Bottomless Brunch with 8 of us. Really really good service, selection of cocktails, beer, soft drink or coffee. Food platters were lovely and really made it. Comfy seating. Lovely

A small group of us went to this bar for lunch which was delicious. The service was good and the pub had a nice atmosphere. We would recommend it.

Booked to have my 40th upstairs and hired out the floor. We had our own bar and staff, own toilet facilities and access to play our own music through the sound system. From day 1, Grace and her team have been so accommodating and attentive with everything. From the food, down to helping set up and tidying up everything afterwards. Nothing was ever too much and felt they were happy to help with anything. They made my 40th party an amazing night and would highly recommend having a party there. Thank you so much, Grace her team worked so hard. 🙌🏻🥰

Poor experience at Millers today. The staff were all very young which is to be expected at a bar/restaurant/pub… however it was clear they were they to socialise rather work. They ALL walked around, with chewing gum rolling around in their open mouths which was incredibly off putting. I had the dirty burger which was fine (but not good) however the chips were terrible - I could have made a better meal at home. The table was sticky, everywhere just felt dirty, and the atmosphere was generally bad. Would not recommend and won’t be going back in a rush!

We’ve not been here for food for over a year. The difference between the two visits was stark. We’d made a booking, they had all reservations out on tables, except ours. Most people were sitting outside so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The pricing online is more expensive than the pricing displayed in the pub (2 courses for £16.95/£20). We ordered a mixture of Sunday lunch and other things from the menu. The beef had an overwhelming taste of black pepper. The herb roasties were nice. Other than that it was all really bland. I left at least half of my beef due to the fat and gristle in it. The steak pie was supposed to come with chips but had roast potatoes. Only the steak pie actually came with gravy, we were then asked if we wanted it for the roast dinners. I had expected them to come with gravy as standard. We waited ages for plates to be cleared. The only thing that seemed to spur them on was a party member going to the bar to order desserts. These came out wrong anyway. We all ordered the same thing, 2 with ice cream and one with custard. But we got the opposite. By this time we were disappointed anyway so just ate them. The bottom of the sponge cake had caught and you could taste it. The staff seemed to be doing their best. They’d had to stop taking food orders due to how busy they were. There was some issue with the electric and the online ordering system. I’m sure this was causing them a bit of stress. We hadn’t wanted to add to it with a list of complaints.

We came here for a family birthday in a big group and after a brilliant bottomless brunch here a few months back had high expectations. The food was inedible. The lamb was incinerated. The chicken bone dry. Roast potatoes like rocks. Gravy like water. Service was a shambles despite us pre ordering all the food over a month ago its was a mess. Some of us didn't get the starters, some of us didn't get desserts and after telling staff numerous times we were told the kitchen was now closed so that was it. We had the room booked till 8pm but were refused drinks at 6.30pm saying the bar was closed now. We refused to pay for our meals as we barely ate anything. Shocking from start to finish. Went home and had something to eat as we were both starving. Needless to say we will not be returning.

We have been here for brunch and was amazing so expected the food to be to the same standards! It was shocking from start to finish, beef baguette came in an untoasted ciabatta, 3 tiny slices of dry shrivelled up beef and gravy runnier than the beer! That was just one meal! The burger was dry with no sauce, the chicken on the dinners that dry and rubbery you couldn’t cut it! A few people refused to pay for their meals. Service was shocking we didn’t get our starters, people were still getting served when others had already finished! Will not be coming back and will warn others not to bother! Very disappointed!!

Come here regularly and like it overall. BUT (and it's a big BUT)....if you're selling Corona on draft please please please make sure you have fresh limes. This is basic stuff and even Spoons give you a wedge of fresh lime without you having to ask. I'm also a rum and coke drinker so that's also enhanced by a lime wedge. Sort it out management. It's not that hard.

Bottomless Brunch...food was spot on, drinks refreshed constantly, staff very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this little gem of a place.

