Mr Ts Batley in Kirklees

I ordered the Mrts Special pizza.The pizza is really good .I really like it.The good thing is ,when i ordered the pizza from uber eats ,I paid for the extra topping of Achar ,and the staff of the Mrts called me and she said,We don't have the achar .If you want any other extra topping then fine .Otherwise, we will return your extra topping money in the uber driver hand .I am very happy due to her honesty .Everything is really really fantastic.

Cheap takeaway pizza for an overrated price. Kebab crust used to be a big kebab. They are now cutting corners.

Driver USMAN firstly pretended he did not understand English, and the directions provided - which Mr T's had successfully delivered to last Saturday - and then left without delivery Awful service. DNR

I have been here quite a few times and have enjoyed both the food and the customer service and would deffo recommend to everyone. The service from the two girls Thameenah and Nafeesa have always made myself and my friends feel welcomed!

Just average don't know if I went at a bad time

im rating it a trillion stars for godd service and food to eat so as the drinks.

A family member had placed an order for collection but unfortunately on the way to Mr ts they had a car accident. They called Mr Ts to make them aware and to ask for a refund because they would not be able to make it. To which mr ts responded ‘it’s not our problem we cannot offer you a refund’. Absolutely disgusting. I will never be a returning customer and have also told my family and friends to never buy from here again. No humanity left in them. Disgusting

Food was good, loved the chicken jalapeño samosas & the pizza was actually better than another place locally that boasts about their wood fired pizzas. We got the pizza with a stuffed kebab crust and didn’t really enjoy the kebab in the crust, the pizza itself was fab. The fries were nice. The seating unfortunately was faded and it was quite quiet in store. However the customer service made up for this as did the speed of service! Food was out in no time, everything was piping hot.

I have been to a fair few of these franchise Mr T's. I do like the batley branch as its got a lovely big screen tv to catch up on sky sports etc. Food wise it's as always very good an tasty but again on the expensive but it's what you expect nowadays

After a long days work I ordered a Parmesan at 7:50 and was told 10-15 mins collection. I arrived at 8 just be safe but had to wait until 8:40 as they’d given my order to someone else !!! Was absolutely furious no apology no sense of urgency nothing at all. What a joke.

Updated review for Mr T’s: It’s an okay spot. The food is decent, but it really depends on what you’re ordering – some things are better than others. I do wish they had a bit more variety in their menu, as there are other places nearby that offer similar options. It’s not a bad place, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of selection. I’d go back, but it’s not always my first choice.

Very nice food, atmosphere and staff. Good prices and clean food. The service is excelent from all especially Saqib who too extra care of me and my baby girl and made sure the music is not too loud for a newborn and was there to help with whatever i needed from tissue to sauces 10/10 he made my experience of dinning with a baby enjoyable.

28/10/24 placed order at 8:00pm - Burnt stuffed crust donner pizza. Not edible at all. The cheese taste so burnt just spoils the full taste. Total shame. They said if I want another one I would have to come back to collect it. Why do I have to waste my petrol again and go out when it was their fault?? They should deliver it as it is THEIR fault.

We get takeout from here every other week. Food is always on point and the staff always friendly. When picking up the food it’s always kept warm and fresh until we arrive and it’s always correct. Would highly recommend, the food is delicious and all around this is an excellent establishment.

Horrible Food!! Would give this place 0 stars if there was an option. Honestly how can you mess up on a Simple Smash Burger? Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of options out there! Avoid!! Avoid!! Wouldn’t eat from here even if it was Free

Great food, special Donner a bit too sweet and ketchupy for me. Staff should really know their menu, hard work when choices are many and staff can't help on a first time visit.

Delicious food and service was excellent. We went as a group of 3 adults and 9 children. Brother Saeed was very accommodating. He gave us a booth away from the main entrance which really helped keep the kids from running riot. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend if you’re going with kids. Food is delicious especially their parmo and donner. Very fresh n well cooked. Jzk to Uncle Saeed for making our outing enjoyable. The children had a fantastic time.

I have been going to mr ts for a while now and they never fail to dissapoint! Their food is always amazing and their milkshakes are personally the best I've ever had and their customer service was and is always incredible last night I went and the incredible sana showed us to our seats and was extremely nice 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here

I had a burger was not bad , but I waited more than 20 minutes to have a burger and chips and once I take it home and it’s not far a way from the restaurant the food was cold even the chips was cold

I've been coming to this mr ts since it opened in batley. It has consistently been the best place to buy food. I always get the special parmeasan and not to forget the strawberry mocktail is amazing too. If you have not tried this place you must give it a go. Sana who served me yesterday was also very professional, kind and engaged well with me and other customers.
