I went to the Larchwood with my family, we had carvery, fish and chips and burger. I have to say we were all really disappointed with our meals. The meat we were given was wafer thin and as I only asked for 1 meat I was given 1 small slice, so was my son. Husband had 2 meats so he was lucky to be given 2 small slithers of meat. The rest of the vegetables were ok but Luke warm. The fish was almost chewy, and the burger really dry with no taste to it. Don’t think we will be returning here for food again!

Phoned to make a large group booking , very accommodating. Phoned on the morning to check numbers so they could find a space for us all. Dean was very welcoming, took the cake off to keep safe. Carvery good selection and hot , lovely serving staff. Dean brought out the cake when we asked and joined in singing. Wasn’t rushed to leave like other places. Would recommend

Today we had a wonderful experience at larchwood farm carvery. Luke was a great host and attentive in his care and service to us as a family. we came here as family for food today lovely & hot staff friendly we were sorted right away sitted 2 a table my boys cleaned there place looking forward 2 some pudding

Stopped in today for lunch with my son as we noticed the kids eat free sign outside, went in and grabbed a table, went to the bar to order food, placed my order and the server told me how much, I asked if the price he gave me included the kids eat free, he said no I need to be registered with your app for marketing to get a voucher! I said I don't have or want the app, and seeing as we are paying for 2 adult meals can't you sort it your side, he said no, there was another customer having the same conversation that I was with another server, I paid for the meals as there was nothing he could do, your signs for advertising kids eat free are miss leading and should very clearly state that you must be registered on the app, food was ok, and service was as expected during school half term had the carrot cake to take away which my son absolutely loves

Enjoyed it here, very quiet on a Saturday and our little one enjoyed the soft play area, however due to him only being 2 there was lots of older children who were making him feel a bit overwhelmed, the staff took our plates off the table before we’d even finished and wasn’t best impressed by this as it is not courteous to do so while people are still eating (without asking first) the food itself was very nice and warm, the instructions for the carvery were not clear, and got overwhelmed myself as staff weren’t very helpful in this aspect, overall ok experience we would go again if we were in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way like I did for a 45 min drive to get there

Was really disappointed in the service here On an fairly empty evening. We weren't greeted by anyone and after a couple minutes of waiting a staff member told us to sit where ever we wanted. We sat for around 10 minutes and not a single member of staff came over to greet us or anything so ended up having to order carvery via the app. The gentleman who served us our food was very pleasant and was the only staff member who was polite to us. After eating we decided to get a cake to takeaway. Waited at bar while staff members kept walking past us and didn't acknowledge us. I eventually asked for someone to serve us. Got the cake home and very disappointed as there is a massive lack of filling in between slices. Which is a shame because the display cakes look amazing but not worth the £6.29 I paid for once slice. Overall not great and won't return.

I had a fantastic time at this Greene King establishment. The food was spectacular but that bar service was absolutely incredible, the bar woman on today, I think her name was Rubie, was absolutely fantastic!

Had a meal after a day out at West Midlands Safari Park. Staff were very friendly, The chefs obviously love what they do as the food was lovely. The Cake Away was great no one wanted a pudding so had the biggest slice of cake ever to take away. Prices good. Only 10 minutes from Safari Park so great stop off for dinner before heading home.

Great family dining, meat for carvery is always on point and lovely; sometimes the veg can be hit and miss. Service has always been great, even if at times a little on the slow side at the bar. Desserts are to die for. Overall, nice atmosphere, you lay for what you get but service exceeds expectations ☺️

Had a lovely lunch today. We were greeted by a friendly face and shown straight to a table. We were served by Brandon who was really friendly and helpful, great service given and and made our visit easy and relaxed.

Being greeted at the door straight away by Joel is always a pleasure as he's very welcoming and polite, he always greets us with a smile. Joel and the team are always accommodating to any needs, their service skills are always top notch. The food is amazing as always. My grandparents love this place for their carvery food. We come here at least once a week, the food is always gorgeous and hot and tasty.

As a first visit, my partner and I went in for a quick drink and snack. We ordered 2 large soft drinks and a bowl of chips with chicken strips. We ordered on the app from the table expecting faster service. The food came at 15 minutes, and the server put the food down without and cutlery or napkins and never offered any of these, and walked away without saying anything. After a couple of minutes we had to source napkins from another table that hadn't been cleared and had to eat with our hands. The drinks never came by 20 minutes so we went in to ask for these and were greeted with a horrid attitude and told to go back to our table and wait. The venue wasn't very busy and we could see no reasonable reason for the delay or lack of service standards. Not knowing the precise service level agreements for the customers, we believe this service is very poor and are not likely to ever return or recommend this venue to others.

Lovely home cooked carvery, just what I needed after the week I have had. Cheap aswell for what you get. I recommend!

Food was pretty nice. We were overcharged and then a short guy in a green t shirt tried to justify why and said "it's only about a pound". A guy on the front desk said that we would be able to get a slice of cake because it was my grandma's 100th birthday meal. But the same guy in a green t shirt told us we would have to download the app and wouldn't be able to get any. Then the nice lady who worked there gave us the cake. Lots of nice staff but the guy who I'm assuming was the manager definitely didn't go above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable Still waiting for my pound

Good veg and gravy but they didn’t send the pie that goes with the veggie carvery. Disappointing. Called but no one answers the phone.
