When i got to the til the lady behind the til gave off a unfriendly and judgemental energy that I didn't appreciate and then she asked for my order and I didn't think that she listened properly and started making it and was talking with her colleague not asking if I wanted anything else then eventually turned to me asked if I wanted a different coffee bean and if I wanted something else she I asked for an iced drink she gave me the warm version I said I asked for ice and she said I double checked it with you even though she didn't and gave me mucky looks when making my drink properly and then she asked if she gave me my food I said no gave me my drink and was bearing the most awkward hatred held eyes and the fakest smile ive ever seen I didn't appreciate any of her attitude or behaviour and when she gave me my drink she said it happens meaning mistakes happen and I was very tempted to tell her to listen to my full order next time before making it its easier taking the full order putting it on the til so you don't forget and then pay and then start the order why does cafe nero have to be so awkward on this way come on cafe nero we love you but you need to change your ways

Had our anniversary dinner here on a cold snowy night in December. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy and the staff were very attentive. Food was fantastic, the butternut risotto was the best risotto i've ever had. Sticky toffee pudding was an additional bonus.

Great pizza, would recommend the deep fried olives. Fantastic service

Not a review I wanted to leave. I regularly go to the one in holmfirth and sometime order takeaway from this one. It's been slowly declining and has now reached rediculos levels I ordered a chicken burger side of coleslaw and a side of onion rings. The burger which is described as double stacked with butter milk fried chicken brest but it turned up with one small chicken tender in a large bun. Please see the photos of whats on the menu v what arrived. Onion rings were doughie undercooked and compleatly unseasoned and anemic looking and half the previous portion size Coleslaw was again compleatly unseasoned and the portion size has been cut in half Called the resturant who were appologetic and advised they could do nothing as was ordered through just eat I asked if a replacement could be sent out and was told I'd have to order another one trough just eat and apply for a refund on the first one. I said politely that it was unfortunate as a regular customer that no effort was being made and that I probably wouldn't be ordering again The conversation ended there without any effort to make anything better from the resturant just lists of what they can't do. Got off the phone took one bite and realised the chicken was so over cooked it was compleatly dry and the bun was stale Chucked the lot in the bin and am now £22 quid lighter and contemplating what to cook which was what I was trying to avoid on my day off The fries were quite nice but very greasy Cheers Harvey's won't be rushing back lol

I found this business had flytipped their waste all over Norman park. (Letters addressed to here found) Should be ashamed of themselves. Showing such little care for the local area means they must be equally as negligent when it comes to business practise. Black bags, oil containers and old bits of kitchen all over the place. DISGUSTING.

A lovely little bistro in Marsden, visted during the summer holidays while on a walk, the food was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful....it was a real pleasure, will hopefully visit again soon !

Lovely meal here today with excellent service. Facilities, glassware/crockery, seating - all perfect. Absolutely faultless… maybe with the exception of the “optional” 10% service charge. I tipped more than 10% and usually do, but for some reason I hate having it on the bill and I know a lot of others who do too.

Been to the whistling kettle today for an afternoon tea all I can say is fabulous definitely be back . Lovely staff looked after us very well. Thank you

This is a wonderful restaurant which is close to the railway station. Really good choice of menu and served with a smile. Would highly recommend it.

Bobbi was fabulous! Great food! We came for my mums birthday and let’s just say they didn’t disappoint. Lots of singing and dancing. Amazing atmosphere. Thanks.

Maybe the management should explain the word hospitality to staff ….after a good night 7guys having a few beers 08.05.2025 we drink here fairly regularly We were asked to leave at 11.00 then evicted at 11.10 prompt by a disgruntled employee throwing black rubbish bags etc around obviously had somewhere to go and we where a problem so eventually had to wait outside for a taxi not a good experience at all