Me and my wife popped in for a drink after shopping and realised that Millers had recently been taken over. You can tell the new owners have put some money into the decor and even had a live singer on which was a nice change from before. We had a look at the menu which was small compared to the previous but sounded nice. Unfortunately, from there is where the evening turned sour. I went to the bar to order some food and was left standing waiting to be served for around 10 minutes with staff just ignoring me. I would like to mention I was the only person stood at the bar and three members of staff were there but no acknowledgement. Not even we will just be a minute which I felt was rude. I do understand that they did have large Christmas parties in and most likely were understaffed but still just that they would be a minute would of been nice alternatively hire more staff for busy days before taking bookings. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for food, which was understandable. It was actually 60 minutes, and when the food arrived, we had to help ourself to napkins and cutlery as we were left. The burger was nice, but the Chicken kebab was cold, and the flatbread was raw, not just a little but really raw. We sent the flatbread back and waited another 5 minutes for a fresh flatbread which again came to the table raw in the middle. The menu also stated Tzatziki but came with Hummus which wasn't pleasant to eat. Overall it was disappointing, I think they need to start thinking of hiring more staff on busy days of the week especially with Christmas around the corner. We both said we won't be returning again for food which is a shame since Millers has always been known for their great customer service and good food.

A group of 9 friends out for dinner. Beer garden is fabulous, no complaints there. Most of us enjoyed the food. Mine was the exception. They really need to rethink the Mac & cheese. A tiny portion compared to the Arrabiata penne (and £10 is not exactly cheap!!) and very dry, not really any cheese sauce to speak of at all. I love a really cheesy sauce! The garlic bread was anaemic and barely warm and not a hint of any salad, which I thought was a bit odd really. Also the 'gammon' was more like a thickly sliced boiled ham rather than a gammon steak. There's plenty of better places to eat (in my opinion) in Brighouse for less moolah. Won't be back in a hurry.

Never been anywhere where ham on Gammon & eggs is cold! Eggs overdone…. Tomato soup really thick. My advise go somewhere else Staff really good, good service though

Never again...Table was booked for 6 people ...ordered and served our drinks ...15 minutes later a large party arrived ...they were served and eating before we had even ordered our food...after complaining and by the time we ordered and got our food we had been waiting 55 minutes .. , 2 had fish which was overcooked 1 had soup .the plate was hotter than the soup...none of us enjoyed our meals and agreed we will not be going back unless there is a change of management for the better .

Just had the worst Sunday lunch ever. Both had roast beef and when it arrived came with 1/4 of a carrot split length ways, a teaspoon of red cabbage and half a roast potato. Sent it back so it was returned with a stuffing ball (yes with roast beef) and couple of salad leaves!!!! You couldn't make it up. Not being picky it was appalling. We were starving so ate it but to be fair you could gave fit it all in a teacake. Just a note to say though the poor lass that was serving our table was lovely and this review in no way reflects service.

Came here for Father’s Day and it was lovely. Table was ready for us before we arrived and we got drinks very quickly. Everyone that served us was very good, we all enjoyed the food and it was a good price. Would recommend

Absolutely shocking sunday lunch the roast potatoes 2 of them were solid couldn't even cut them with a knife all 3 dinners were the same solid roasters and if you don't like veg you get 2 slices of beef 2 solid potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding absolute waste of your money worst dinner ever even toby knocks spots of this

What a disaster ….. came here as before we have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Well what can I say, food terrible gone totally down hill, don’t pay extra for the chunky chips as they are inedible (raw) !!! The staff do not care, a lot of young one experienced staff , who have no idea what they are doing, we tried to pay and was shouting for the bar man attention he completely ignored us, then when he did hear us he commented “for f*ck sake” under his breath , thinking we did not hear …. They never offered us a refund or any compensation … Will never come back here ever again.. this is not quality of service, at the end of the day we are paying your wages and do not expect to be treated this way, wish now we had refused to pay the £70 food bill … AVOID THIS PLACE ITS TERRIBLE

