Halima our server was absolutely amazing. So friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Food was also lovely.

Went here with my partner and we had the tapas. The place itself is stunning, lots going on really nice bar. The staff we spoke with were all really nice and knew what they were doing. The cocktails were good and the food was amazing! Can't fault the place 1 bit!!

Brilliant big bar , we visited Leeds for some mid afternoon drinks & with not really knowing where we were going we just went where it looked reasonably busy with a good vibe so this one of the places we visited.

CUBA's revolution, I thought I listened to Latin music and there was nothing, we asked the DJ twice and we didn't listen to Latin music.

This place is great. Millie who works there gave me a lime when I asked, because I love limes. Fantastic customer service. I will be coming here again to see Millie and get more limes. Bye.

Had a bottomless brunch here on a weekday and it was a fantastic experience from start to end. The food and drink was delicious but what made it so special was how pleasant and friendly the staff were. Good selection of meals and drinks and compared to other bottomless brunches I've been to the staff were very obliging to go at our pace instead of too slow or too fast. Excellent value for money and an excellent experience would definitely recommend.

I had the tacos on the taco Tuesday offer and the tacos were very disappointing. The meat was very chewy it was 90% salad. It was very soft and soggy as if the tortilla had been soaked in water however, the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was to be expected for a Tuesday.

What started as a fantastic evening, party were 20 min late due to crash on motorway which staff were understanding about, led to confusion and rude understanding from staff. While we mentioned one of our party was alc free he was still served a mimosa to start (no worries as he doesn’t mind the one) however we specified non alcoholic mojito, which on the menu is under ‘classic’ in the non alcoholic section. However still served with alcohol. When we questioned as we received the bill for full price premium bottomless brunch deal we were told that’s because he drank some (before realising it had alcohol) he was to pay full price. Shabby excuse for management and what started as a lovely night turned to disappointment. We traveled over 20 miles to spend my friends 21st here and have been left with a bad taste for the establishment.

Must say off the bat, Dante was a phenomenal host. We came to the bar on a quiet Sunday night, (Sunday Sunday) the bar was quiet but the chat was not. We felt comfortable, laughed, where made to feel welcome. Dante is an absolute asset to your bar. Love this place. Thank you!

Great little cafe with great coffee and even though healthy (vegan) the cakes were delicious.

Lovely welcome, there was nearly 30 of us, so a big party. Was a bit sceptical about how it would be handled. No need, they gave us an area upstairs, 3 booths, 3 tables and arranged it so the food was buffet style which was perfect for us all to eat and mingle. On arrival three of the tables had processco and orange juice, aperol spritz and daiquiri trees to get us all started. Lovely and cool on a hot day. The food was great, nice and hot, breakfast burritos, quesedillas, cuban potates, and veggie/vegan selection. We had attentive servers coming round regularly for alternative drink orders. Shout out to Simone, Harish and Saide you smashed it, fantastic service. A very enjoyable afternoon thank u x

Refused cash payment. Bad show. Also... Favela beer 'A taste of Rio'.... Rio is about a thousand miles from Cuba. And the word Favela means slum. Shame on whoever has turned the suffering of thousands into a marketing campaign.

I will never go here again the service was horrendous the drinks were limited to make it easier for “the staff”. And told we had to wait for everyone to finish drinks before we could order more… it was supposed to be brunch all you can drink.. the food wasn’t nice it was cold, couldn’t even chew toast it was rock hard and cold, the burger was very chewy the avocado looked like a mushroom..staff got arsey saying we drink too fast for them which we were waiting 20mins for a drink to be made they then brought jugs out but only allowed 2 and each jug filled 3 drinks so only 6 people got drinks at a time. It was supposed to be a fun night not bloody stressful 😩

Went to to a comedy set, only joke didn't like was staff allowing people to vape. Didn't have skills to throw them out, got a warning but they still continued. Even vaping at bar in front of staff. Its just embarrasing, we even had an SIA person in our group and they said the door staff would be relaced.

Came yesterday evening for the cocktail masterclass with a friend. It was brilliant, Dante and Jack were really friendly and entertaining. The cocktail making was great and everyone in the group seemed to enjoy themselves. Well done to everyone involved.

Went for 2-4-1 cocktails. Note that the cocktails need to be the same, we weren't aware of this on the first round so didn't take advantage of the offer.

My experience at this place was dreadful. The hostess was rude, and the waiter, tall and bearded, was dismissive and ignorant. He got our orders wrong and showed no interest in providing good service. Steer clear of this place.It's truly disappointing because I've had pleasant experiences here before. However, this time was a complete letdown.

