They have great staff But they need more of them Three visits each time tables dirty and service was not upto speed The general atmosphere was OK but not as nice as there other shops felt like you were in a motorway services That's not what it's about

As a group of local litter pickers we stopped at Costa for a break. All the staff, especially the supervisor, Laurissa were brilliant! Thank you for your kindness and help.

As always, I love Costa. Although I do think the air conditioning could be turned down a bit, it was freezing in their today. Staff amazing as always.

Why do I have to ask for table to be wiped everytime I go in, surely it should be done when cleared. Service sullen & extremely slow.

Took my daughter to Costa this morning, service was great, efficient and welcoming. A glass of ice supplied with my daughters soft drink as well as having offerings of having my cinnamon bun heated. These personal touches, along with efficiency and a smile gave a personalised experience. Of which, gave our weekend a lovely start! Many thanks to the team, forever a Costa fan!! 🥰🧁🫖☕️

Lovely lady in Costa I believe her name was Rebecca my daughter ordered the wrong drink by mistake and she quickly resolved the situation of my daughter getting more distressed reassuring my daughter and making her super happy

Managed to get a seat today. Our drinks weren't the best we've had there, we sent one back as it didn't taste very nice, it was replaced at no extra charge.

drinks were cold and had no taste very unusual for you usually pretty good and you've got my marshmallows again

Absolutely disgusting ordered 2 pieces of carrot cake which was literally thrown in a box all in pieces the drink tasted nothing like was ordered and customer service was appalling

Really enjoyed food and drink. Only thing that let it down is toastie wasn’t that warm. But that more down to driver then themselves

I was hoping for a nice coffee when o went on to the street because your app told me to when I got out their your driver was shouting saying I got the wrong address like how do I not know my own address and he told I don’t need the drinks anyway because I was fat

It was only the "drive through". But the ladies on the intercom were patient and helpful as I was ordering for myself, my wife, our son, and 6 year old granddaughter (who loves her milkshakes). We weren't kept waiting, and from ordering (3rd in the queue), to collecting our drinks to leave was no more than 4 minutes. Thank you ladies, I appreciated the service you provided 🙏❤️

again we have given the benefit of the doubt yet 2 out of the drinks ordered are only half full!

2 of the drinks were only half full! Really disappointed to wait for that long to pay for mediums to then get half cups of coffee! Very expensive purchase

Love your drinks but you never put the marshmallows in I pay for

We received two Caramel Iced Lattes today that Alix had made. They were so good! She provided service with a smile and was really friendly . We will definitely be coming back regularly for our coffee!

We love this Costa as it is always really clean, the staff are very friendly, polite and always have lovely smiles. It is a great place to go at any time of the day or evening. And of course the coffee is perfect. Thank you and well done all you hard-working lovely staff ☕️☕️

The staff are all pretty friendly but this place can get really busy so they can all look really frazzled. Its not their fault, just woefully understaffed. Outdoor seating area has the most uncomfortable seating with sharp edges designed to cut into your legs. The area is tatty and needs a jetwash. Still way better than the nearby Starbucks though.

Absolutely shocking drive through service. So slow waited nearly 15mins to get served and the lady really had not got a clue what she was doing let alone understand me! Very poor service.

If there are no cars in front of you in the drive through, you will get served quickly however, today only 4 cats in front and a 20 minute wait. Didn’t receive an apology from the staff for the wait so clearly acceptable. Think I’ll use Starbucks across the road from now on.

Have visited today and still sitting in Costa and I have to say how brilliant it was when it comes to allergies. Once I had informed the man who served us that my daughter had a nut allergy, there was no hesitation, no panic, and made us feel really comfortable. Straight away he went and washed all the equipment for my daughters toastie and the drink container to do her drink. This very rarely happens and we usually have a nightmare wherever we go. Really good staff and well trained! Will definitely come again all the way from Halesowen.

I went there today with my daughter and the lady who served us was fantastic and really friendly she was really nice and cheerful and made my daughter laugh on a few occasions.

Brilliant, can't wait to go again.

Lovely new Costa Coffee on the outskirts of Kidderminster towards Stourport. Opposite Aldi and near the swimming pool. Clean and airy. Experienced staff. All the usual Costa drinks and food. Large seating area. Very large car park, free for 3 hours.