We booked a table on wednesday and arrived on time first we got told that you had to check it was available, then got seated and ordered drinks then went to order food to be told a big chunk of the menu wasnt available and ill be specific, no fish or pizzas which cutvout five options, leaving 4 burgers 3 wraps and nachos, whuch for an evwning meal is not alot, so we ordered what we could, 45 mins later my mother has had enough and complains about waiting for two wraps and a burger which was responded with oh did no one twll you there is a wait we are super busy, i work in hospitality and 8 tables is not busy of diners is not busy, but then surprisingly or food arrived which was wrong, we ordered the med veg abd goats cheese wrap, a wild boar burger anda hallomi pepper, onion and sun dried tomato wrap with chicken added to it,not a hard order at all, the burger and med veg wrap was ok i mean not justifying the price but at least fresh, the hallomi warp was compleatly wrong, no onion in at all one very lonely sun dried tomato abd for some reason corgette and aubagine were added, when questionedit got taken away and proptly broughtvack for us to be told no thats right its whats on the menu, so at this point of 50 mins says ill just eat the chixken and hallomi, would like to stress that we checked the menu to make aure we werent been picky but the menu and what we got where compleatly different also no check back was done to raise our concerns. I then had to take the plate to the bar and ask to talk the manager, because nothing had been rectified, well i xidnt speak to thw manager because after waiting 10 minutes a bar worker decided i was worth talking too, and he quickly appoloised and said it was their fault to which another member of staff stated 'dont say that" which sums up everything, luckily for m he didntlisten and sorted it it as a professional and gave me a refund, i would return again but it would not be for food

My friend and I came today for Sunday lunch. We both had the beef with a side of cauliflower cheese. All I can say is was totally amazing!!!! One of the best roast dinners I’ve had for ages. Massive Yorkshire puddings but it actually tasted good too. Lovely rich gravy and the beef was cooked just right. Cauliflower cheese nice and saucy full of cheese. Vegetables cooked just right. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert so good. Sitting in a puddle of toffee sauce with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream. We will defo be returning thank you!

Dropped in on a rainy day whilst in the area and so glad we did!The building is modern but comfortable, the food was really good and speedy, the staff were super friendly and if the manager is reading this, please pass on our praise! AND... it’s dog friendly, but even more impressive, they have a dog food section on the menus! We ordered chicken for our little one, she loved it, her own bowl of chicken and gravy!There are way too many establishments who could learn a lot from this one!

We booked the private room up stairs for family meal for 21 it’s a lovely room .You can decorate yourself and make it your own taste for any occasion .Includes blue tooth speakers .Every thing you need to make your occasion a great special day .The meals was lovely all round .If you like roast beef Yorkshire pud then look no further spot on .It’s great to see gluten free options - maybe another desert option wouldn’t go a miss .The service was great and friendly No complaints .All enjoyed .

Booked to eat at Miller's for an early evening meal (booking not essential but I like to be certain of getting a table). We have been to Miller's numerous times, as a couple, with friends, individually, with family and it never disappoints. Great beer selection and the food is wonderful. For our latest meal we were met by a very nice waiter who showed us to our table and who was very attentive throughout the meal, great service. The food was fantastic as always. I can't believe how lucky we are to have such a great pub almost on our doorstep, keep up the good work.

Nice pub, beer is very expensive, mine was cloudy barman changed it straight away no probs. Food looked never nice. But again prices are high

Bar staff really friendly and very up to date with what’s on the menu and with what’s going on in the vicinity and the town sat outside ,lovely relaxed atmosphere .

My partner and I went for a organised works Christmas party up stairs. The eating area was very spacious and the staff were excellent and attentive to any of our needs especially drink wise. We had a 3 course meal which was lovely and well presented. The food was fantastic and couldn’t fault it . Well worth another visit from Paul and Joanne

Really great pub, absolutely fantastic service! They didn’t bat an eyelid when my 3 year old ordered “off menu”, and happily gave him mashed potato for dessert as he insisted on! Could not recommend more, perfect for a family meal out. The kids play area outside is also great.

I love this place, the food is beautiful every single time, so much so that I try & visit at least once a week. The food never fails to be anything other than delicious & all of the staff that work there are always so polite & welcoming. There isn’t another pub that I feel more relaxed in, it’s like going for a drink at your friend’s house, dogs are welcome (so much so they have their own food available served in special doggy bowls) and kids are welcome (high chairs provided for the little ones). Simply gorgeous, my 6 year old daughter calls this - ‘the yummy food place’ & she is so right! Keep doing what you’re doing guys it’s really appreciated & you’re all really lovely people doing an outstanding job at real hospitality

We’ve just celebrated our daughters birthday in the Private Dining Area at Millers. We couldn’t of wished to have celebrated it in a nicer setting. The food was amazing, presented beautifully and so much of it!!! Everyone commented on how good the food was. The staff could not do enough for us, they were attentive to our needs and always happy to help. The choice of drinks available suited all 30 in our party. We honestly cannot recommend this place enough. A beautifully presented pub/restaurant with the most hardworking of staff. A big Thank You for making our daughters birthday so special and we look forward to coming again soon.

