The best restaurants in Brighouse Calderdale Yorkshire and The Humber

Went Saturday evening the lady in front of house said to us she is the only staff serving ind 2 cooking . She was absolutely brilliant she never stopped the service was excellent and the food was excellent. Well done .

The special was hot beef sandwich. I chose it. But the beef was inedible. It was so tough I couldn’t chew it. . I think the staff should try it themselves before serving so they know it’s ok.

Incluso teniendo en cuenta el agitado fin de semana nos fuimos muy decepcionados con la comida y el servicio de atención al cliente. El menú era muy limitado y nos dijeron que el Chocolate inmediatamente teteras sin guarnición para nuestros sándwiches. Estábamos muy relajado sobre este como apreciamos tales estaba concurrido (pero bien planeado para fin de antes). Nuestros sándwiches servían en un plato pequeño con patatas fritas empapadas. Esperé 15 minutos para ser servido con un café frío mientras mi amigo me dieron un batido de un cartón. Después de esperar por la comida por debajo de la media nos pareció bastante ofensivos a preguntar con 2 minutos de tener un café paquete en frente de nosotros a pagar inmediatamente. El fin de 1940 es siempre estaba bien planificada con antelación, nos sentimos el chocolate de teteras debería haber sido preparado para la gran cantidad de clientes. Si esto nos esperaba un precio considerable para ser descontado de la factura o al menos una disculpa.

Another great curry from this friendly takeaway. I love having a meal from here and watching them cook it while I wait. Never had a bad meal yet

Good food, good value and a lovely ambience. Highly recommended. Bacon and Brie panini delicious and Victoria Sponge lovely.

Fantastic place to stay. This hotel is charming with typical rooms (just pay attention of the height of doors). Nice pub and good food also available there.

Stopped by for lunch today and wow what a great find I had the Pensioner's special of steak pie, chips and Mushy peas, a scone and an Americano and hubby had the Bacon & Brie panini with Fries Both meals were absolutely yummy but the Icing on the cake was the brilliant customer service we received from start to finish Thank you so much for your brilliant response to the slight hiccup that occurred We will certainly always give you our custom when we come shopping to Brighouse from now on - you defo went above and beyond as our experience of customer service in some chain pubs/cafes/restaurants has been pretty bad just recently.

Was in here Saturday night and was served by a lovely young girl very good service made a really nice amaretto sour. While making it she struggled to get the Boston’s apart this girl she was working with (kinda tall, red hair constant foul look on her face believe her name is Caitlin) came over and snatched them off the poor girl. While waiting to be served she was snappy with other customers.

Food was stone cold when it was finally delivered 2 hours after placing the order. Only offered £5.72 for a refund on an order that was nearly £40, calling this a joke would be an understatement.

Good venue for private events. Bar was reasonably priced. Great parking.

We love this stylish bar/ restaurant for its delicious well cooked food and varied menu. Breakfast is also popular and their egg dishes are excellent. Also the Bacon/ Sausage sandwiches are perfect! Good lunch menu too and well kept beers on cask and craft too.

I visited Casa this evening, pre booked. The staff were friendly enough but the time and pressure put on them was beyond ridiculous. The restaurant was full, we had to wait 15 mins for Pepsi! There was 13 of us but We only had a main and drinks- still was waiting over a hour for food (did I mention I had pre booked this meal for a certain time). The table beside us was there 2.5 hours and had only just been served as we left. It was appalling if I’m honest. I had the most expensive steak sharer which was like a dry beef joint and tasteless. I won’t be returning. Thanks to the girls working, they couldn’t have tried harder but yes, the management needs sorting before the business fails…

Stop handling product with dirty hands, one girl was scratching her behind then picked a pie up for customer with same hand!

The pub is been turned into a place like acapulco in hx the staff are very ignorant this is amixd pub for all ages some staff are very rude not a clue
