. We got there on time and then had to wait a while to be seated. Once seated we waited around 10 mins minimum to be served, other people who came in after us were being served, it was like they didn’t want to serve our table. I finally managed to call someone over. After that the service was average. The girl who initially served us clearly had an issue with us saying about the wait as she had a face on her the rest of the time we were there. Even purposely walking past us and not serving us. I should have got her name. There were two other girls serving tables who spent the majority of the evening just chatting to each other. Honestly the service was really poor. A guy was sick on the floor next to us twice and wasn’t removed from the venue. Their table was being a nuisance and despite bouncers talking to them they didn’t really do anything about it. Other than that, the food was ok although the chicken smelt fishy, so I assume they had been cooked in the same fryer. Burgers were overcooked/burnt. Our time was cut short, despite the booking saying we get 1 hour 45 minutes and we were started late. We also got over charged at the end but by that time we couldn’t be bothered and just paid and left.

Macey is fabulous and on top of service. She brought drinks before we even asked for them. What an amazing time at bottneless brunch mamma Mia Lacey made it 10/10, what a super star she is Drag queen show was such a laugh and very interactive! Would highly recommend

I came to neighbourhood for a last minute dinner date with my friend not expecting anything spectacular as like I said was planned last minute…HOWEVER you would have thought we had this night out planned for weeks on end with how great it was. Izzy our waitress went above and beyond for us making sure to cater to our every need…if you are ever in Liverpool this is THE destination to come to. Food 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, staff 10/10. Would 1000% recommend.

Came in on Friday 23/2 for bottomless dining. It took a while to be served at first and we were disappointed to find out that we would only be able to order single drinks even though the menu states we could have "unlimited fizz, pink fizz, gin, pink gin, vodka, rum and beer". I have never drank more lemonade than that night! Drinks often arrived with ice or filled to the top even though we had asked for the opposite. We felt like the staff couldn't be bothered and would often walk away before we finished talking to them. This did improve slightly later on - they would approach us every 5-10 because we could only have single drinks and finished them fast. We had southern chicken dinner, popcorn chicken and little beef burgers - all pretty good with the sauces included. In the last 30 mins or so of our dinner, loud music and barely dressed dancers came in - this paired with blinding lights pointed to our faces made us feel uncomfortable, so we left to have the last few drinks outside. I won't be back based on the overall experience.

Came in to do a bottomless roast. We had a wonderful server, Tijauna, who was so lovely. We had a gret time and the drinks came quick!!.

I made a reservation for a hen-do on Saturday and spoke to a lovely lady called Charlotte. Straight from the get go she was polite and friendly. Charlotte was very accommodating for a person in our party with dietary requirements and made sure she was super thorough with the details. We’ll definitely return, super staff and great bottomless hen-do!

We did all you can drink brunch for 90 mins on a Sunday. We had Sunday dinner, and it was lovely, especially the gravy.

We came for my friend's hen party & had bottomless brunch. The food were great. Can't complain on that note. However.. It took around 15 minutes to receive our 1st drink (we had already been seated 20mins) one of the staff didn't seem like she wanted to help, they seemed unsure what drinks were included or what food had already been preordered. The service for the drinks going forward, trying to get the attention of someone to get another drink, was extremely hard everytime as much as we tried to get the attention. Around 40mins before we finished, our inflatables were taken away for safe keeping, to hear the girls at the table were spoken to in an unpleasant way was also disappointing. At the time of our arrive the venue wasn't full or busy, so our experience wasn't as great as we had expected.

We went on a quiet Sunday to make use of the 50% off in January deal. The place was spotless, our waitress Rosie was really lovely and super attentive. My boyfriend had the steak which he said was cooked to perfection and a lovely cut of meat. I had a Caesar salad which was equally incredible and well seasoned. I would highly recommend this place!

We’d had a reservation booked for weeks for all our friends reuniting however we were told when we arrived any group of over 6 had to be mixed. We hadn’t been told this when making the reservation and I looked online and there’s no mention of this. They also cheekily tried to get us to pay a service charge before we even got there. We also saw a group a 9 girls go in straight afterwards so was clearly just because we’re lads. Doormen we’re rude and didn’t listen when we recommended sitting in separate groups. Ended up ruining our Christmas do we’d planned months. Don’t book here 👎
