I visit this place for the first time with my family and I totally recommend it. The quality of the food and the service were really good! Specially Sana who served us with pleasure and she was so helpful and kind. Also I kind man from service gave to my son a lollypop cause the little one hit his head on the table. Loved it! Thank you so much MR T's Batley. We'll be back really soon!!!

Very good customer service and amazing food

Delicious food and service was excellent. We went as a group of 3 adults and 9 children. Brother Saeed was very accommodating. He gave us a booth away from the main entrance which really helped keep the kids from running riot. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend if you’re going with kids. Food is delicious especially their parmo and donner. Very fresh n well cooked. Jzk to Uncle Saeed for making our outing enjoyable. The children had a fantastic time.

I've been coming to this mr ts since it opened in batley. It has consistently been the best place to buy food. I always get the special parmeasan and not to forget the strawberry mocktail is amazing too. If you have not tried this place you must give it a go. Sana who served me yesterday was also very professional, kind and engaged well with me and other customers.

I have been going to mr ts for a while now and they never fail to dissapoint! Their food is always amazing and their milkshakes are personally the best I've ever had and their customer service was and is always incredible last night I went and the incredible sana showed us to our seats and was extremely nice 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here

I had a burger was not bad , but I waited more than 20 minutes to have a burger and chips and once I take it home and it’s not far a way from the restaurant the food was cold even the chips was cold

Bought my nana and grandad in here for the first time with the rest of my family for a family meal and had a lovely time. The food was delicious and the workers are very kind and accommodating. Food is also reasonably priced. Def recommend and def coming back !

Very nice food sana give us good service

Excellent food and very generous portion sizes. The lady who served me was very friendly, kind and helpful, especially when I told her to warm my Stir Fry Donner, as it was cold, not only did she warm it up but she also topped it up with some more Stir Fry Donner as it was freshly made again. Highly recommended!!

First time to Mr T Batley, amazing place as took my family and brothers family. Massive portions and kids for the first time finished the food. Saeed and Sana service was incredible, greeted with smile and interacted with kids.

Absolutely amazing service from all the staff. Will definitely be back again. It was my son’s birthday and they provided great service and made us feel very welcome and helped us celebrate. 10/10 service great experience

Last minute decision to go here by our large group. Really great decision. Free parking. Lots of seating inside. Service was fast. Friendly staff, we had Sana, really made sure that everything was good. Food tasted great, we had ordered a mixture of burgers, pizza, parmesan, rice box. Good portion size and good price. Kids loved the free ice cream for completing the puzzles on the kids meals. Will definitely go again

Went to Mr T’s for the first time yesterday and it was that good we went again tonight but tried something different. The food is fresh and is well worth the money. Sana who’s at the front of the shop is lovely.

Visited after a long time, still so tasty and service really good. Sana on service and she was making sure we have all we need to eat. My kids love the food and the atmosphere. By the way ordered Bad boys box with chicken and smashed burgerss.

We came here as a family which included children. This place ruined my night from the start. The service was slow maybe because it was busy?. The food was fine. Prices are decent. However I would like to mention this is NOT a place to bring your family. The staff had obscene songs playing on the speakers. We had to go to the front and ask the staff to show some consideration for the families that were sat inside. Only then did they turn it off. Who plays dirty songs in a restaurant/ takeaway? Are you guys serious? Are you running a food place or a night club? Wheres your shame? Will never visit this place again .

The food is 5 stars and the staff is 10 stars! I came here a few months ago by chance after a trip and it was 5 stars. I decided to come back now with my wife and everything was just as good as the first time. I will come back here more often, even though I live in Wakefield, it's worth it. The one in Wakefield that I visited just after here doesn't even reach the feet of here. For those who are from Wakefield, don't go downtown, come here!

Food was OK, now it's even worse. Gave them a second chance, but no.. still no improvement. The burgers are dead, zinger burger wasn't even crunchy, just soft and chewy. Will NOT be coming back. I got in touch, but no response..

Want there today got a Turkish parmo it was lovely but what was even better than the food was haseena's customer service. Her customer service was amazing!!! Good to have every now and again. Majority of food is nice, but doner (just on its own) is very oily there was a puddle in the container.

There is a lot to choose from the menu and it was probably the only time I was going to visit the place, so I asked the staff what was the most popular item was people ordered on the menu. She said she did not know. I then asked another staff member, again, he did not have a clue. That did put me off a bit, as you would think the staff would have a clue about what they are selling and the best selling item. I ended up getting a stack burger, as I thought I may as well try all the different meats. It was nice, but because it was stacked up, the bun fell to bits after one bite and it ended up being a bit of a mish mash. You are better of ordering the individual burgers. Overall it was not a wow experience, but that was probably because of the burger choice.
