First time we ordered it was lovely second time we ordered nothing was cooked properly. It was over half an hour late and absolutely vile i told just eat and they sed no for a refund so just told me to leave a review here not happy at all Waste of money.

Pizza, chicken and sausage was stone cold Curry sauce out onto food already so my son wouldn’t eat, wasn’t a option when ordered to put in tubs so assumed it would come that way

Excellent food and even better customer service - cannot fault the service from the ladies at this place. The fish is lovely as it the kebabs and the chips are the best they are moist and slide down not dry like everywhere else in kidderminster.

The food was hot and tasty, and delivered on time, by a lovely friendly courier... but... We were disappointed with the large spring roll. It stuck to the paper, hard to get off... when we did get off the paper, it ended up an un-edible mush! Just to conclude... We DID enjoy our meal. Excellent service, the only thing was the blip regarding the spring roll, which we have brought to your attention...

Absolutely disgusting! Meals arrived covered in grease, friers had clearly not been cleaned for a while. Phoned to complain and was asked, "what do you want me to do about it". Perhaps 2 free meals would of sufficed, or vouchers for a future order. Will not order from there again.

after i ordered the food the delivery time changed .....over 1 n half hours ended up waiting for it n the food was luke warm.

Went into Tasty bites this evening and was welcomed by the two lovely ladies behind the counter with reviving amazing service when I placed my order but the owner needs to treat his staff with respect and not be so disrespectful towards them as they was doing a fantastic job while being under pressure with the warm weather we have been having.

Absolutely fantastic service food was delayed but it was still hot and tha lady was very friendly and they even sent us out extra food to share round tha kids. I love this chip shop and have always used it since they've been on just eat. Definitely recommend xxx

By far the best chippy in town... generous portions and the food is fantastic... (the battered chips are the best..!) delivery driver was polite and friendly... Great service all round.

Such a shame the food use to be really nice and always got a fair amount but now the foods not very nice, smaller portions and items missing off order when delivered. The delivery has improved and was on time. Not going to order from here again waste of money didn’t eat most of it.

Very disappointed. We have always used Tasty Bites and recommended them to others. However, the last twice we have waited over two hours for food to be delivered and last night it was nearly three hours and when it did arrive there were parts missing. Sorry, but we will not be using you again.

Update from yesterday. Received phone call from Tasty bites regarding my shocking but truthful review. Were very apologetic has expected. The Lady who phoned said that they would deliver a repeat of the meal ordered no later than 17.15hrs today (Friday). Guess what!! never turned up.. She promised on the phone. To be honest we guessed this would be the case. Tasty bites don't only serve disgusting cold left over from lunchtime food, they are dreadful liers and cheats.

Have been ordering and enjoying the food from Tasty Bites for a few years now. We especially like the battered chips. Today was not the best !!. Firstly we received a phone call stating our meals would be late, fair play to them for informing us which we appreciated. When the food arrived we were shocked at the quality and dismal amount we received. My wife even said that the meal looked like it had been sent from a lesser takeaway. The chips were cold and looked pre heated left over from lunchtime. The amount of chips received was the smallest portion we have ever had delivered from this takeaway. Both the mini fish were cold and again looked like they were left over from lunchtime. The size of fish not much bigger than a fishfinger. For the price paid for a regular chips and 2 mini fish £16.50p with delivery.. We have been a loyal customer of Tasty Bites and in the past other than slight issues have never experienced such a poor standard quality of food. Both mini fish and majority of the smallest portion of chips ever seen were binned. This was not Tasty Bites at there best and i question there food Hygiene certificate on this occasion. Will not be using again unless they improve. And please do not blame this on the cost of living this was shocking..

I've been ordering from this chippy for a couple of years now and the food was always good but my last order was awful. The food was barely warm, the fish was full of bones and the large normal chips I ordered were disgusting and partially battered which wasn't ideal for my dairy intolerant daughter. I won't be ordering from there again.

Best kebabs iv had in a long time.. my twins wolfed it down.. would recommend.. its now my new chippy.. an im the far side of Stourport so bit of a trek but worth it. Xx

My go-to chippy on that side of Kidderminster. Nowhere's brilliant for deliveries at the moment because of all the roadworks everywhere so prefer to go fetch my food. Ridiculously good quality of food and value for money.

Ordered over £30 worth of food and 2 hours later still nothing, none of the phone numbers work and they’ve taken the money out of my account.

Ordered a simple order Saturday afternoon, time got pushed back and pushed back until their closing time and said it was delivered when it wasn’t.

Absolutely appalling, waited over 2 hours on a delivery with the delivery time just being pushed back all the time. Ended up with no food as they ended up closing but we had no communication from them whatsoever. Disappointed with their service and can't rate the food as never got it. Won't be wasting my time with them again

2hours 20mins for sausage and chips. shame as the food was ok, my appetite had vanished at this point due to the amount of snacks consumed waiting for delivery. no apology. very sad 1st experience of this chippy

I'm a regular customers but past few times have been horrific, you've upped your prices but portion sizes are smaller, ordered a special and didn't receive part of the meal i paid, my son asked for sauce and got completely something different so he couldn't eat it, I phoned and had an apology but no reimbursement or offered a free meal next time.

Sorry but waiting over 2 hours is really bad!!. You can't just keep apologising for the delay and blame traffic! People who order know kidderminster and are aware it does not take an hour and a half to get anywhere round here!!
