Came for the first time today. Had high hopes. Nice pub. Carvery was really nice. Ordered dessert twice. Still came out wrong I had the crumble but I wanted custard instead of ice cream came out with ice cream so took it back then brought out a thimble of stone cold custard we just left. Was so disappointing. Told a member of staff who just said ok. No apology. All the staff are children. Girl on the bar was miserable. Really thought we had found a great place but won’t be returning

Well where do I start = we have been to the Fox several times before and it has always been a bit hit and miss = but the food has always been edible. Sadly this was not so on our recent visit. The Carvery ~ both the turkey & beef was very dry and had been overcooked or kept warm for far too long. Veg - cauliflower cheese was rock hard and you could not get the spoon in, Dauphinoise potatoes were absolutely solid in the dish ~ again you could not get the spoon in - after a struggle got the spoon in and it was just a solid mass and looked disgusting so passed on that. Stuffing was another disaster - again just stogie and you could not even get it off the spoon. Roast potatoes and parsnips were dry and hard - personally I think they may have been from the night before - they were disgusting and all 3 in our party left them. In a word all of the food I mentioned above was only fit for the bin. One member had the pie of the day. It was NO PIE. A round piece of puff pastry placed on top of some vegetables "off the carvery" on top of the pastry was 4 small chunks of potatoe and 3 chunks of lamb in a gravy and then another round piece of puff pasty placed on top. Basically it was a "puff pastry sandwich" how they can call it a pie is beyond belief. No to desserts - two of the 4 desserts were sold out so we were offered as alternatives "eaton mess with strawberries or fruit cake - yes fruit cake" I passed on dessert. One had the eaton mess - the fresh strawberries were straight out of the fridge and very cold - they had been cut in half - fine - but they could not even be bothered to take out the green stalk - shocking. If there was a real Chef in the Kitchen how did any of that food even get past him or her to get into the Restaurant. Well we will NEVER EVER BE GOING BACK.

Me and my partner waited 1 hour for our starter to come out. The staff were extremely rushed off their feet to the point they were stressed. There was 1 waitress and 1 bar lady and it was quite busy. We opted for the 3 course menu and had to walk after the starters ( i have never had to walk out during a meal). The carvery had no meat on it and the veg/sides were all crusty and nearly empty. I felt sorry for the waitresses as I can imagine they get a lot of agro off the customers for the slow/bad service. There should be way more staff on when it’s busy. I know it’s not high end dining, but I do expect edible food and decent service. Unfortunately we won’t ever be returning to the fox after this awful experience.

We booked a table for Sunday 27th October at 3:30pm, we arrived early and was told they had a table they just needed to clear it and asked us to get a drink at the bar and then they would seat us. We ordered at the bar and I was told I would have to have my pint in 2 half glasses as they never had any pint glasses available and then proceeded to serve in pint glasses for the next people ordering drinks. Whilst waiting 25 minutes another couple then came in and was seated straight away, after this an older couple came and again were seated. We left and came to The Dog in Harvington, they said they didn’t have anything available as they were very busy but after I explained our situation they spoke to the manager and found us a table. We are very disappointed with The Fox and wouldn’t recommend their Sunday service, they had 3 staff members on, they all looked about 20 and totally exhausted, there didn't seem to be anyone in charge, tables were not being cleared or cleaned and there were glasses covering one end of the bar and piled up on a table.

Beer quite nice. Service terrible took 20 minutes to be served. The ‘crusty roll’ from the soup was half a burger bun. The ‘butter’ served with it was vegan spread that was 2 years out of date! One less chicken wing than we recived last week and what feels like less sauce as well. My family have been multiple times before and the service is inconsistant. Last week they couldn’t fault it this week it was terrible. What makes it worse the table next to us, who had already finished there meal were rude to us for ‘making to much noise’ in a reaturant full of people. Quite frankly was a poor expereince all around, paid and left before making it to the cavery as the poor quality serivce and starters left a sour taste in our mouths.

