Empieza hermoso, plato principal enorme, nans y arroz genial y laterales también. Muy recomendable. La última vez fue en Año Nuevo y no ha decepcionado. Se desquitará y comerá la próxima vez.

The food was lovely. Unfortunately a 2 hour wait for it to be delivered was unreasonable. On the first phone call admitted to having issues with their ordering app and that the ordered had come through and they were just starting it (this was an hour after we had ordered)

The food arrived late and cold the bag the chips was in was soggy and chips all over the bag food normally nice but tonight wasn’t at all

Llevo comiendo en Spice House más de 10 años y siempre será mi casa de curry favorita. La comida aquí siempre ha sido increíble de ahí los continuos regresos, pero últimamente parece haber impresionado a mí y a mi familia aún más. Gran variedad de comida en su menú y todo tan delicioso, que no te decepcionará. Syed (el propietario) no puede hacer lo suficiente por ti y su familia y el personal son tan agradables y siempre asegúrese de que sus clientes están bien atendidos!

the tikka masala was absolutely disgusting. had to throw it away and order from somewhere else

Watery Wallpaper paste with sugar is the only way I can describe the korma sauce:( we go to India & we cook curries, this was NOT korma sauce! Thought this meal deal was a bargain & now we know why. The rice & potato was lovely though!

Food was off sauce tasted like off milk , sikh kebab dry

the lamb madras has no flavour or spice last curry got was perfect and chicken tikka starter tasted like rubber and the potatoes are rock hard no good today at all almost 40 bar would expect better also the prawn curry has no prawns in at all

this place lets itself down over and over again, the food is lovely but getting an order correct is not something they are capable of doing ever. My husband loves this place but too many mistakes and their incompetence of getting any order correct is unbelievable

Went to Spice House for my granddaughters 14th Birthday, we were a party of 10, food great, service very good, nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff , we all had a fabulous time. We will be going back again.

As a night worker, I rarely order takeaway curries, having had several very disappointing and expensive party experiences! This place was suggested to me, so I took a gamble and thought I'd give it go. I ordered the 'Meal deal' offer at just under £15.00 The meal was delivered within a very reasonable time frame, not too quick to think, it's all microwaved and not too slow to think 'they can't be bothered' When the it arrived, we were more than impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. The food was hot (temperature wise )flavoursome, rich and most of all, authentic. Now here's the kicker ' I have never eaten a curry outside of Bradford, this rivals the best of best in Bradford! I thought I'd never say that, but it was good! I'm looking forward to a working a day shift, ordering a takeaway to share with my family over the boundry line and back in Bradford! Apologies I can't rate the atmosphere, however I'd love a sit down meal one day.

You may feel differently about eating here when you see their 'real' hygiene issues. Attracting vermin naturally. I also witnessed 5 of their staff attack an innocent man outside, which resulted in one being arrested and detained for serious assault. Not my happy place any longer. Vile horrible people. 😡

Visited last week and ate in. Food and staff were amazing. Just ordered a takeaway and hubby said it's best currys he's had. Value, quality and portion size all fabulous.

This is the first time i’ve been to the spice house since it was renovated. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was exceptional from the starters to the mains. Excellent Indian restaurant. Food is amazing and value for money is Excellent. The meal deals on Thursday and Sunday are brilliant. The ambience and quality of fittings in this restaurant are 1st class and worthy of a top quality Indian in leeds city centre where you will pay 3 times the prices here. The fact that you take your own alcohol is also superb. This is where most restaurants make big profits. Well done Spice House. We will be back

Visited the restaurant last Friday with my friend. Good service, as they could not do enough for us. The food was excellent and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Nice food didn’t deliver the bottle of coke we ordered

I have eaten at, The Spice House on a number of occasions over the last 4-5 years. Haven't been since the pandemic and I have to say. It's even better than it was before. The restaurant has been fully refurbished and now looks amazing. The food is even better than it was before and for the 5 of us, family and friends that attended. It was a most enjoyable experience. I've always recommended this venue for anyone wanting a truly authentic and high quality asian meal. This really is a gem of a restaurant and can't wait to go back again in the next few weeks.

