Outstanding customer service, I ordered a pizza on just eat and i didn’t realise when it asked for what sauce i would like me and my boyfriend thought it just came on the side so we picked bbq, Me being allergic to bbq sauce. I called them up explaining the issues and they were quick to respond and help. Thank you for your understanding

Rude girl. Parul, the useless assistant decided to leave our pizzas on the side whilst the shop was empty, and we were stood waiting, whilst she chatted to colleague and made eye contact with us. Rude and poor service.

The order was late and the food was cold, and had to be put in the bin. I had to order from a different delivery service elsewhere, and haven't even received a refund despite my multiple requests. Would avoid like the plague.

Easy to order and pay on website. Always quick delivery, lovely delivery staff. Love the track my order on website where you can see the driver on their way to you. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

First time ordering pizzas from here. They added so much salt to the sauce. I needed to drink water all afternoon after eating a couple of slices. I am reluctant to order again for fear of getting salt poisoning.

Pizza was burnt and over cooked, the crusts were burnt, the. The nachos really poor quality, burnt cheese and tomato sauce, the Doritos tasted old and stale. Really poor overall. Wish we had gone to domino’s

semi regular customer over the past few months. always decent. leaving a review since today they used a deliveroo driver that clearly messed up the address and delivered to the wrong place. after calling up and enquiring they quickly remade and despatched. their own drivers are always lovely too. cheers PH x

Absolutely fantastic pizza!!! Base was excellent, the sauce was extremely tasty & plenty of cheese topping. Delivered to Droitwich piping hot and with all the topping still on the base where it should, rather than being stuck to the box. Very polite and friendly delivery guy. Definitely better than the Droitwich Pizza shops, arrived quicker too!

Actually a really good pizza hut, from my personal experiences it seems like they take pride in delivering decent food!!!

Just dreadful. Expensive, inedible. Stuffed crust completely different than a few years ago and absolutely no flavour. It tastes like absolutely everything is frozen, even the tomato and onion. Tuna, nor olives are available. Overall this was a dreadful experience and will be my last ever at pizza hut. Buy local and forget the stuffed crust, Pizzahut offers no value any more.

Omg what a very disappointing pizza a disgrace to all Italians not worth the materials to make it had a margarita and a pepperoni and there was that much grease it was un edible classic base was very thick a doughy pretty gross all in all very poor for the money it cost wedges was cold and under cooked still hard in middle I will never eat from another Pizza Hut chain again despicable pizza abysmal I’d rather eat the cardboard box it came in

Wow, what an insult to Italian food! My son had the pepperoni grease feast and there was that much grease it soaked through the box onto his school shirt while he was eating it!! I had the supreme which comes with spicy sausage! Never in my life have I been served meat that looks like whiskas cat food pieces! What the hell are pizza hut thinking! Multi million £££ company that serve you meat that looks like cat food pieces! Gordon Ramsey would wipe the floor with this company! Please do us all a favour and rethink your vile recipes!! I actually feel sick!

I collected, staff were friendly and efficient, pizza was good.

Disappointing as pizza hut has a good standard across the chain and you should know what your getting regardless of location or eat in vs takeaway. This delivery/collection branch seems to be running on a unenthusiastic teenage workforce.. Waited five minutes plus before anyone realised I was at the collection counter, but could clearly see in the fridge reflection everyone having a chat around the corner, even upon noticing a customer waiting there was no urgency. Pizzas obviously made with the same lack of enthusiasm and were far from the normal pizza hut standard. Maby cooked to fast or not enough, poor presentation, and one item missing.

Pizza was nice, just a shame the extra toppings weren't distributed evenly. It really would have made a difference.

false advertising in fliers and rude staff

Poor quality, very greasy, and almost never cut. If they do cut the pizza you end up with about 5 slices. 3 the width of a biro and 2 as big as a house.

I've ordered a few pizzas from here so I can give a representative experience. The website is easy enough to use and navigate. The pizza has arrived on schedule every time I've ordered and the delivery drivers have always been friendly. Pizzas have always arrived still hot or at least very warm which I love. Good quality food, takes me back to when I used to eat in Pizza Hut restaurants as a child. Honestly, can't complain about anything.

Nothing super special pizza wise, but nice enough and can't complain about service - all.simple and quick and easy and on time

Pizza was undercooked greasy and fell to pieces as I tried to take a slice! Completely disappointing experience, this estate used to be reputable a couple of years ago.