My partner and I booked over the phone at 11.50am Thursday 5th September and requested a table for 12.30pm, a staff member granted our request, the carvery today was outstanding, the meat choices were an excellent selection of beef, pork and turkey, the vegetables cooked to perfection and best of all……the gravy, cooked the ‘proper’ way with the meat juices! Thus causing a taste explosion, the staff are both welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to enjoy the hospitality experience at a very high standard, this is not our first visit, as the experience has been of equal delivery on each visit, it ensures it brings us back regularly. Many thanks to all at the Fox Inn at Caddersley Corbett, Mark and Michelle Stanley xx

Good pub, pint of Guinness £7.50 bit expensive, but the main carvery was not too bad at £9 98 or £10 carvery with a desert! Lots of old people, and does get busy, on the up side food wise on the best carverys I have ever tasted wanted to eat more, but did not have any room in my belly for more! My brother eats a large plate normally, but he had a standard plate and he was full! They get a few young and middle age people like me and my bro! Place kept clean and tidy! But if you decide to go to the fox at chaddsley Corbett book as they do get full, me and my bro were lucky to just walk in and get a place!

We had booked Sunday lunch at the fox Inn, only to be served the smallest portions of meat possible 1/2 a slice of beef & 1/2 a slice of lamb when I asked for a tiny cut off piece of meat the server said NO I cannot give you that piece !!!!!! There was a time when the server asked you was that enough meat or would you like another piece! After spending over £70.00 this is a absolutely disgrace we will not be returning back again Even the cutlery had not been cleaned properly & I took 3 forks back to the bar to show them !!!! The service & hospitality has certainly gone down since we last attended , as soon as we walked in the receptionist looked at myself then looked at my husband (who’s Jamaica) & stuck us in a corner out of the way from the restaurant/ dining area , considering there were tables in the dining area & restaurant !!!! Absolutely fuming & disappointed with the reception service & food from the Fox Inn !!!!

Appalling meal, food quality consists of for the carvery meal ....... ......cold Carvery meat, dried food from Carvery ( ie that was virtually out of stock for most items or shrivelled up in the corners and hard to get to places. On other non-carvery items the was mixed feelings on quality and availability. To be honest we used to visit frequently but last 3 months quality and service dropped to unacceptable levels. One waitress busy trying to please everyone. The younger one seeing and hearing things of negativity must have put her off working as she moped around most of the night and preffered to walk past dirty plates and tables or say to customers speak to the chef and then walk off

I'm really disappointed.. came here for the inlaws 70th bday with all the family. We was sat on 2 separate tables instead of together. Then it took 30mins for anyone to take our order. Some of us had carvery so we went up and got ours but the kids and 3 adults waited over a hour for there food. As u can imagine young kids were hungry n getting upset with the wait. We then started the wait for desserts. Another 45mins went past and after constantly asking for progress still bo puddings. We eventually all left without puddings as 3 n half hours for a meal out is a piss take. ( with no dessert). Blonde girl was amazing and didn't stop running around the whole time we was there. Constantly getting grief off other people who were waiting also. That girl deserves a raise. We didn't get to see her before we left but 100% we would of tipped her. We felt so sorry for her. Beer prices were £6 a pint 😂 its not London.. defo will not be returning here. Not even a discount. Lucky we paid at all tbh.. fuming.

We held my dad's 90th birthday here in July and apologies for the delay for this review. The party was organised by Ben the manager. Ben was brilliant he met with me and my Dad and he listened to what my dad wanted for his 90th birthday celebration meal. Ben helped us choose what starters, mains and desserts we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Ben gave us a very good price too. On the actual evening everything was perfect. The staff were all amazing. They took pride in everything they did. The chef cooked food which was fresh, delicious and hot . The presentation was perfect The staff were so friendly and lovely and they made my Dads 90th birthday meal perfect. All our food came our together and that is so hard when there are nearly 50 people eating at the same time I wanted to personally say thanks to Aleesa who managed the event on the evening. She set all the tables up and rearranged the furniture and took control of everything for the night. We are so happy with everything that we are going back for our Christmas lunch! Thanks again everyone couldn't have asked for a better evening for my Dads 90th Birthday .

BEWARE their allergy notes on the menu is incorrect so be carful I was in today 7th Aug 2024 with my Father for a meal, we did let the staff know he must be only Gluten free more than once, they said all was on the menu , except carvery items, the chef on the carvery seemed vague and needed to check the recipe of some carvery items but he did check. BUT...... the menu is wrong the crumble had Gluten, we were saved a little because the lady serving us did query it and came back to us before my father had consumed too much, my father is a celiac so Gluten free is not a diet choice its a health issue the wrong facts on the menu has made my elderly father ill for past few of hours? But when I phoned the Fox this evening to discuss it there wasn't a manager, there wasn't an owner and the next in line wasn't available to speak to me they were too busy?? This is a serious health issue and the pub should be more careful on allergy? I was told James would call me back in 10 mins but its 40 mins so that is how seriously they take the customers wellbeing!