Utterly appalling! The staff were shockingly rude and couldn't care less about customer service. It was like they went out of their way to be unpleasant.The hostess was just plain rude, behaving more like a prison guard than someone in the hospitality industry. She treated us with contempt, as if we were inmates rather than paying customers or as if we didn't deserve to be in there. The tall, dark-haired, bearded waiter deliberately ignored our attempts to get his attention, preferring to walk past us every time to then go and gossip with the surly hostess, completely disregarding his job and paying customers.Absolutely shambolic. Avoid this place like the plague!

My recent visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster. Despite the lack of other patrons, we were completely ignored upon entering. We eventually seated ourselves, only to be met with 10 minutes of continuous neglect from the staff. Our attempts to get their attention were futile, as they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than acknowledging our presence. Frustrated and appalled by the lack of service, we decided to leave. As we walked out, we expressed our disappointment, to which the staff responded with laughter and smirks. Not a single apology was offered for their blatant disregard for us as customers. I can't even comment on the quality of the food because we never got the chance to order. This establishment boasts the rudest staff I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Male bartender quite rude and abrupt. Near on empty restaurant both times during same night. But drinks are lovely.

I had a rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing. The team who helped me arranged the group booking was fantastic. We had a buffet and everyone loved it. The place is such a vibe and their cocktails are fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone needing a group booking.

Booked in for a Tapas for 3 people and 2 cocktails, but the offer is very misleading. I would have expected to get a cocktail for at least all of the guests booked in and I would have expected better sized portions for 3 people. What we got was the same as 2 people or even 1 person. Quite disappointed and won't be looking to ho back. Very loud, which you expect later at night. Not early evening when you are trying to have a meal. Service was okay, but could have been better.

We booked the cocktail making class for my daughters Hen party, this was fantastic and the young lady that was our teacher was lovely. We then had a pre booked meal downstairs, then back upstairs to the nightclub, we had a fabulous time. I would recommend the cocktail class to anyone in a party😍

We had a table booked for 5.15 last Friday before a trip to the Arena. We thought we would have plenty of time, but this wasn’t the case as the service was so slow. We were seated near the door and people were constantly coming in and out and leaving the door open, so we were rather cold. We got up and closed it ourselves several times. We ordered nachos to share which took ages to arrive, they tasted nice but were on the cold side. We also took advantage of the 2 for £10.00 cocktails, little did we know that we couldn’t use this offer alongside the Meerkat offer otherwise I don’t think we would have bothered. So, when our bill came and we queried this we were told that we couldn’t use the cocktail offer with the other offer so we ended up paying £11 each for a cocktail! We queried this with the waitress, and she was a bit clueless when we said it didn’t mention anywhere that we couldn’t do the cocktail offer with another offer. My partner had a burger which he said was nice and I had chicken enchiladas and fries. Again, the chicken was on the cool side and the fries were cold. I returned the fries and by the time the replacements had arrived, I had almost finished my main course. We asked for mayo which arrived with my second portion of fries with the waitress saying sorry she had forgotten it. It wasn’t even busy so they can’t blame that on the extremely slow service.

Palace is ok, but staff needs to be retrained, not sure why they hiding their names once asked, probably they know that they wrong. Red hair waiters brought wrong drink to what I ordered and asked for double payment to change it, and refused to give her name. It took 10 minutes to get the Managers name, not sure what's the purpose of hiding names if you don't feel you are in the wrong. It's unfortunate that nice place cam be ruined by underpriced rude staff. Message to rhe manager Marion please get more training to your staff.

I want to share my disappointment, I am Ukrainian and English it is not my mother tongue . Last night me and my friends decided visit the club for a drink after a wonderful dinner, went to the bar order cocktails but what surprised me I was refused, i understand maybe barmen didn’t understand me because I am Ukrainian and my accent hard to understand special on a louder place but it is not making me drunk person I asked to call the administrator some girl appears and her attitude was definitely not about satisfaction or giving a good care about guests in club. I explained for her in detail and you know what was her replied, you were drunk it was a shock for me , on a dinner time we drank 3 cocktails and that's all, but she claimed I'm drunk, it was so disappointing this place ruined our night all it was about just to dance and drink a couple more cocktails, but it ended with terrible mood, I have not had such experience in my whole life

When arrived for a pre booked table, we were given one swiftly. We then didn’t have any service so husband had to go to bar for drinks, not really a massive problem. Waitress was run off her feet! Definitely could of done with another couple of staff as it was very busy. We then ordered a starter and two mains, all came. When we finished we waited a good while for the waitress to come, we then ordered two more drinks and a dessert. After 20 mins of waiting again, a senior member of staff approached us and asked if everything was ok, I did say we had been waiting for a dessert and two drinks. When I said if they were going to be much longer she said ‘Yes they will be, we have a private party upstairs!’ If you are not able to provide a service for other customers then don’t. I did ask for the bill to be told…we haven’t charged you for the desert?!? We didn’t have it!!!! We had traveled from Newcastle to Leeds for a special weekend away, mainly to use this restaurant after having a great experience at the Harrogate and Newcastle branches. Unfortunately we won’t be using this chain again.

