Food was ok. Service was just typical KFC I guess. More of a transaction than an interaction.

I won't eat hear due to all the bad stories I've heard! But, it's all the crap in the surrounding streets that annoy me! Give you employees some overtime to go and get all the rubbish off our streets! Even worse, they are soon to open another branch in Kidderminster!! More crap in our canal! It's bad enough trying to clean up after McDonalds where their rubbish can be found in a 4-5 mile radius! Take some responsibility...you make enough profit each year!!

Busy kfc that sometimes you may have to wait but service is great and food as it should be .finger licking good

Ordered online and the sides were missing, called customer service and was told nothing can be done, asked to speak with supervisor and was told nothing would be done and the call was ended. Tried calling the Kidderminster branch and couldn’t get through. Absolutely shameful

half my food didn't arrive and they wouldn't answer the phone

I like to be positive. After all they’re youngsters starting out and the poor lad in service was overwhelmed by lacklustre colleagues. Even so learn to clean up after the lazy customers who leave empties in the table. Then again all the bins weee full.

No mash that I ordered no corn that I ordered and no drink with the meal!. Not happy considering mash is all I can eat fuming

my order was cold and missing items and replaced with things I didn't want the quality of the food was very poor considering how much I spent.carnt anyone do there job properly these days. this isn't the first time our order has been wrong.not happy at all.

I ordered a zinger stacker meal + 2 hot wings and a Pepsi max. I received an ultimate bbq burguer + corn + 2 pieces of chicken and an orange tango. Completely different order…

delivery time got changed twice so had to wait 1hour 45 mins. And the food was cold. If it had been delivered by the first time estimated it might have been hot

I ordered at 20:56, original delivery window was 15-25 mins. The window kept being moved back by 10 mins at a time. Nearly 1 1/2 hours for a 'fast food' delivery! Very dangerous for me being diabetic! Then the order was missing several items and everything except for one item was prectically cold. You need to do better KFC...much, much better. This wasn't just a bit wrong, it was ridiculously wrong. If the staff can't do the job right, get someone that can, it's not rocket science.

Ordered on the app the food turned up On time and was hot and fresh and there was nothing missing

Wings was missing, plus popcorn chicken and drink. Rest of the food was cold, to the point where i had to throw it away. i won’t be ordering from this kfc again, as there is always something missing and an issue with the food

Joints are not good, and not cooked properly. Burgers and chips are good

The place is absolutely filthy, ladies toilets were disgusting. No toilet roll and urine all over the floor. Tables are disgusting, floor is disgusting, bins are overflowing. Shall not be returning in a hurry!!!! Filthy Hole.

Bag left on the stoop without a knock or bell ring. Not all of our order came, ordered a 4pc meal got a 3. It’s always something with this shop.

asked for chips as I liked the supercharger sauce for which i paid extra. For the sauce to not even come. Which was pretty much the main reason for the order itself as I craved the sauce and was gonna dip the chicken in it. so due to the main reason for the order being missing. you get 2 stars. Next time I will go and collect as I refuse to pay extra for chips for the reason I ordered them to not even come

Time kept changing for delivery. Started at 19:15, then kept changing eventually arrived 1955. Two items missing from the order. This seems to happen every time we order from there. Not happy

Ordered from here twice: first time food arrived cold, second time - wrong order delivered and driver tried to get me to accept an order that was not mine, which I refused. This KFC needs to get their act together.

Great food and staff here in the Kidderminster store, had a small problem with my order and the staff and management were fantastic. Definitely recommended and well done team

took ages and they put my cold can of pop on top of the fries. why would anyone in their right mind put a cold can on top of warm food?

I spent well over £50 on 4 meals to only received 2 complete meals. Chicken was missing from 2 BBQ fillet tower meals and the food quality as a while was highly disappointing.

my food was delivered on time but was stone cold.

The restaurant was not busy lots of tables available but most tables dirty floor dirty . Went to the toilet and was put off eating rest of my food as the toilets where descusting really descusting and I thought if they allow customer's to see this what is the kitchen area like I can't see and it's highgeen levels yuk very disappointing kfc when your serving food your premises should be clean no excuse has put me off using a kfc and any other fast food outlet

Very unhappy my delivery slot was changed 6 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to KFC to see why I can't get my meal drivers waiting staff working very hard under the pressure and have been told that they can't help me after all I want to cancel my order, have been waiting over 1.5 HR I'm away only 3 min! My advice don't take orders if you know that you can't cope!!!!!

placed my order and the delivery time kept changing. after waiting for over 30 minutes with the courier at the restaurant they finally left with my food. unfortunately the food was delivered cold because of the half hour delay at KFC.

Friendly driver very polite. But meal wasn't what I ordered , it was cold. Chips soggy. Drink was warm. And considering the amount we spent i think i could have gone to a restaurant. Overall it was so disgusting. I won't be ordering again

After an initial call which took 10 tries before answering, I was assured the order would be bagged piping hot when the driver arrived, this turned out not to be the case not only was my order colder than an attic roll, it was like it had been prepared 2 days ago, the order was missing the best bit 3 lots of gravy, the kids meals of which only 1 arrived was missing a pineapple stick the rest cold and disappointing of what we actually got!

When my order arrived some of the items seemed to be missing/damaged. One of my burgers were missing the other burger looked like it had been slapped around the fries were uneven I would very much appreciate a refund thank you.

Ordered 'mighty meal for one' which in all fairness is an insane amount of food and exceptional value. Really good service, staff very friendly and helpful. Chicken piping hot and on the whole v. tasty, mostly juicy and good variety. Bad bits; the two chicken thighs, although large and nicely cooked, were possibly the saltiest food I've ever eaten. Ive not had a KFC in a long time, so am unsure as to whether that's how they are supposed to be nowadays.. but there's a limit to how much salt needs to be included into the mix - and this breached the threshold several times over. No sauce, wipes nor even serviettes offered or provided.

When the food arrived it was almost cold, and we had redeemed a free item of a regular popcorn chicken that wasn't sent out.