I wanted to give an honest review, whilst also being aware it was the euro final and maybe the place wasn’t on its A game. Meat very good. Accompaniments non existent. No yorkies left. No potato gratin left. No pigs in blankets left. If these are listed on the menu but not available, you shouldn’t be charged full price. The young waitress was lovely, as was her blonde colleague who grafted throughout. Young lad on the bar who has zero customer service skills. Served us the cream for our puddings and easily could’ve soured it. He was not happy to be there 🤣 but totally get he probably wanted to get home to watch the match. Has potential to be a really good carvery, but missing the option of new potatoes and replenishing core items after 5.30. Perhaps we were late and got the dregs? But personally i think if you have customers booked in, you should cater for them and would expect dregs if I was a walk in at 6.30pm. Overall, sad to say I wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t recommend to friends either. Have reviewed to offer constructive critisism as I appreciate it’s not easy in the restaurant business and you have a great location etc and with some small tweaks would be a really good option to get people travelling far and wide

Booked a table for 2pm on Sunday 7th for myself and partner. We arrived a little earlier than expected but were promptly shown to our table. The place was fairly busy, but lacked any buzz (no music or atmosphere). Once sat, we were told someone will be with us shortly to take our order. The two tables sat next to us had gone to get their carvery and had nearly finished their food and I noticed not one of them had drinks... 15mins or so went by before we had an order taken. The two tables sat next to us reminded the waitress about their drinks, even though they had all finished their meals at this point. My partner and I waited abit before going to the carvery as I was thirsty, however they didnt arrive. Got to the carvery and it looked like a good selection. We chose our meats and were handed our plate, the plates were extremely hot and to give paper napkins to hold is not acceptable as the heat still comes through. Most of the vegetables needed to be topped up and the roast potatoes were below par at best. The meal wasn't very hot which let it down massively! We got to our table and still no drinks, the two tables near us still had their dirty plates but at least had drinks but were waiting on dessert orders. The lad behind the bar looked very bored and seemed to be on his own, making the drinks, cleaning glasses and taking payments... the waitresses didn't seem to be very customer friendly and lacked any service skills which is a shame as that is not their fault. We reminded the waitress about our drinks and when they arrrived the one was wrong, so sent it back and waited even longer for it to be corrected and without an apology. No food check back and no atmosphere. We overheard the guy in the carvery complaining about a table of 50 people that arrived the day before, so everyone is really tired etc. Why would you moan about business infront of guests?! I am so sorry but I have worked in hospitality for years and whilst the food was ok, the service from the staff in general was totally unacceptable. The couple next to us ordered their desserts (special of the day: Eton Mess) it arrived and looked awful, the woman who ordered laughed as she saw it and didnt even touch it.. no fruit and artificial strawberry sauce and no cream. Yes its free but that was just embarassing! It was enough to put us off ordering a dessert anyway! We went to pay and as we were waiting the lad behind the bar said "he was leaving as the place was a joke". The older waitress stepped in with another girl with pink hair... the girl with pink said she didnt mind covering the bar, however the older waitress shouted at her and spoke to her so poorly and told her "no you won't I will do the bar you get back on the floor". I felt sorry for her as that is no way to talk to staff! The card machine then went down and a guy from the kitchen came and sorted it... by this point I had to leave as the atmosphere was making me feel very uncomfortable, so my partner stayed and waited to pay. He stated that the older waitress again spoke to the guy from the kitchen very rudely. As I left there was a queue out the door and I felt sorry for them having to endure what we experienced. The whole situation could have been avoided, if at the point of arrival someone explained that the service may be a bit slower today due to XYZ please bare with us. That way we could have the opportunity to stay or leave. Not keep letting people through the door and make the situation worse for yourselves and guests. We were there an hour total .. half hour waiting for service...20mins waiting for drinks and 10mins of us eating our meal. Such a shame as the place has great potential but sadly I won't be returning. Better staff training needed to ensure guest experince is paramount... number 1 rule in hospitality, so sort it out.

