Very poor service driver didn't even speak to me even though I said hello and thank you he just walked away. then I ask for extra toppings never had them i phoned up and there said there have run out i asked for a refund as I paid for extra toppings there just put the phone down on me don't buy from here

Come from Malvern to Premier pizza last night absolutely amazing food staff very very friendly well worth the trip and I do highly recommend their pizzas and their burgers they do. we'll be going again

I have visited this establishment on a couple of occasions and both times the staff has been very friendly, coming to the table to take the order, but the food has been very slow to arrive and was of a poor standard, not hot (just tepid). The staff didn't come to check if everything was OK and when I commented on the food I was told "well if you had let us know we would have done something about it"> Come on Guys, how about you check with your customers if everything is OK and then act on it if not. I will not go back.

Came here for breakfast on Saturday, ordered a veggie breakfast and a full English. Veggie breakfast turned up with minimal beans and no fries eggs, no one checked if we were ok so went to bar after to say I had no eggs. Offered the fried eggs to take away, no apology, just a ‘why didn’t you tell your server’ because no one came other than to chuck the plates on the table! Generally a good pub but won’t be grabbing breakfast here again.

I got my order wrong (took the cheese off) called the store thinking it wasn't my fault and the man was lovely it definitely was my fault but they made me a new pizza straight away free of charge thank you :)

Deli very man shouter. Why shout? Cery cheap, my children were asleep and he comes in flat yelling. I say dodgy old men should nit work ass deli very driver. Got my food. Pizza frozen like the movie, dont know what they doing. DONT ORDER!! Save your money. This isnt a resturant this is a charity.

Delivered on time by a friendly and helpful courier, everything I ordered was in stock, and delivered in good condition

Why is GF pizza £18??????? £12 for large gluten containing Pizza and £18 for a much smaller GF! Then asking £4.50 to deliver..... Forget it, I'll make toast!

So, we're gonna start off, I ordered online to get 15% off and went to collect around, 9pm, they close at 10pm. It took them over 20 minutes to accept the order, I was very close to cancelling and regret not. We ordered as a breakdown: --------------------------------- Strawberry Ripple 2 Scoops of Strawberry and Raspberry Gelato, Soft Vanilla, White and Strawberry Sauce, Strawberry Slices Pingu Beauno Waffles Beauno Gelato, Hazelnut Sauce, White Shavings, White Beauno Chocolate Oreo Shake ----------------------------- Now keep all this in mind as I write out this review. Let's start with what we're greeted by, an ice cream counter, uncleaned, dirty, with melting ice cream inside it, a waffle machine the looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 2 days and receipts/tickets everywhere. The lady at the front desk was on the phone for atleast 10 minutes, no gloves on, swirling her fingers in the ingredient cups, told us to wait, we waited, after waiting she hung up the phone, rushed the order, not washing her hands once. Now onto the order, the milkshake was already there and it was there for a while, I'll get to that later, the first item "Strawberry Ripple" I got one scoop, of raspberry only gelato, topped with only whipped cream and a lot of it, now, this is a trend, the whipped cream was warm and smelt off, almost like it was sat in the sun for a while. The "Pingu Beauno Waffles" now, the name states, waffles, hense, more than one, no, you get one small waffle, undercooked and the ladies fingers all up in the waffle after touching every ingredient with her hands and phone, no gloves, so, undercooked waffle, 90% white sauce, and a piece of kinder bueno. The "Oreo Milkshake" warm, gone off cream, which was £1 extra. Please note, these 3 items in total cost me £19.49, with 15% off for an online order. Now onto the tasting: Strawberry Ripple: The ONE scoop I got, was not that cold, tasted like syrup, however, destroyed by the almost possibly week old milk taste from the whipped cream... inedible. Pingu Beauno Waffles: (Waffle) Undercooked, soggy, touched with dirty hands, covered in sauce and followed with the gone of cream... inedible. Oreo Shake: Chocolate milk, warmed, topped with the same whipped cream... again, inedible. Now, how did I want to go about this? Well, you call them, line busy, okay, let's call them again, line busy, alright, wait a bit longer, call again, like busy, wait longer, call again, no answer, you see the pattern here. Cannot go to the shop, they have no care of speaking, then, followed by the shop being closed. You're best bet, is to stay away in my opinion, maybe a new staff hire who had next to no training on hygiene and care for the food. I hope this review is detailed enough to know what to expect, from this "4.7 star" reviewed place, which has 3 star average everywhere else And if the owners see this, please, change something, or contact me, you know my order, placed on Tuesday 25th of June around 9:10pm I'll be happy to discuss a refund or resolution before I am resorted to a charge back.
