The bar is lovely, good selection of drinks. A little pricey, but about what you’d expect on a Friday evening. Staff were friendly. But what let it down was the food. The ‘fried chicken’ resemble fish fingers in both look and texture and got me questioning if I had the right order. And the chips… well, this is your warning. The photo is allegedly £5s worth of chips! I’ve seen a seagull nick more off a child on the beach! A Nation of Shopkeepers - please be reasonable with your portions and/or your pricing for the love of god 🥲
Was visiting from London to see a friend, we booked in the bottomless brunch and I honestly think it was the best bottomless Ive ever had. The staff are so attentive and wonderful and look after you throughout your time there, no rushing us off after we had finished and the food was just excellent.
The drinks selection was fab too, highly recommend!

We had brunch here. There were too many meals with eggs included I feel even the non brunch items however it was not an issue to substitute the eggs for something else.
Ha sido nuestro lugar habitual durante años. No podría recomendarlo lo suficiente. El personal es acogedor y amable y el servicio es siempre en el lugar.
This was our usual, pre-Christmas, family get together at BB - albeit minus grand-daughter but plus, for the first time, the family dog, who was well looked after
Orders were taken promptly - by the waitress we had met on previous visits - and the starters appeared at the expected time. Then we could tell that something had gone wrong - as our 'mains' of those and other diners, did not appear. Eventually we learnt that there had been a genuine medical emergency in the kitchen - causing a 30 minutes delay. That gained our sympathy but a much earlier explanation would have been a good idea.
Starters were fine - being of the usual quality but unfortunately there were aspects of the 'mains' that were not up to the usual standards - presumably due to the disruption in the kitchen.
In fairness, to compensate for the delay, we were offered desserts 'on the house' but could not risk missing a train or being late for the school pick up respectively, plus the dog had been very patient for longer than expected to be needed (as had we known about the 30 minutes delay, he could have had a walk between courses) - so had to decline.
Despite the issues, we did still pay the usual gratuity - as the problems were not down to our waitress and it must have been difficult for the kitchen staff with the head chef having to go off site in the middle of service.
We had heard good reviews so we thought we’d give it a try. Although it’s a bar serving food in the evenings it’s open during the day for, coffee and cake or lunch/brunch options.
The breakfast Sarnie was a very good option and a reasonable price. The coffee was excellent.
The bar and waiting staff were lovely and cheery.
The cosy atmosphere and cosy traditional vibe made us feel at home.
We will definitely be back.
Can’t recommend enough for a special meal out!! Teppanyaki was such a great experience and the food was sensational, chef Ricky was so friendly and got everyone involved - the whole team was so lovely! The set menu is really good value and you definitely won’t leave hungry, they also do student deals and other mid week deals which looked great.
Salón de té tradicional en una galería comercial, con cuidada decoración y servicio detallista. Scones recién horneados y deliciosos. Una experiencia encantadora.
Thai 5 , 2 Lados, cenar arriba y abajo? Show número 2.
Santa albahaca.
Disfruta!
I was part of The Collins party last Saturday, my 1st experience of Ivy Asia & it surpassed all my expectations!!
The food was outstanding, the staff SO attentive & friendly.
It rounded off a very memorable Family day, THANK YOU ALL X
The service was fast and friendly, our server maddie made us feel very comfortable. The food was tasty and a very good price and the place itself was beautiful. 10/10 would come back again
Sad to see Issho has closed. This place was a gem in Leeds, blending modern with traditional Japanese cuisine. Each visit was a culinary adventure, from sushi to unique dishes. Although sometimes service could be hit or miss, the overall experience was memorable. It'll be missed for its innovation and atmosphere.