Have eaten here about 6 months ago and was really impressed by the food and the service hence why I returned and brought one of my friends here….. don’t think I’d visit again after today. Unfortunately today I could not have been left more disappointed. The most lacklustre service I have ever received. It took around 15 mins to get to order our drinks and carvery which was okay as we were chatting but it only got worse from here. We went up for the carvery and there was a bit of a queue which is normal, less meat choice than the last time we came but it was still tasty apart from the turkey which I avoided as it looked to be the ends left. We returned to our table to no drinks but we thought they must be busy so it won’t take long. We didn’t get our drinks at all and managed to finish our food and then had to ask a member of staff where they were. The younger staff just didn’t seem to be bothered at all and didn’t even do the simple things like take dessert orders or even clear plates. We had to wait and ask a passing waitress to take our dessert order after waiting for 15 mins. The couple next to us gave up and actually left without ordering theirs as they couldn’t be bothered waiting anymore. There was a middle aged blonde woman that was lovely and was working really hard but other than that it was a poor show. No one asked us how the food was. I found it okay but there was no stuffing, no pigs in blankets and the carrot and swede mash was very mustardy. Which is a stark change from the last time we visited where it was so plentiful and tasty. The till system had crashed or broken so this caused a massive queue to pay which just added to the whole experience.

Cleanliness of one of the waiting staff was disgusting, coughing into a stack of menus from table to till point and putting them straight into the holder then handing them to the next customer s through the door. Not giving us the menu for puddings again, missing options off the menu we probably would of chosen and enjoyed more, Cola was bottled and flat, not much in the way of friendly service. We weren't told what we do once ordered the carvery, we just sat at the table and waited until we had to ask. Normal procedure is being told when ordering ro go straight up or getting a ticket. The puddings weren't great the ice cream was gritty, the muffin was warm but wasn't great, and there was a hair in it so I didn't finish it. The carvery was the only saviour, it was brilliant, generous helping of meat, yorkies were fab food on offer was great, didn't order off the menu so can't comment on it. I've heard good things about the fox and wanted to try it but won't be going again. Not worth the money we paid for the carvery in our opinion unfortunately, over priced for options, service and food offered.

The Sunday carvery is not as cheep as Mon-Sat deal but included a free dessert. We had quite a wait before being shown to our table. The few staff on duty were all extremely busy & were rushing around, clearing tables, serving drinks etc. We waited for at least 15mins for someone to return to table to take drinks orders, no one came so we decided to get our carvery meals rather than sit waiting any longer. Carvery had a great choice of meats & vegetable s. Our group of 6 all said that the carvery meal was super tasty but was let down as nothing was quite hot enough & this, really let the meal down & question whether to return for a Sunday carvery in the future. Maybe we were just unlucky, but being 1pm I don't think the food had been sitting on the servery for long. We eventually got a drink order sorted during the meal. Deserts were acceptable, nothing outstanding. Felt sorry for staff who were obviously rushed off their feet & needed more colleagues on a busy Sunday lunch time service.

Went in this evening 02/07/2024 for a carvery which was lovely . A massive well done to the young girl front of house doing absolutely everything from welcoming customers , serving behind the bar to waitressing she stayed calm and professional you are an asset to the pub . Considering the pub was very busy she single handed ran the front of house on her own she needs a pay rise.

Rather ordinary, acceptable but tepid carvery. Young staff, nearly devoid of conversational skills, never asked if we were enjoying our meal either. ( poor training?) price fair though. Atmosphere bland with jangly Pop music in background. Expected better of a pub in Chaddersley. Will go elsewhere next time.

Used to eat here a good few years ago when living in the area. We returned here today with friends and were really disappointed at the service we received. Waited for about 20 minutes to be served then had to ask where our drinks were after another 15 minutes. Our friends ordered from the main menu and we ordered the carvery. One meal came out and was the correct order, the other meal wasn’t what had been ordered. There was nobody serving the carvery so we had to wait, by this time our friend had nearly finished his meal. We noticed staff standing around and talking for quite some time and when we asked to be served with our carvery we were told that they were in the middle of cleaning the kitchen (at lunchtime) When we finally got served the person serving said he was sorry but they had a lot of people to serve. They were busy but not overly and if they were busy why were they standing around/cleaning the kitchen? All in all this place appears to have gone downhill since our last visit and it’s put us off returning. When we eventually got our meals they were very nice.