Called in her one sunday after a friend recommended it, she wasnt wrong I had the belly pork which was delicious, my partner had the steak, it was a rainy day so couldn't sit out at the beer garden but I will definitely be back in the summer, it looks a great pub to sit in the sun by the river...oh n very nice polite bar staff..

Only came here as Meze was closed unexpectedly. Children’s menu chicken nuggets was not preformed rubbish, it was real chunks of chicken in a crispy batter ....the chicken was moist which is a real change these days, the chunky chips were great and the portion size was generous. Off the specials board was a chicken shawarma which was delicious and so well filled half went home for supper....taken with skinny fries and a salad...all delicious and a good price at £9. Same price was the fish butty....as good a piece of fish as is most chippies for size, really crispy batter, lovely big white flakes and not overcooked....great portion of chunky chips, nice mushy peas, home made tasty tartare....excellent pint of Casper Ghostly Pale Ale (Halloween tomorrow) and a tasty Pinot Grigio.....all in all £32 for all the above and a J2O....great value, best pub grub in ages, pleasant service and nice surroundings....will return

Lovley place , nice food , beer garden , my friend used to run the pub he put a lot of work into the place inside out an out , love sitting in the beer garden near the canal , theres a band stand too for bands to play, play area for kids , nice cosy pub and the climbing place is nearby defo worth a visit..

My family arranged my 80th birthday celebration at Milers and I must say they did us proud..The meals we had were very well cooked including the vegetarian and vegan meals and the Yorkshire puddings were something to write home about,,they were HUGE...the service was very good and we wanted for nothing due to the care and attention the staff gave us....mind you I nearly died when at the end of the meal the staff then came out carrying a birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday....a conspiracy that my daughter-in-law and a member of staff arranged..but all in all a very much deserved WELL DONE and THANK YOU to management and staff....

Steak and Ale pie was amazing. Kids food also second to none. Great service, thank you everyone. Well worth a visit.

Walking from the canal tow path we herd live music so found out it was here and was dog friendly, that was good as we had ours with us. Two young bands on so stayed for a couple before walk back

We arrived hoping to have the most amazing Sunday lunch, which we have had previously but unfortunately today it didn’t happen, but the amazing customer service made up for the bad issues, Caitlin our waitress was so professional and understanding and sorted the situation without hassle, she’s a credit to the venue

Visited numerous times, not once had a bad meal. Staff always friendly and ensuring everything ok. The outside area is great when the weather permits. Definitely recommend.

I cannot thank The Millers and 47 Grains team enough for making a sad occasion (post funeral buffet) into such a lovely event.

We organised a family/close friends gathering here Sunday 30th June 2019 to celebrate 'Mum and Dad' to be. Overall the pub was busy and shared a good atmosphere up until our food arrived. 'Dad' to be was presented with his burger meal looking good from the outside, however inside completely uncooked and mince meat raw! Drinking glasses also layered and not exactly crystal clear. Yes, a refund of the burger meal was offered along with 1/2 pint of lager including a 'sorry about that'. Considering the overall amount of custom on food and drink we gave, this was very disappointing service. Very surprised this place has been voted top 3 pubs in yorkshire!

We attended a wake at this pub on 2nd July 2019, the food they provided was outstanding and the range of real ales and other drinks was extensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the outside space was very pleasant, definitely recommend.

Perfect for summer days with friends ok n the sun. Always a nice atmosphere. Food is really good too! Nice decking overlooking the canal and right under the climbing wall. Good for kids too as they can play. We always bring our friends here when they visit and it's a perfect spot for everyone

Called in with our grandson on way home after an early meal elsewhere. Always a good beer choice and our grandson loves the junior climbing wall. Large beer garden and also being next to the canal there are extra points of interest too.

Visited with my eldest granddaughter at her recommendation. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, lovely food - albeit a little pricey - and dog-friendly. Really enjoyed my visit; will come again.

