The best restaurants in West Midlands

We ordered food today to be delivered at work. One staff had chips and there were approx 15 chips in the box. I ordered a sausage and egg oatcake and it was freezing cold and not made up.

Wonderful customer service and fabulous food. We ordered vegetable spring roles, prawn toast and satay chicken for starters and for mains the Chicken pad Thai and Beef in red wine sauce. All very good.

Just happen to being in the area. We had a great late lunch. The staff was great ( thanks for the americano coffee with milk). the meal was just right.

Good pub with a decent range of drinks. For real ale drinkers there is Bathams Best and a usually something from Wye Valley - typically HPA. Plenty of lager and Modri. Also a pool table. Good for watching football, with several TV screens, and for a pre or post match drink. It's under the main stand of Harriers FC and is the only pub I know which has a door with a sign "players and coaching staff only".

Having driven past this restaurant for years we decided to give it a go, and we were not disappointed. The food was very nice and great choice of menu although with only option to purchase drinks it was a little pricey. The dishes were all good and the starters were the 'gem' with everyone enjoying a delicious starter. We will definitely return to this restaurant for special occasions but not for a 'cheap curry' with friends. The food is worth that little bit extra on the bill but not on a regular basis.

I loved my breakfast it was brilliant. I much needed rest. I had poached eggs on toast which I took out and a piece of cake .Thank you very much indeed Jane.

Had a great evening here for their first Oktoberfest, staff were amazing, the set up was fantastic, such a good atmosphere despite the torrential downpours, the beer flowed and the food was great, entertainment was so much fun, an amazing singer followed by a crazy Oompa band, such a good evening

Lovely selection of food and daily specials . Food cooked fresh to order . Good value for money. Can serve meals in restaurant and bar area.

We have two or three deliveries a month from Pershore House. The food is amazing, always hot and completely yummy. We can't fault the service at all. Love it!

Lovely coffee and cake and very friendly staff. The dog was very welcome too, in spite of what was written on trip adviser. Nice tables and chairs outside with shade. You can hire a Mobility Tramper vehicle to get up to the Beacon. We’ve booked one at the weekend as my husband has not been able to get up the hills for some years now. Will definitely go again.

Pie, only pastry lid so lots of tasty filling, really crisp chips and good quality garden peas cooked perfectly. Everything arrived piping hot. Friendly attentive staff. We were all delighted with our lunch.

Didn’t expect much when we walked in - wasn’t wrong. Grumpy hostess greeted us with “if you get out of the way I might be able to serve you”. Ordered 2 pints of real ale - cloudy and disappointing. Went into the garden which others describe as “quirky” which is a euphemism for junk yard. The gents were disgusting - stinking of ammonia and filthy. No way would I consider returning or worse still eating there