The Fox lost another regular customer today. There are two members of staff running the bar and restaurant. Summary: 1)The soft drinks had a chemical taste there was nobody to ask to change the drinks. 2)My starter was wrong, when I explained I got snarled at. 4)We finished our starters, plates were left and the staff didn't even look in our direction. 3)Carvery was ok, not as many vegetables on offer as there usually are. 4)1hr 30min in now, no sign of desert and no staff to ask. 5) Went to pay the bill and politely explained I could see they were short staffed but we had been there almost two hours and we couldn't wait any longer. So I asked for the deserts to be cancelled. I was told abruptly by a miserable waitress with curly blonde hair 'it was a fixed price, no ifs no buts'. I paid the bill to get out of there. I really didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to. I was polite and I'm not your co worker I'm your customer. I don't want anything back, keep the money cos you'll need it when you keep treating customers like dirt. We won't be back.

Good value for money, but the service has been shocking the last 2-4 visits, this time was the worst, waitress with short hair served us and barked orders at us. Dirty glasses served twice, carvery was ok - nothing special but can’t complain for the price. When we asked about ice cream flavours we were told ‘it’s luck of the draw’ waitress forgot orders and was generally rude and didn’t want to be there, man serving the carvery was equally as miserable. Shame really could be a great pub with the location.

despite booking for a party of seven for 12-00 the table was not ready. went to get the meal to find that plates were barely even warm. Peas were almost raw as were the Dutches potatoes. veg just warm. so the lack of heat in the plates meant the dinner soon went cold. staff almost appeared overwhelmed and not sure of what to do or turn next Pudding was a fiasco. bread and butter pudding was so small a portion it took just three spoonful to finish it.The chocolate cake was stale and when ordering and waiting for quite a while for three scoops of chocolate ice cream one of our party was informed there was none available. Not sure if they have changed hands recently but the service and the food standard has gone down hill only good thing was the meat. cooked to perfection with a generous amount. will i go back again. No will i continue to recommend the Fox. No

Unfortunately having to write a negative review for this restaurant. Having heard so many positive reviews and comments about the quality of food here, I’d have every right to assume the mannerisms and hospitality skills of the staff would be matched. Well this wasn’t the case today. Upon arriving, a young girl greeted us and seated us at our table, stating that it is a 2 course carvery menu. We hadn’t been here before, so the staff member assumed we knew how to order, where to order etc. So after 10 minutes of waiting at the table, we decided to go up to the carvery. Honestly, the food wasn’t disgusting but me or my partner both didn’t enjoy what we had tasted, and most of the trimmings were burnt. We both discussed we wasn’t enjoying it, and still had a full plate of food. At this point, only now, a member of staff has approached us (with attitude) saying “would you like a drink?” This is a good 15 minutes in. We also asked if we had to still pay for a pudding even though neither of us liked any of the options and one of us is lactose intolerant (baring in mind 3 out of 4 pudding options are dairy). The answer was no. We then decided we had enough, and asked to speak to a manager as neither of us had eaten what was on our plates. The manager has come out with terrible attitude, snatching menus off the table and being verbally abusive. To the point where every single member of staff, including the chef has surrounding us, shaking their heads at us all because we have complained and refused to pay for poor quality food and the value of the set menu. In all my life, I have never experienced such attitude and poor hospitality over a complaint. There was no understanding, or any negotiations offered. In conclusion, I think this restaurant cannot handle constructive criticism or complaints. The rapport and attitude of all staff in the establishment had me completely gobsmacked. Is it really right for trained staff to confront a customer about their private conversations amongst one another in front of the whole restaurant, the answer is no. Please get some further training on customer service.

I only gave 1 star for the lovely blonde tattooed lady cutting up the meat otherwise it would have been 0! Where do I start, arrived after booking a table, was shown to a corner which was rammed with people which made it almost near impossible to squeeze past to get our food. After waiting 20 mins or so, no sign of a waitress I proceeded to squeeze my way to the bar and ordered drinks. Whilst there I thought I’d order our food, nope was served by the rudest long dark hair lady wearing glasses. Told it would be table service so off back to our table I climb. Waited another 10 mins and finally a waitress come to us. Asked for 2 children’s carvery’s and 1 adults as my partner doesn’t eat a lot was told no problem, asked for cutlery too I’ll point out (second time of asking) Anyway me and my daughter went up to get our food, which looked nice, not a huge queue but moved quickly enough. Climbed back over this poor man just to get back to our table again for the 2/3rd still no cutlery. By this point my partner was close To losing it so he got up asked AGAIN for cutlery and went to get his dinner. His face said it all when he got back, hardly any veg he’d been standing waiting ages and given up in the end and came back with what little they had. We all ate as much as we felt like and said let’s just go, the atmosphere was not good & we were all annoyed by now. So grabbed the bill for them to not only charge us for 2 courses each (which we didn’t want or ask for) but changed my partner an adults meal. Once again had another pleasant (Not) encounter with the girl with glasses who said “no only under 12s get a child’s carvery” I was not impressed and she could tell, after explaining the waitress said it would be fine. I carried on complaining about the 2 courses and reluctantly she took of pudding prices. Damn cheek if you ask me!! We left feeling so deflated and £68 lighter for 2 adult carvery’s 1 child’s and 3 soft drinks!!! Absolute rip off with terrible customer service. Will NEVER be going back. There’s FAR nicer places locally….

