Quite small portions, hardly any chips. Taste was ok.

Sad to see that the restaurant has closed down the takeaway next door is still open though

Great food, my go-to indian takeaway after sampling several others in the area.

Always early delivery and consistently great food to a high standard!

The food is second to none in both takeaway and sit down table service (if they still do it) My favourites are the mixed special kebab and the meat curry(mutton or lamb) with spinach and a garlic naan to mop up Service is great and delivery is always on time and with hot food (not the usual soggy warm second delivered food you get at other places) Best curries and kebabs locally in my opinion

Absolutely wonderful food. We ate outside quite late was lovely atmosphere... we were probably only customers at the time. Everything was lovely, staff were ever so helpful.

I’ve eaten at the restaurant and food always excellent, however the takeaway was poor will never order again but would eat in.

My partner and I fancied a late night Thai takeaway and didn’t expect to find anything open, let alone of decent quality. We were so wrong! The service was fast, the curries were absolutely delicious, and they even kindly threw in an extra rice and prawn crackers. The food was all so fresh and the king prawns are to die for. Definitely found our new local. 10/10 :)

Everything was really nice & superbly cooked.

Terrible service. Poppadoms on my order. Left 5 star reviews before for this restaurant. They said I didn’t pay for poppadoms but they ARE ON MY RECEIPT!!!? I wouldn’t mind if it was a lapse on my part but it’s in black and white on my flipping receipt and order. Will never EVER buy from them again after 20 years! Never. Stick your popadoms and your phone attitude where the sun don’t shine. Glad 4 popadoms mean more to you than the loyalty of a valued customer. Bye.

Had a Naan mixed kebab which was delicious lots of meat. Chicken jalfrezi was spot on just right heat loads of chicken. Onion Bahjis were really tasty. Liked the little sauce pots and side salad. The only bad point were the chappatis ordered to eat with the curry, unfortunately they were so dry l couldn't eat them. Everything else was good.

The food was blend, roti hard as nails could hardly eat it, end-up throw it away alongside the everything I order, wouldn’t order from this restaurant again…. Very disappointed

Was pleased straight away tucking in to my starters then started with my main meal and the meat in the curry was beautiful would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again. Jamie

Disappointing compared to previous deliveries. Bland. Tarka daal and saag paneer lacking in spices. Will look elsewhere for curry next time.

An hour and a half late. Phoned twice, usually a good experience with Chefs but an hour and a half was too long.

Chef’s are always good. They forgot a couple of things off the order. I called and they sent a different person with the missing items. This shows that they really care because the next person came within about 10 minutes from calling. They are always so lovely and the food is always plentiful, hot and tasty. I will always support this local takeaway. Nice people and always good service. Really lovely people and really good service. Been using them years and I’ve never once been disappointed. Thank you.

Simply the best curries in Leeds very tasty. garlic chilli chicken was the best. These guys know how to make good curry which is hard to find in Leeds. Very good portion sizes. Delivered early nice and hot. Blown away by their service they always provide.

Had a meal here tonight trying the Thai menu and the quality and flavours were exceptional and arguably the best Thai I have experienced in Leeds. The staff are really amazing, friendly and welcoming, they really made the meal one to remember. Thanks so much

The ambience is nice have good vibe but the food is not good in tatse as we ordered tandoori chicken and it was full of turmeric could literally smell the turmeric all over everywhere and eventually had to bin it as it was not good.

They advertise that the`re open but they're not whenever you order something there's an issue and the prices have gone through the roof. It's cheaper and better to go to a good restaurant.

Some food hit and miss, considering the price I would expect better. But ok

Over priced for what it was, they have the chatter but it's completely disingenuous. Will travel further next time and try somewhere else. Shame as it had potential.

Suggested I should have a pickle tray with my main so brought one out, then charged me for it! I didn't ask you suggested! Is that because I only had a main and bread and didn't want a beer? Try to get the average spend up. Shane because the curry was great. Will no go back with those tactics.

chicken khari was swimming in fat chunks of roar onion and peppers thrown together onion bahjs burnt not edible never have i had such a bad curry from chefs really disappointed wont be using again!

As delicious as the food is it still can't beat the hospitality. Fantastic restaurant.

Visited the restaurant as a couple. We were warmly greeted by Anu who was friendly and attentive.The chef came to the table following ordering to ensure our needs were met. As a vegan, this was reassuring and a nice touch. My needs were fully met with a delicious authentic Thai meal. The tom kha soup was amazing and my tofu yellow curry with coconut rice was also exceptional. My husband had a fish dish and again this was thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely eat here again and if you’re vegan, feel reassured that you can eat here without hesitation. Oh and the vegan salted caramel ice cream was a nice end to the meal.