Beautiful food and they’ve recently refurbished the inside. The staff are friendly and really make sure everything is as it should be. The price for this quality of curry is jaw dropping! If you haven’t been, try this place, it’ll be your new favourite Indian in Leeds!

Outstanding! Simply one of the best meals I have had in years. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and have tried most of the restaurants and this one is easily in my top 3. I ordered online and the meal was ready as soon as I arrived. 5 stars rating for a 5 star experience.

All of the dishes were so tasty! Lamb really tender, garlic naan to die for, plus willing to adapt dishes and make them hotter on request. Staff were lovely too. Much improved in terms of atmosphere and decor since last year. Every table looked happy and satisfied with their food and experience. We're planning on returning soon!

Fantastic meal out with friends, ended up being just couples so 6 of us Meal was fantastic, waited double the order after taking it to make sure it was right they've not long had the restaurant done up inside so it looks really really nice, restaurant was busy & although one of our friends hadent booked a table (we all thought he had) they still managed to accommodate us all & get us all sat down Starters and mains & 2 of us took our own drinks as they have no license on site so bring your own booze but no issue with that at all - ending up costing about £55 per couple on a Saturday night Easter wkend? Which I thought weren't bad value tbf, would happily go again too!!

We visited the Spice House as a group of ten for a family catch-up. Saaed and his team looked after us brilliantly. All the food came out together and was a great quality curry. As we went on a Thursday we all went for the 'Thursday/Sunday Meal Deal' which was great value for money. Food was a little slow to arrive but nobody noticed as we were having a good time and was worth the wait. Don't forget to take your beer with you as it's not licensed.

The food tasted fabulous , the portion size is amazing and the price is just right and you can bring your own booze. The staff are genuinely lovely friendly and accommodating.

I went here for the 1st time tonight. We didn’t have to wait to be served. The staff were great and the food was lovely. I will definitely be going back.

We have not been to this little restaurant since before lock down but we’re told by friends that it had been refurbished and it served great food, they were not wrong. The restaurant is lovely and cosy, the food amazing,the service first class., the staff are welcoming and friendly. The portions are very large so would recommend sharing, taking your own alcohol is a bonus. Prices reasonable. I would suggest booking is essential at the weekend. Looking forward to our next visit.

order was over an hour late. ordered garlic mushrooms. There was probably equivalent to 2 mushrooms sliced up with onion. I ordered king prawn starter which consisted of a carton full of onions and 3 small prawns. the lamb chops were cold the biryani was a special so meant to consist of prawns chicken and lamb but there was 1 prawn so overall extremely disappointing and a waste of money and time.

Just had a fabulous evening at thew newly refurbished Spice House. Food, service and ambience all fabulous. Prices a little higher than I anticipated but I guess all the new 'extras' (furniture, lighting, art work and staff ties 😃) all need paying for! Portion sizes, especially the starters, generous, so go easy on the poppadoms and dips if you wish to finish your main! Highly recommend 👌

My son and his girlfriend took us there on Thursday night as we are down for weekend from Portsmouth and it was truly such a lovely evening. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the food amazing my husband said it was the best Madras he’s ever had and he is a Madras connoisseur!!! Unbelievable value for money and we would recommend 100%. We will definitely be back and it’s at the top of our go back to restaurants in Leeds xx

We returned to this old favourite after a few months of not going, as it was getting a bit tired . However after an excellent refurbishment, the restaurant is now a lovely modern warm and welcoming place to visit. The food is as excellent as it always has been, with the bonus being looked after by a very professional and happy front of house team . We will definitely be returning very soon and can’t recommend it highly enough. Well done 👍

Decided to try Spice house as wanted to eat out and wanted to stay local and so glad we did!! The food was great absolutely no issues at all, all food cooked well and was tasty, and the restaurant was decorated really nice, a great atmosphere was warm and comfortable, The stand out thing for us was the service which was exceptional!! The guy that served us was friendly and was attentive, and will definitely be going back!! I hope the owners read this and make sure the guy that served us is given the recognition he deserves because good service is something people consider when going back somewhere.
