It is worst place ever, It is the second time that we order for collection and after we go for collection they said sorry we forgot to place the order. Definitely won’t come back again. I thought they have learned from my review on google 11 months ago but it seems that they are same (No change). Not recommended

The worst place to go!! Do not go there!! We paid for our meal and asked for the can of drink straight away and he refused to go fetch us our drink. We asked for our money back which was a struggle aswell.

I have had Raja’s pizza both in the restaurant and delivered and it is amazing! I fully recommend the stuffed crust with garlic dip. Mozzarella sticks are to die for too! Best in Leeds, easy! My go-to pizza-place!

i have ordered here quite a few times @ this time. They told me it’s been made and is waiting for driver. told me it was gonna be here for 12:10… i then had to call them for them to tell me they couldn’t send it out because there was no drivers.. THEY THEN MADE ME CONTACT JUST EAT TO GIVE ME A REFUND

Ordered food and paid for it, waited half an hour for the food. Stood waiting a further 10 minutes and eventually food was ready. Person serving then tried to say my payment hadn't gone through. I asked for proof, he made excuses and kept telling me to pay again. I ended up leaving without food. Checked back and money had been take. They are thieves, avoid this place.

I bought the Spicy Fish Burger meal from this fine Establishment. It was a euphoric experience. My taste buds were overwhelmed by the divine flavours. The synergy of Bread, Fried fish and Cheese was something to behold. The chips was like an Arnold Schwarzenegger phenotype of McDonalds chips, and “I’ll be back”. They had more sauce than even the hippest up and coming rappers. The thing that elevated my experience was the soundtrack. Nothing beats biting into a burger, and hearing the Notorious B.I.G. say “Born sinner, the opposite of a winner. Remember when I used to eat sardines for dinner “. Overall would definitely recommend, if you would like to consume quality take away at a decent price #StayWoke.

Rubbish- as placed order on the website Confirmed and confirmation text sent Note added on checking to say order cooking and note stating shop shut?? After 1hr called shop- worker said Internets down no just eat orders been taken no order placed OKAAAAYY?? I ordered on shop site not just eat. RAJAS ARE RUBBISH GOODBYE😘👏👏👏

Found this place in Leeds City Centre and can't stop going back for their Superb Zingy burger meal. Fantastic value at 4.99 with chips and drink it's better than KFC Zinger Burger

The place in general is really dirty and they have a table right near the toilets 🤮...also last time I went I couldn’t eat my food in peace because of flys coming near my food. The food is very basic, not the greatest..

Called in prior to the theatre as time was tight. Had the cheeseburger and fries. The fries are slightly spicy and vary tasty. Good value for money. The seats in downstairs area are in need of urgent replacement. A typical fast food place in a busy city centre.

Boss mans a g, sorts a fire peri strip meal, always pulls through plus the chandeliers suggests an upper class environment, definitely take the missus here on our anniversary Shout out bossman with the fresh fade.

Ordered food to be delivered, was late and cold and they gave me the wrong food! So I ended up paying for more than what I received. Went straight to the bin and didn’t call to get the correct order as I was not willing to stay awake any longer for food. Ordered at 11.30 recurved food at 1.30 am

I love raja’s but this let me down, 25 minutes late and the chips were cold and tasted like they were cooked 24 hours earlier. I was highly looking forward to it and have been left bitterly disappointed. 🥺

Waited a hour and half for our food for it to say on the app that it had been delivered so rang them up and they apparently didn't get our order even thought the confirmed it and said it was delivered, very unhappy and will not be ordering from here again

The food was so under cooked I could not eat it. Usually its all good but I'm so upset with the customer service and quality of food. I didn't get any help or a refund and they expect me to call tomorrow to complain. Ridiculous. Will never order again

Had a bucket of chicken and chips to share, chicken luke warm, chips cooked in old oil,eating area falling apart needs a major clean and the area for cooking food and storing cooked food looks like old equipment from a KFC shop in the 60s.service nobody seems to care and will definitely not return.

The chicken and chips meal was the classic we always had for years. Still tasty as always. BUT we found extra BLACK fried stuff in my food. One looked like over fried part of the chip and the other two looked like rat dropping being fried! Seatings all broken and ripped. Food menu says 2 piece chicken and chips with Pepsi is £2.49. But I have been charged £2.79! I asked them they said Pepsi is extra 30p.. but that’s not what it says on the menu. That’s classic Tipical Raja style over charging people like always.

Theft. I have been charged for an order that never arrived. I want my money back and for the company to admit fault when they choose not to deliver an order but still claim the money. Claiming they delivered when I have been waiting over an hour and they clearly haven't.