We chose Revolution de Cuba for a bottomless brunch experience, and from the moment we arrived, Emma warmly greeted us and ensured we were comfortably seated while getting us started with some mimosa’s. Throughout our meal, both Emma and Jasmine provided exceptional service, exhibiting both warmth and attentiveness. Our visit to this brunch spot exceeded our expectations, and we will be returning. Many thanks for a delightful experience!

As an attendee to a friends 47th birthday party brunch.. Booked premium, so that's £42.50 which gives you a better selection of drinks, apparently.. In my experience, the service was shocking, and the venue wasn't fully booked. The Strawberry daiquiri resembled a red slush, which was un suckable, disgusting. AnaCuban too much ice, top it off Spicy chicken burger, and beef burger reminded me of student food.. the toasted brioche was soo tough it disintegrated when bitten to. So after a few complaints, the manager came over to appease us. Changed the food to quesidas these arrived cold, as did the chips. which were additional cost. End of the experience, downgraded to basic £33.00 but just not good enough

Booked a table to eat and make the most of the 50% off voucher. Food was ok but not as good as when I have eaten there previously. Some things were unavailable on the tapas menu and our order seemed lukewarm if not a but on the cold side. The food seemed heavily salted - patatas bravas in particular which we couldn't finish. My husband adds a lot of salt to his food so to say that he found it too much says a lot! Would have been disappointed if we had paid full price. Would score a 3 for the food but given 4 stars as the cocktails were delicious, good atmosphere and the venue itself is always a favourite with us. Certainly will be back for drinks and the live band, but will likely give the food a miss.

Great lunchtime deal, lovely friendly staff, very efficient and attentive. The food was delicious and it's well worth a trip if you're in town looking for a bite to eat at lunchtime. I've never been in the evening but the foods great and so is the atmosphere.

As fellow hospitality staff, we took advantage on the super cheap set menu and double your bar tab. Was really impressed that as we usually have awards at our own restaurant and us having a big booking on the same night they offered to set everything up upstairs with a projector and everything the effort the staff went to to make sure we have a great evening even though everything was super cheap was awesome. I’m really sorry but because I have slept I can’t remember the girl that looked after us us but was something like Anne Marie if I ask my team they would 100% know her name as she made sure we were looked after every step of the way. Team members like her is why I love the hospitality industry. Tbh only came because of the double your bar tab but recommended you to everyone since from our awesome experience thank you so much guys xx

The food was good, and the venue is lovely. The only downside was the service, which wasn't the friendliest. However, their attitude improved after we brought it to their attention.

A fantastic, family friendly meal out with outstanding staff. We booked for a Friday evening and were apprehensive that it wouldn't be suitable with a young child.... But we had nothing to worry about! We were welcomed by warm, friendly staff who immediately put us at ease and brought a child's menu and colouring. We were there early evening and staff helped us select drinks so we benefited from the offers. They had no issue with us taking advantage of the 2for£10 cocktails throughout our meal and brought the drinks swiftly. Upon seeing our child's face light up when our cocktails arrived, the wonderful staff decided to make an identical, child friendly version just to be kind. (This was very well received with a huge smile when brought to the table!) The food was lovely and the children's menu is exceptional value. The child's juice arrived in a fun pineapple glass too! Staff also provided Hawaiian Leis for us to wear to get into the party spirit. Dining was at the end of the building separated from those arriving for Friday night drinks but close enough to take in the atmosphere and enjoy the live music. Been to this place several times over the last few years,always lovey atmosphere,staff always friendly and polite.Normally go just for drinks,slightly expensive but its location an atmosphere make up for it.This time we decided to try the food as well.My Wife’s paella was very nice,unfortunately my cheese burger was very dry and little if any cheese.Will probably return but maybe not for the food.It as very busy and a most of the tables were full but still service was good

Came here for my lunch today, we were told we can sit anywhere, the whole place had more staff than customers. Only 3 tables were filled, They took 20 minutes after we have gone to the bar to order and told that someone is going to come to our table to take our order. To tell us to go to the bar to order. After being sent back. The food came end of our lunch break. I tired to get the attention of one of the waiters however she just ignored me to my face and continued her conversation with her colleagues that did not include work. Not good service at all, it’s such a shame as the food was actually quite nice but the service was horrible.

Unbelievably, a bar that size and they had No red wine! Said had ran out over Xmas. Was 6 Jan when i visited. 50% off food was a good deal though but staff seemed to have difficulty processing it! We had booked for a large group but there were not enough chairs, took one from an empty table to use only to be told I'd have to give it up as they had another booking for that chair in twenty minutes! Don't think I'd rush back there
