The Cosy Kitchen in Kirklees

Celebrated my nephews' 40th birthday at Cosy Kitchen last night, it was our first time eating there so we weren't sure what to expect. Three hours later and all I can say is "we'll be back". A big thank you to all the staff for making the day memorable.

I rarely put reviews however this is such a wonderful Cosy Italian in Huddersfield! Definitely a favourite of our family and love going there! Food is always fresh and delicious and service is very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone to go! Also so kid friendly and always attentive to our little one so great for family’s and they also have a kids menu available which is great.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the people very warm! Lovely selection of dishes, my only objection was that the dishes were nice but a bit bland despite the lovely appearance. Average for 2 people would be 50 pounds for a 2 drinks 2 starters and 2 mains.

Amazing experience at Cosy Kitchen this evening! One of the best Italians I’ve been to in Huddersfield. The food was great, interior was beautiful and cosy and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend for everyone to visit. Thanks, will be back!

Absolute Gem of a place it was my first visit but it certainly won't be my last the food is outstanding the only thing I can think of on the negative side it was quite cold think they could have a couple of heaters but apart from that well worth a visit would highly recommend

Arrived with my 10 person family to celebrate my son's graduation with no reservation. Staff immediately moved tables together to accommodate us. Service was efficient and courteous. Food was excellent quality, with generous portions and the staff went above and beyond in their customer service. The waitress even entertained my 1 year old niece whilst her mum ate. Highly recommended.

Lasagne was very disappointing. Very heat hot and very salty, had no other flavour at all.

Delicious food so many options to choose from you'll love it with someone special or with the family. The takeaway is equally tasty as the dining experience. However you wont get the lovely staff unless you're dining and don't be afraid to order somethings off menu like refreshing limoncello.

Whilst I understand it might have been busier than usual today, service is always done a certain way. It wasn't done today. Had to chase the waitress 4 times to order then get the drinks I had ordered. They just arrived before the food. Shame as the food was lovely!

Ordered twice here, smoked salmon pasta, and King prawns rice and salad, the best food takeaway ever, i recommend it for value for money and taste, (jalapeño cheese bites.....yum) 😋😁

Best proper high quality Italian pizza and Tiramusu in Huddersfield. We have become a fan of their taste.

OMG. A small, family run restaurant that really packs a pinch. A great menu, reasonably priced with excellent service. Feel lucky to have a quality Italian restaurant in town, just hope they can keep going with the current state of the economy. Its brilliant to have a quiet, quality Italian restaurant where you can have a conversation!!! Highly recommended- please support this genuine, family run business.

Got a takeout from these guys, WoW food was absolutely 💯 amazing top restaurant standards, a slight mix up with our order which was immediately rectified with benefits 😉so great customer service that goes that extra mile for you this does not exist these days 🥰

Went after reading good reviews in the local news. Arrived at opening, seated straight away. I had burger and paprika chips, reasonably priced and accept card.

Pleasant atmosphere and good service but food was disappointing. Bought in food warmed up rather than freshly prepared. Felt more like a takeaway with tables rather than a restaurant.

I had a delicious meal here at the weekend. The atmosphere is lovely and the decor is so cosy. Your "little helper" is so sweet and well behaved, and really put a smile on my face. The service was fantastic, food came really quickly and the pizza's we ordered were absolutely gorgeous. Even the chips were cooked to perfection. Not too expensive at all for the amazing quality. Will be back again for definite, thank you for a lovely night. Only downside was that the spirits don't come with a mixer but otherwise absolutely fantastic.

This is a wonderful little restaurant. I have eaten here a number of times now and the food is always delicious. Skye our waitress is amazing, she is friendly and helpful and always ensures we have an excellent experience. The chef makes the most beautiful pasta dishes. Highly recommended!

My favourite Italian in Huddersfield…. Been a few times and it’s always spot on. Unfortunately tonight’s visit there was a few mistakes made but the staff stayed open late for us and went above and beyond to make everything right! Food was absolutely delicious and staff made us feel very welcome. Can’t fault the customer service and will definitely be returning.

I am from Spain and I can assure you that this place is the best mediterranean restaurant in Huddersfield. Excellent service (the waitresses are super friendly) and the pizzas are amazing. In addition, they are generous with the quantity of food. Furthermore, the restaurant is clean and smells GOOD (they don’t use greasy oil). I recommend this place 200%.

Do not eat here we just ordered lunch and the chicken was really chewy so we checked it further and it was raw this is bloody dangerous and can kill people sort it out

Amazing little gem, we just came across on Just Eat this evening. First time ordering, as a take out for delivery, and well exceeded our expectations. The burgers were to die for & our food was piping hot when it got here. I could even go as far as to say this is one of the best burgers i've ever had. The boozy fries are a meal on their own, and packed full of pulled pork, so don't be put off by the price of those, they are well worth it. Will deffo be our "Go To" spot for a burger, & can't wait to try the other items on the menu. Just ordered from here again this evening.....sadly no where near as good as our first experience :( 20 minutrs late, burgers and fries were soggy and the bacon pieces on top of the fries was fatty and certainly not crispy. Dissapointed.

Best fillet steak I've eaten in ages. Cooked to perfection. Mushrooms and white wine sauce was delicious. I'll definitely order from here again.

Has to be the best takeaway I've ever had the food is amazing

Great food and atmosphere - lighting and style was lovely, with great music choices from 70's to modern, all top hits. Also - REASONABLY PRICED good food. More than fast food but competitive and well worth it. In pictures you can see the cheese and bacon burger (bottom right), smokey bacon (top right), pulled pork & cheese fries bottom left and BBQ chicken drumsticks (top left) - all fantastic. The bacon was crispy, onion rings great, burger buns and burgers grilled with grill lines, and not an over-the-top size either. Sweat potato fries were battered or fried in a way that made them a lot more like normal chips with a bit of crunch and flavour. Looking forward to going again to try the pizzas, or another burger, both with different ingredients, toppings and spices.

Very good, fresh and tasty food. Salmon box meal was nicely but not overly spiced, fish done just perfectly with good portion of chips, nice salad and very tasty dips. Pizza was slightly on a greasy side, but also very tasty. All very thoughtfully packaged in recyclable containers, delivered by a very nice and polite driver! We'll definitely have to try eating inside as it looks good from passing by, this is why we ordered. Thanks!

Yesterday was my first time at COSY KITCHEN and it was the most lovely experience I've had in Huddersfield . The atmosphere and food were very enjoyable, with beautiful presentation. Thank you and highly recommend the restaurant to anyone who appreciates delicious food and clean place and amiable staff. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Amazing food in generous portions. I have never been so full after a meal of a burger and fries from a takeaway before. Lovely packaging and presentation of food. The burger sauce is delicious and we got free chive dip and extra box of fries. Will definitely order again.

Superb food! Grilled chicken & Spanish rice, grilled salmon & Spanish rice plus a smoky loaded burger, free salad and dips included. Large portions and so worth the cost. Delivered before estimated time. Will certainly be ordering again, highly recommended.

Have had takeaway from here on a couple of occasions and it as been absolutely beautiful everything is very flavourful portions are generous and come really well packaged, they forgot an item on my order but soon put it right and also brought extra items to say sorry, I will definitely be ordering from them again and would recommend everyone to try it you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic and high-quality food that I had ever in Huddersfield👌 very lovely packages and recycling👍 My order was pizza, frank’s hot wings and cheesy chips and bacon. All were so yummy 😋 and tasty. Fantastic quality food in thoughtful packaging. Care was shown in the way food sent and prepared. Salmon delicious and burger homemade. Delivery on time and still hot.