My wife and I were in Brighouse and looked for some lunch. We walked in 2-3 minutes from the town centre car park by the canal, which was a good idea because the pub's own small car park was full. (There is a public pay carpark opposite). We had cheeseburgers with real chips, salad and relish. The bun was optional and we decided to do without. The meals were delicious, and served by friendly cheerful young staff. Drinks were good too.

Love this place. Visited on a very busy afternoon but staff were still really friendly and personable. Found a corner for my Hubby, myself and our dog.. she got a lot of attention . Staff are so responsive to dogs and have fresh sausages and other snacks available for them and will bring water bowls if needed. We just had a drink on this occasion but have had bar snacks before. There is a restaurant too but not been yet. Lovely outdoor seating areas with play area for kids. Set on the side of the canal it is a beautiful setting throughout the day and into the evening. Thoroughly recommend

Relaxed and friendly pub serving good food and beer. The pub was busy serving families, couples and people with dogs. (Ours!) Service was efficient and friendly. The menu was good pub fare at reasonable prices. My steak was delicious and everyone else enjoyed their meals. Good range of real ales kept well.

Called in at the Miller's for pre meal drinks - bar always buzzing with a great friendly atmosphere. Great selection of beers and the Prosecco is very tasty aswell ☺

We have stopped here a couple of times on way home from Northern Ballet in Leeds so stopped in Brighouse on way home. The beef Sunday lunches at The Millers Bar are are amazing!!! We found this pub by sheer chance a few months back and so glad we did.

Delicious food and great service from really friendly staff. Love the setting too. Impressed with the options on the menu which I now want to go back to try!

We had a family birthday meal at Millers Bar. There were 10 of us in our party which they easily coped with. All meals were ready at the same time and were of excellent quality. There was no problem with 2 of our party needing gluten free food. We also had a dog with us which again was absolutely no problem. We did not order anything, but there are even dog meals on the menu for £3. Service was excellent. They were reasonably busy both with people who had booked & several walk ins from what I saw they managed to accommodate everyone. The menu is very good and we all had very good meals. The steak pie & belly pork I would like to single out as being extra special. The portions were a good size, but yes 9 out of 10 of us still had a pudding which again were excellent.

We needed a suitable place to meet half way, with old friends, Brighouse being equal distance from our respective towns. Tried Millers Bar by chance and it turned out to be perfect. Really personable and amenable staff, excellent food and welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. All of which contributed to the perfect afternoon.

Visited just before Christmas with family. The menu had a good varied choice, and was good value for the meals we had. Staff were very friendly and efficient and overall the restaurant had a lovely, warm and inviting atmosphere. Although it was fairly full it wasn't overly noisy and the layout is good for groups getting together. We tried the 'in house' gin, very nice. Would definitely visit again.

Went last Sunday with family (10 of us) for a pre Christmas meal. The service was great and the food delicious. We all enjoyed our meal.

1st visit & booked a table. Got seated & thought we had got a little gem in the corner until we realised it was the door to the outside & toilets!! We were questioned as to whether we had booked a table as the kitchen were moaning we had just walked in without booking!! The chalkboard on the table with name on and time was a big hint we had.....There was a large party in sat at the front under the window with several kids that were left to amuse themselves by running in & out, holding the door open for them coming in and out. Despite signs being on display telling parents to watch there kids but No... Oh they were too busy drinking and enjoying themselves to care that their kids were upsetting other diners. Food came and was really average , stew & dumps was only aired, meat tough. Husband has Sunday dinner that was good enough he said. 2 meat pies that were ok but nothing to shout about. Shame as it has lots of good reviews but 1st visit will be last.

The food was lovely we we upstairs in the restaurant which was lovely and were in a different room as we were a big party.

Upon entering the place you are confronted by a crowd of people between the entrance and bar. Go to the right or run the risk of a nasty fall down a step to the left!

Very nice food, the outside area is great for the kids and can keep them entertained whilst you eat/drink.

Came here after doing an escape room over the road at Rokt for Sunday dinner.

By far superior food compared to what I was expecting to eat at home on Monday when I was offered chance to check the place out! Fish meal with flavour and nice to get some samphire!
