KFC Kidderminster - Stourport Road in Wyre Forest

Order took an hour to arrive and it was stone cold. Why do they put cold water bottles on top of the food and deliver in just the paper bag. The food should be kept warm in an appropriate bag. If I was at a restaurant and food was served like this I would send it back. It’s not cheap to order so the least they can do is make sure the food is edible when it arrives.

Chips and chicken were cold the salad was bitter and the corn in it was going brown

The food was on time but the order had missing popcorn chicken in my zinger meal and one can of Coke missing can you replace this place

Delivery driver was a little early, he was very pleasant, polite and helpful. Food was nice and hot which was lovely as last time I Ordered it was cold. Well presented and good quality.

At this point, I've had a Zinger Double Down every day it's been available (3 days, I'm somewhat of a connoisseur now) and this was the best of the bunch. Quality hot wings too, good amount of parking, plenty of empty tables. One of the Colonel's finest eateries.

This has to have been one of the messiest KFC's we have visited in a long time. After visiting locally, we thought we would dine in. This was a mistake. 4 staff behind the counter. 1 female working, and the 3 young lads just talking to each other whilst the tables are left dirty, bins overflowing, and so much rubbish on the floor. You'd honestly think a tornado went through the middle of the place. Food was okay, a little greasier than normal but edible.

One of my orders was wrong. I ordered a box meal with an original piece of chicken and extra 2 hit wings. I didn’t receive the piece of chicken. Everything else was right.

Went in today for a burger meal my order come up on seen to collect already wait 20mins then asked if it was ready one staff member walk off ask again 10 mins later still not ready got my money back in the end will not go back .

20 minutes to get lunch is ridiculous. Portion sizes are alot smaller too than any other kfc I have been to. Too busy serving the drive through and delivery drivers to worry about those dining in. This was my first visit here and will definitely be my last.

Very small handful of chips in the boxes and they were cold. The gravy pot was hot but the rest of the food was barely warm. Food was tasty though.

Decided to try KFC, which neither my husband and I have had for many years and to say we were both totally disappointed and dissatisfied. Maybe that time of day made the difference, but even the chips were under-whelming. We certainly won’t be going there again.

Consistently the slowest service of any KFC I’ve ever been too. I come here practically 3/4 days a week after the gym. Every time with the drive thru you pay they ask you to park and then you sit. Sometimes for 5 minutes others for 30. Its constant, either management aren’t managing the staff or they aren’t rostering enough people in. They make you park up to make their figures look good to higher ups and head office but the actual customer perspective I’ve never been to a KFC or any other fast food restaurant so poorly run and slow. You will reply to this telling me I can leave feedback through a link. Done this many times already. What will it take for an area manager to come and sort this KFC out. Just to add ordered a white chocolate cookie, got a milk chocolate one.