Food has always been good when ordering in, dont bother asking for a delivery though never on time (over an hour late) and got my order wrong in the end aswell.

I have ordered pizza from rajas. They have sent us totally wrong order. I have rung them and they never apologised for sending wrong pizza. But said that they will try to send right order but not received anything and also called them again. But again same answer and also said they are very busy and that but never offered refunds or anything. I am very disappointed with the service i received and will not order from them again.

Ordered a tripled cheeseburger delivery at my work place/hotel. I added a comnent to come to reception. Arrival time was 23:45. 00:15 called back the restutant as I was still waiting for my food. the driver waited outside and went back to the restaurant as he couldn't reach me over the phone. Reason I asked to go at reception is beacause I was working and the signal is bad in my hotel. Ok he was coming back and should be at the hotel within 10 minutes. 1:00ish got a called at reception/hotel phone from the delivery guy , he was waiting outside. Extremely dry burger, chicken salad tasteless. Couldn't eat . Never again!!!

The food was supposed to be deliveres at 22:25 and was delivered at 23:00 this is unacceptable since I was waiting out in the cold for 30 minutes

Wasn’t too bad, the strips were definitely better than the wings 100%, but they were hard and the texture was a bit off

CHEsse came on my chicken burger when I didn’t ask for it, the bread was soggy and thin and it was just disgusting the one in Bradford is way better than this DO NOT ORDER!! Still waiting for my refund that they haven’t given me neither! Was not fit for a dog.

food was alright. soggy chips. They didn’t take any notice of the note left whilst ordering, because I specified I would like my salad and sauces on my meals. Food quality at the Rajas branch on Roundhay road is much better. I ordered from this branch because of the masala fish, which I didn’t enjoy at all and it a loads of bones in it which us very off putting, not very enjoyable if you’re worrying about choking on a bone with every mouthful. The chicken donner was nice.

I rang the store 70 times and this is no exaggeration. I forgot to leave a message for the kitchen staff about putting no mushrooms on the veg pizza I ordered, when I tried to explain it to the guy who picked up my phone, he got aggressive and said 'what can we do about that bro' - it just sounded really rude. it's like the guy couldn't care less about his customer's. Literally everyone we know has something about Rajas service. Avoid this takeaway if you don't want to deal with rude people in case you need to make amendments. Go somewhere people have a bit of respect for people, especially those who are paying for a service.

Really BAD customer service, don’t buy from Rajas! Messed up my order missed our drinks off, then when we called them to let them know, the staff started arguing and getting verbally abusive, honestly never being disrespected so much, horrible takeaway with TERRIBLE staff!

Delivery time was between Ordered at 9:05pm. Restaurant changed delivery time once ordered to 10:05pm, and was finally delivered at 10:25pm. No apologies, just excuses of being busy.

2 hours after i placed the order, food still hasn't arrived.

That piece of chicken was like cooked from an expired and BBQ box was just not BBQ box. Avoiding it for good

took 1.5 hours to arrive. when it did the pizza and cheesy chips were cold. I also requested on the notes that I wanted Garlic Mayo as it isn’t an option on dips and I still got normal mayo and 2 random pots of chilli sauce. I will not be ordering from here again.

Upon first bite, I thought the calzone to be well seasoned with the amount of black-pepper which usually doesn't get the time of day in places like this... exploring further lead me to discover that this calzone was probably the worst I've eaten. Dough soggy and undercooked, cheese barely even melted and the "3 varieties of chicken" that the menu boasted, translated to be a single flavour, for lack of a better word, of pulverised chicken mass which I would have mistaken for mushrooms had I not been rummaging through the thing in search for the reason I paid £7.99 to buy it! Me placing my order at 22:15 on a Monday night seemed to spark an argument amongst staff which, as you can imagine, made me feel very welcome and valued as a customer

Spot on, good value, quick delivery.

Usually always go into the takeaway in town and order the piri piri strips meal and have never been let down. However ordering today was atrocious.. the strips meal was far from strips as it was diced up chicken without the slightest bit of flavour/spice thrown onto a tiny portion of chips.. I was also delivered a chilli sauce dip which was just a bag filled with sauce.. I specifically ordered an Oreo cheesecake which again is something that can never go wrong when ordered in the takeaway but instead was delivered a ferrero cheesecake... I'm allergic to nuts 😒

Food arrived with missing items. I called the branch, was promised they would deliver these in 40 minutes. The missing items did not arrive. I called the restaurant again, to be hung up on. Really bad customer service.

Sorry not pleased this time, although you are one of my fave places to order pizza from. Ordered Achari Keema pizza but there was no achaar in the pizza. Boring keema and cheese arrived. Plus donner topping was near-burnt (bitter taste). Disappointing. I was too hungry to re-order.