The vegan options are fantastic here, I had the mushroom one, stuffed crust with extra olives and vegan pepperoni - it was divine. Loaded with violife cheeZe which in my opinion is the best vegan cheeZe for a mozzarella replica. The only reason it's missing a star is it was a little on the small side for the price but I can't fault anything else it was one of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had taste wise, and delivery was fast. I would order again, maybe get the 'sharer' size lol 😁

Recived a flyer through the letter box advertising new flat bread pizzas on the 31/12/19 we placed our order onlbto be calked back 2 mins later to say the flat bread pizzas were not available till nee years day l. No where pn the flyer is there a daye of when the offer starts if you send out flyers a starting date should be on there for all to see. Dont send the flyers if the food is nwere looking forward to this meal free dinner on ph tomoz

Useless. Order an hour late. Given wrong order. No one questioned we waited in their establishment for an hour, lucky banks arent like that. Took server good while to figure out difference between goujons and wedges. Actually had left our pizza on the side, pizza and wedges was cold. Needs better management, processes, and skilled staff.

Duzy minus ze za brak salatek i sosow do kebsikow ktore sa w cenie, nasi ciapaccy przyjaciele nie rozumieja ze mogliby dodac troche wiecej przepieknego mrozonego mixu odpadow z kurczaka i wolowiny (no przeciez nie baraniny xDD, tak chodzi o mieso kebab)...

Used this point on google maps to stop off for a break and after hours of driving it didn’t exist! Whether it did at some point and doesn’t any more or it was a hoax I’m not sure. Quite disappointed but hopefully nobody else will have to go through it again =] Love Pizza Hut though! Just saying.

Went to order and collect instore from here wish i had just gone to a restaurant a lot of the pizzas on the website are not available from the delivery outlets which i didnt see mentioned on the website and waited nearly an hour for 4 pizzas which weren't very warm when i got them, they seemed busy so can understand the wait but surely they could of put the pizzas on top of the oven to keep them hot while they doing the others and the website should be more clear about whats available at which outlets

Had an issue with a pizza on Sunday so called up and spoke to Shannon who dealt with my complaint very well and offered me a free pizza. I ordered the pizza today and it arrived on time hot and delicious. Well done Shannon and the team for dealing with a customer complaint so well

Great food, quick service fab prices

This is the second time we have ordered . First time 30 mins late and this time 20 mins late. Pizzas delivered cold. Urgh.

Vile food. Vile staff. Pizza was disgusting and forgot half our order. DO NOT GO HERE. Rang up to complain and told nothing could be done and was just rude.

Get the order wrong almost every time we use them. Keep offering discounts but not worth the disappointment of wrong food being delivered. Ordered on internet so should be easy. Half the family had to wait a further 45 mins to get the right pizza not covered in the horrible garlic flakes that they have given us now on 3 different occasions. Cheese garlic bread stuck to lid of box. Cheese triangles cold. A waste of £26.

Pizza hut would not accept valid in date coupons. They also then said the pizz would be returned and resold i wilp never ever spend money with them again.

Picked up an order of two pizzas a week ago, and come home to find the order (on one pizza) was wrong. Rang in to make them aware, not a massive issue with the one that we thought at the time was the incorrect order, but needless to say hunger got the better and happily settled with it. They kindly gave us 30% off our next order. Very kind of them I thought. Then when my other half tucked into her vegetarian pizza disappointingly found out that there were pieces of ham in there. So rang back in and explained to them what was discovered. The chap dealing with it was polite and apologetic, and dealt with it professionally giving a further discount of 50% of our next order. Very reasonable I thought and was happy that they were willing to reimburse via a discount. So, we come to order a pizza tonight in one of the deals to only be told that we cannot use the 50% discount because it's 'already a deal'. Seriously?? What a pathetic excuse!!

not happy at all, ordered around 7:30pm on a saturday and despite the confirmation email telling us it would be delivered in 30 mins we waited over an hour and a half before calling them, we were told it had just left and would be 15 mins ...... it took a further half an hour to arrive by which time we have already called the store a second time, manager very unhelpful, wasnt very willing to do anything, while on the phone our order arrived ( was missing the gluten free pizza, for someone who has a severe allergy to gluten!) refunded a pathetic £20 (considering we spent £60)! overall we were extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from pizza hut again, total joke!

Fast delivery, easy to collect as well. Strange smell inside though.

Can't even Follow simple instructions, ordered online and asked for red onions, and they put pineapple on instead and asked them to use front door with the gate and they never they used the back door ! so had to wait another 40 minutes for it to be delivered and didnt even get a sincere apology, will be sticking to dominoes as well!