We had the Sunday carvery and the food was wonderful. The staff were friendly and the place was really welcoming. The service was quite slow at times especially when we had desserts. We had to cancel our coffee order as we didn't have the time to drink it before they needed the table, as it would take too long. They explained they only had 2 staff in when it's usually 6, so it was understandable. Overall though it was a wonderful meal. Would recommend.

Having arrived we were seated at a very small table and given the menu for the Sunday Carvery. We both ordered and went up to collect the food. All very good. I had just beef as my choice of meat and my friend had beef and pork. The choice of veg was as expected and we returned to our table to eat. The room was absolutely freezing and within a minute the meal was cold and quite unpleasant. Speaking to the waiting staff we were told the boiler had packed in and they were all out of logs for the fire so the pub was totally unheated. We did stay for dessert which was a very nice creme brulee but was warmish at the top and stone cold again the bottom. We recieved no apology for the conditions and were actually warmer outside. Overnight I have suffered wit a bout of diarrhoea and have just spoken to my friend and she has also been struck down. All in all not a very pleasant experience and not to be repeated.

Went here on a Sunday evening looking forward to the advertised meats including lamb and pork. Ordered the carvery and not told items on the menu were not available only to find out lamb and pork had gone when at the counter. The not so friendly woman carver’s advice was to get there at 12 if you wanted lamb. Been here before mid-week and the food is good value. Definitely wouldn’t go on a Sunday as advertised food not available and there are better Sunday carvery’s nearby which are cheaper.

My first visit, booked online to reserve a table for Sunday lunch. Arrived was welcomed at the reception area and taken to our seating area. Was given a paper menu of what was available for a Sunday. We already knew what we wanted, the Carvery. I would have given 5 stars for service but when the waitress took our drinks order and only showed up with my partners drink minus mine.with no explanation,my partner had to go to the bar to ask were my drink was, only to be told that they had ran out of that whiskey. When my partner had his drink brought to the table, the waitress could have easily of said of the situation. The Carvery on the other hand was amazing, especially the roast potatoes and the quality of the meat it was much quieter than expected but this is due to roadworks and people thinking the business is not accessible, but it is!! So please book a table and Tey for yourself.

Well worth the visit! I had to come and see what all the fuss was about, and it didn't disappoint. I have passed hundreds of times, even stopping for fuel across the road, but this was the first time I've been here for food. The food on display looked fantastic and offered every vegetable you could think of. The meat selection of Beef, Gammon, Turkey, and Pork all looked fresh and tasty. Sunday roast dinner is carvery for £14.95 or 2 courses for £19.95. You get a fabulous amount of meat and all you can eat vegetables make it great value. The roast potatoes and the potato gratin were tasty, and the gravy spot on. The dessert was lovely. We had the winter fruit crumble, the custard was just right. The staff were friendly and polite, all busy running around. There are several great deals on in the week too, so definitely a return visit to plan

I can’t fault the food, great value. The Indian lady with the dodgy eye concerned me though. I’ve been going in every Friday for kebab and battered chips, loved it but last Friday I was the only customer and I was waiting for the meat to warm up, I looked to the right and the lady was pointing her phone at me above the counter where she sits, because I noticed she started to move the phone around as though she was taking a video of the Halloween decorations. A minute later her phone was pointing at me again. I felt really uncomfortable and wondering why she is recording me. I WILL NOT be going back. VERY weird experience

Sat for 15 minutes then went up to the counter to order, was told to sit back down and someone would be right over. no one came to the table after waiting for an extra 10 minutes. The staff didn’t seem bothered when we handed the menus back and said we were leaving. Its a shame as we were really looking forward to it as we’ve been before and it’s been good.
