Domino's Pizza in Worcester

Ordered on-line for home delivery from the Warndon store. Brilliant food and service. Delivered not long after ordering by friendly driver , food piping hot . The half and half pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. Would certainly order from this store again.

If Hell was a pizza shop, this would be a great build. I cannot stress the levels of stupidity of the staff. Buy anywhere else, buy a loaf of bread from a crack head on the street, just don't buy from here.

I ordered twice five years ago and again today just to remind myself this dominoes is still like the worst Domino's ive ever been to in pizza does not taste good

Absolute joke of a place. Twice now I have ordered and twice the fool to think I can get what I ordered. First time around, did not receive the drink I ordered along with the correct sauce topping on my pizza. Following the conversation over the phone, I was told that I will be receiving a free drink on my next order. This in itself was a joke. Last night, ordered a pizza for collection to find out that the store I wanted to collect from was closed. On the website it clearly stated that the shop is open until 0200. Again, after a phone conversation I was told that it was for delivery only and collection was from the other side of town. After stating the fact I was owned a free drink, I asked for delivery instead. The response; "we will have to charge for the delivery" did not compute with me, let alone anger me more for the guy did not understand a single word I have had said to him. To end, I have asked for my full refund to which I am still waiting on and will not be ordering from Dominos again. In addition, if Dominos is reading this, I'd like my refund on the drink (bottle of fanta) I never received also.

Poor experience…I called the order in and checked time for collection and was told 40 mins. ordered and arrived at 45 mins. Was told 8 min wait. So waited for another 15 mins. I checked and was told 8 min wait. I could see my name on the board along with many others. Said I’d been waiting a hour 8 mins I’m told. Another lady on their aaid she had been waiting 2 hours yet was told ten mins wait when she booked it. . So I went outside and called Pizza Hut. Ten mins they said. I drove over and it was there waiting for me and it was cheaper. Ile never use this domino’s again. Staff have bad attitude, lie when placing order, and the wait times are ridiculous. Plus the shop was dirty with used white napkins strewn across the floor. I’m happy I left without buying their pizza.

Great food to enjoy it with family

Poor customer service. Poor quality pizza and no extra cheese topping that was purchased and my complaint was made a mockery of when I asked why there was so little cheese on my pizza, I could see the tomato base layer so not only did I not get my cheese it was disproportionately spread on my pizza. Arif refused cash by saying 'no, card only' when I handed over a £20 note - no polite explanation and no signs to state card only and no notice on the website. Served by Arif who needs customer service training. Also, they should be wearing gloves when making the pizza and handling toppings, especially when they're cleaning in between without hand washing. Back to Papa Johns for me.

Worst customer service ever. I asked if I could pay for a pepperoni pizza and if they could only put the pepperoni on one half. They said no. I explained that I was happy to pay full price but asked if they could just not put the pepperoni on one half when they made it and the girl said no with no explanation. What a joke. Total jobs worth.

There food is really nice. One thing I like is that you can ask for them to make the crust in a specific way to your own personal taste. They also serve chicken that is really nice. There is always some deal going on, so order online to get the best offers and prices, they do offer a very popular delivery service but you can also go and collect yourself. They also serve a range of ice creams and soft drinks. The staff are great always very polite and helpful.the opening hours are 11 am to 1 am with delivery been offered from 11 am to midnight, on both Friday and Saturday nights they are open until 2 am. Always check out their own website as ther are regular discount codes and offers, I personally think it is one of the better dominoes I have been too

Dissapointing. Part of the order was missing. We called to ask for remainder of order which did arive 30 mins later but not without the driver challenging us on what was missing from the order. Not worth the overpriced pizza (even with the 'deals'). We will be using Pizzahut in future!

Terrible place,at weekends you cannot park for the chip shop or shops as all delivery vehicles take up the car parks as not enough room in there own!! 27 delivery cars I counted last weekend,were a tiny area here,not a huge site very badly placed and the employees are even worse!! Rude,no manners and drive like loonatics up and down my street!! Wish they would move the shop and put it on a larger area not in the middle of residential street!!!! Terrible place

Great food and even greater customer service

Every meal I've ever ordered from here has been wrong in one way or another, wrong base, wrong sauce, wrong toppings removed, wrong toppings added, poorly cut, missing items, completely wrong pizza, dripping in grease, cold. Seriously I don't get how the staff here can be so incompetent!

Standerd pizza same as most chain pizza shops very exspensive but tasted ok

Turned up at 10.30 29.12.20 wouldn't give us a pizza. Rude member of staff spoke to us not even polite . Told us not to bother because they can't serve one past 10 o'clock. Yet open until 11. Wont be back

Was disappointed that I had customised my order online, no sweet corn and extra onion. When I got pizza home it had sweet corn on it and no onion! Need to check order before leaving the store!

Placed a big order from work, went to collect at the agreed time and the last pizza was just coming out of the oven, perfect. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating

Nice but can get cheaper places

Awful service and unhelpful staff. Ordered 2 x pizza and 2 sides. After the board had shown that my order was ready I was informed the order was still awaiting garlic bread. After waiting another 20 minutes for the garlic bread to be cooked the pizzas that had been kept under the warming light were cold and the toppings had solidified. When i asked why they didnt cook the garlic bread at the same time as the pizza I was given the reply that they do but somebody had used them for a different order!!! The staff offered to remake my pizzas for me as I was unsatisfied with the service. FFS I had already been waiting 40 minutes I wasn't waiting any longer for fastfood!!! My advice is to order every thing individually and that way you may have a chance of getting it whilst it's still hot or even warm

I have never known a pizza take so long. The electronic display said it was ready to collect but still had to wait 15 minutes until it was ready. Total waiting time 40 minutes. Not really good enough!

They said pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, so i turned up to collect 20 minutes after ordering and they hadn't even started to make it.

To say im a regular coustomer ive had absolutely disgusting service tonight.. placed an order online over an hour ago so ring up and gets told the driver was banging my door and ringing my phone!! Lies...... I ordered a massive load of food why on earth wold I not answer my door.. and to be told they not doing nomore as closes in 10 min's grrrr.. not happy at all I'll never be ordering again! ! #hungry #angry

To the driver that delivered our pizza tonight thank you very much for not closing my gate knowing full well I have a dog!!! Now she has gone missing from my garden... you came through it closed it's common courtesy to close it behind you!!! Very unhappy customer!!!

Same price if you collect as special money off vouchers?

Standard Dominos with less parking so collections can be tricky and might require a walk.
