Six of us had the private room at the Ivy Asia yesterday and were a bit worried it might lack atmosphere but it was fabulous. The room is beautiful and the experience was amazing. We had our own waiter with us all afternoon and he was great. The food was stunning. We had the amazing sushi starter which came in an enormous silver shell forming with dry ice and the food didn’t disappoint either. It was a birthday celebration and I can’t think it could have been any better!

We visited The Ivy Asia for my birthday, absolutely beautiful decor, staff very attentive and absolutely exquisite food. Not cheap but worth every penny and we will definitely be back. We were a party of 4 and ordered a selection including…black cod miso, salt and pepper fillet steak, aromatic duck, gochujang glazed fried chicken, popcorn shrimp and prawn tempura, all of which were beautiful but for me the salt and pepper fillet was outstanding!

The best meal I've had in ages. I don't know how anyone could give it less than 5 stars. The food was incredible, the atmosphere warm and welcoming and the decor is utterly stunning. The service was excellent I can't fault any part of it. The head waiter who I think was called Jack was brilliant. Overall just the most wonderful experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

We had an excellent meal at Ivy Asia, service was efficient & friendly & food tasty. We opted for the keenly priced set lunch which included 3 savoury courses, a steal at £22 per head. This option is rather unceremoniously plonked down though, all the lot together in stacked dishes, which did leave our tiny table for 2 somewhat cramped. Delicious nevertheless. Gorgeous decor as is ever the case with the Ivy brand.

We visited today with high expectations following lots of recommendations. The ambience is beautiful but we were disappointed with being allocated a very small table hardly big enough for 2 to eat at despite there being 3 of us although we had booked over a month ago. We raised a complaint several times when there wasn’t enough room for our servings but to no avail. We were further disappointed that our white wine wasn’t very chilled and on complaining was just offered the option to leave it for longer in the ice bucket before we drank it. The food was beautifully presented but when it came to cleaning our table before desert the table was left wet and we had to wipe it dry ourselves. The meal was expensive and although luxurious we should expect a higher level of service in terms of table size and also wine temperature which spoilt the meal having to wait for the wine to cool. I feel the place is actually overrated and overpriced

I just love this restaurant. Stunning decor, fabulous food and an amazing experience. My second time here, I booked an early evening meal before attending an opera at the Grand Theatre. I had the prawn tempura maki to start, followed by the duck massaman curry with rice. Piping hot and delicious, thank you. I will be back when next in Leeds.

Went for a 20th birthday celebration. The food, service and surroundings are all terrific. Our party of 4 all enjoyed a small and large dish with a couple of sides to share and all the dishes were first class. Amazing experience. The food was delicious, we had a sharing menu. We were not rushed and had plenty of time to eat each course. The blackened cod is fabulous.
