Came out of the cold weather for a sit down and a delicious cappuccino and hot sausage roll.Food reasonably priced with several meal deals.Prompt service and good value.Will try the hot wedges next time

They have great staff But they need more of them Three visits each time tables dirty and service was not upto speed The general atmosphere was OK but not as nice as there other shops felt like you were in a motorway services That's not what it's about

Went for Sunday Carvey as couldn't be bothered to cook . Food was delicious. The chocolate Fudge cake was amazing . Biscoff Sunday was to die for Thanks Margaret 😊

I can’t fault the food, great value. The Indian lady with the dodgy eye concerned me though. I’ve been going in every Friday for kebab and battered chips, loved it but last Friday I was the only customer and I was waiting for the meat to warm up, I looked to the right and the lady was pointing her phone at me above the counter where she sits, because I noticed she started to move the phone around as though she was taking a video of the Halloween decorations. A minute later her phone was pointing at me again. I felt really uncomfortable and wondering why she is recording me. I WILL NOT be going back. VERY weird experience

Good honest grub. My wife and I felt we needed a carvery. We did not book and turned up as walk ins. We were seated quickly and efficiently. I went to buy a drink ant two small carveries. Served quickly and efficiently. About £17.50 total. We went to carvery chose beef and turkey. Great assortment of vegetables, potato varieties, gravy and sauces. We both cleared our plates and were completely satisfied by our experience. We were in and out in 30 minutes which suited our day. Excellent venue with professional organised team throughout. Thank you. We will be back.

Got two kids meals and a cod special for 15 quid. Excellent fish, great battered sausage and loads of tasty chips. The service was quick and really friendly. Very impressed.

Food is fresh and delicious with big portions, polite and friendly staff, nice and calm atmosphere, nice, fresh and tidy. Perfect for kids as they have a kid corner and lovely, cold beer for adults :). We definitely will come back and recommend to others ;)

The kids who work here spend more time messing around than focusing on their jobs and customers. The food variety isn’t as good as others in the chain.

Great food, staff all hard working.

I checked the KFC website for opening hours for Kidderminster branch. It stated closing time was 22.00 for restaurant and 23.00 for drive-thru. I arrived at 20.10, only to find a cone blocking the drive-thru, and the restaurant closed! Why advertise opening hours, and then ignoring them? A right shambles. Most unprofessional.
