Jerk Express in Leeds

Don’t order via the app! Website told me to order via the app so we did and then when we got to the restaurant they said they didn’t have our order as they no longer use the app. The lady then managed to find our order but they were out of stock of multiple things! They did swap things in/out to match the price we’d paid and the food was decent but wasn’t the best service. An error easily rectified however!

The best Jamaican food we’ve had! I’ve driven past here so many times and it always smells amazing as they bbq their chicken outside. Finally got the chance to go and it did not disappoint! Big portions and so tasty!

Jerk express made me feel like I was on holiday. We arrived in Hawaiian shirts and bedazzled sunglasses in anticipation and had the date in the calendar from a week before the big day. we were not disappointed. I saw a review of this on YouTube and wanted to check it out, I love Jerk Chicken. The chicken is cooked on a BBQ in front of the restaurant, the Jerk Chicken has great flavour and is even better BBQ, it isn't hot Jerk at all, in fact, I would say it is fairly mild in terms of heat, but massive in terms of flavour. The dumplings are awesome and a bargain, I ordered Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas, faultless, big portion. My kids had a Jerk burger which was excellent and a Fried Chicken Burger, this was next level, in fact I would say this was one of the best fried chicken burgers I've ever had, stunning. This place is wonderful and I can't wait to go back.