Great quality and really good portion sizes, they even threw in some free bhajis which was a nice surprise. Also really quick delivery!

Food tasted very bland literally barely had any flavour to it which was disappointing after reading the good reviews. Also, am pretty sure I got sent the wrong curry as it tasted more like a korma then a butter chicken…

Chips weren’t cooked properly and bone in the chicken

Order not processed correctly on chefs own website, waited over an hour before calling them, admitted they had a technical issue and quickly sorted, food lovely when it arrived.

Came in for take away samosa which cost over £10 for 6. The guy working there showed me the size to justify the price (which was very clearly a triangle shape). A bag came out after 10 minutes containing something that more closely resemble spring rolls. I went back thinking I'd be given the wrong back but instead was told 'this is how we do our samosa'.. If this is true, the samosa are not good. If this is not true and he couldn't be bothered to change them, this is pretty annoying, especially at £10 for 6. Thankfully Sardar Jee is around the corner.

Main was good but the saide of rice was only a handful. I get that they need to charge £3 for a side of rice but I expect the amount to match the meal. I was too stubborn to buy another and spend £6 on rice. It's probably a good place if you like spending a lot of money on sides and starters but if you're going just for a main meal expect to leave hungry.

Last few times the curries have been alot hotter than usual. Still very tasty but just a little hot.

I'm sorry to say this was one of, if not the worst takeaway curry I have ever had. The curry was tasteless and over oil with square chicken pieces,, the vegetable paratha didn't contain 1 vegetable and was undercooked on the inside and burnt outside, the onions with the poppadoms were huge chunks. Couldn't eat it .

The food was perfect, however I can tell that the delivery driver was smoking in his car as the paper bag the food was in smelt strongly of cigarette, which was unpleasant. Please Chefs, make sure the delivery drivers protect the bags of food or put them in the boot so there's no risk of cigarette smell when they arrive at the customers.

Food was really good especially the starters. We’ve eaten from here a few times and it has never been a disappointment. Really good food but can be too spicy sometimes. Also it’s really good if you have leftovers the next day. Highly recommend

Absolutely awful, ordered a butter chicken & received a korma called up and they acted asif I wouldn’t know the difference & tried to say they taste the same when they actually don’t. Everything was luke warm and the squid was mushy

Tried for the first time and was impressed. Food came on time, still hot andvtastwd lively, will definitely use again .

Food was delicious especially the starters. Can be late from time to time but it’s worth it. Mild foods are just that and spicy foods are still very good so they cater for anyone. Definitely coming back.

We go here regularly with my mother-in-law & her husband. They are always so respectful to her which is really appreciated as she's getting on in years and needs help to move around. They make sure she's truly comfortable and then make sure she enjoys a meal that is suited to her tastes. The restaurant does both Indian & Thai food though we've never eaten the Thai. We've had a selection of the Indian meals and not had one bad dish. We did a lot of take-aways from her during lockdown too. Love the starters.

Really tasty food, prompt fast service. Polite and well informed as to the food on the menu. Was easily able to recommend a dish when I was unsure of what I wanted. I found the restaurant clean and tidy and positively observed staff relationships with the regulars.

Struggle to say anything good about the takeaway food, Bhajis and chapattis stale and to top it all a bone in the chicken balti. Prices excessive - will never use again

I ordered the lamb dopiaza, it was fresh and tasted great. Lots of whole fresh onions and peppers. Not at all greasy. 100% restaurant quality. My girlfriend ordered the vegetable Korma. Again lots of fresh vegetables. She thought it was a bit too sweet, but I guess that comes down to personal preference. The nann was light, fluffy with just the right amount of crisp. Delivery driver was very pleasant and food arrived on time. Will be ordering from here again

Quick service especially for a Saturday evening. Great food, starters were delicious. Mains were great too. Onion bhajie were a bit dry in starter selection but I highly recommend this place service is always friendly

Okay first Time ordering I was a bit naffed off that it was late but let me tell you it was worth the wait the food is definitely 10 out of 10bthe delivery driver was very kind and apologetic of what had happened I would order again for sure :)

We order from Chefs a lot as they have the best korma in the area. Unfortunately this time the chicken was ALL grissel to a point where my partner only ate rice and sauce throwing away all of the chicken which was incredibly disappointing. May have to try another takeaway in future.
