The best pizza in town. Honestly the pizza doe is just on a different level. And the ingredients are top quality. Been a customer for the last 4 years.

Ordered from primo last evening, wow wow wow, was probably the best pizza I've had in worcester. It arrived really quickly, was so fresh and tasty, I ordered a burger and fries also, all the food was piping hot . I won't be ordering pizza from anywhere else .

What an awful bunch of people. Order made and confirmation said call within 5 minutes to cancel / change the order. We called right away realising that they have the same name as a branch close to us. The guy got aggressive down the phone saying he's cancelled it but tough your not getting a refund. Then over an hour later the called saying the order is ready but when we explained the owner cancelled it they got rude and aggressive again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY DONT DESERVE THE INCOME

Ordered and realised it was the wrong place, in Worcester rather than London, as the place had the same name and was the 1st website link under the one I searched for. Called them to cancel but rang out, sent them a Facebook message and called them again, managed to speak to a man and he said he realised I was in London so he cancelled it and I asked when will I get the refund and he said he wouldnt refund as was my fault not his. Even though he cancelled it and didnt make the items so wouldn't have cost him anything. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered food for 5 people. It took an hour for delivery. Some of the food ordered was missing. The driver said they'd go back and get it. Around 40 minutes later they still hadn't turned up. 3 of the people had to go home. I phoned and asked for a refund for the missing food. I was told it was on its way (with a free bottle of drink as an apology) and so I couldn't have a refund. I explained that the people who had ordered the food had left and so we didn't want it and asked again for a refund. I was told a refund could not be issued to my card for the food and that I would have to decline the food when it arrived so the driver could return it to the shop and then come back out with cash as a refund. It's been 2 hours since then and no food or refund has arrived. So basically we paid for food that never turned up, we were lied to, and were refused a refund. Would not recommend or use again.

Fantastic customer service. Issue with the app so had to phone through. Two pizzas ordered with delivery at a really good price and delivery quick and friendly. Pizza tasted awesome as well! Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting, I asked what is the cheapest stuff on the menu as I only had cash and left my wallet at home they looked at me as if I was begging them for money, at first he said 5:30 then when he realised I don’t have that much in my hand he said “kidding mate 4:30 for chips “. I was about to walk out when he replied hold on £1 for chips. Therefore o proceeded to taking 1.50 out my pocket and his friend or boss shouted it’s £1.50 for chips price has just gone up. Two large bold English men looking at each other grinning. I apologised and walked out the shop. Btw they kept the pound I gave them. Disgusting service, attitude.

The quality has gone downhill tremendously and their driver is absolutely useless. Will not order from here again. Both pizzas stone cold, had to put the oven on. Vegetable pizza, vegetables were old and bitter .. such a shame as this place used to be great.

One of the nicest takeouts I've had in a while, which coming from someone who spends about 1/4 of their income on takeouts is pretty good.

ordered from here multiple times in the past and never had any problems , pizza has always been very nice and delivery on time . however i ordered today and have had a few problems . first my order was late as it was suppose to be here at 8.05 at around 8.15 i contacted just eat and they told me that they are running behind and my order will be with me at 8:30. this isnt a problem as i am aware things can happen and orders can be delayed , at 8:40 i contacted them again and they cancelled my order. this is a massive pain as i have been waiting over 2 hours for this just for them to cancel it !!

Lovely pizzas etc plenty of taste and great delivery times but delivery drivers wait at your door like a dog waiting for a treat for you to answer so they hand it you which was fine a while ago but not now since all this pandemic is here but when you clearly state just to leave it they dont so no social distancing which needs to be sorted by them to correct it and to adhere to what people want and feel safe with

Tried to order via Just Eat, that failed, then via their website, that failed. Called the shop to follow up and got shouted at down the phone. Hopeless. Back to AJ’s....

Pizza arrived in around 40 minutes, so not to bad. The food was good only had a small 9 inch but was plenty with some chips. Will order again 👍

I'd usually give Primo 5 stars but tonights meal was well below the usual standard. It wasn't horrible but the pizza, chicken wings and garlic bread were poor. If that had been my first impression I wouldn't order again

Phoned to check something before ordering and the lady I spoke with was fantastic! She was patient and knowledgeable..she even explained what I could order to reduce my bill which ended up with me having 2 large pizzas for cheaper than the large and medium I was going to originally order. When I collected them, both the lady and gentleman there were so lovely...friendly and helpful, giving me vouchers for my next visit as well as offering to carry my order to my car. As for the pizzas themselves, well, my boys loved them! Normally we buy from the competition beginning with a D but am pretty certain that after such exemplary service and great food that we will be using Primo Pizza again. Many thanks and credit where it is due!

I haven't ordered from Primo for a while, but I was very impressed with the food, I ordered a meal deal 2x pizzas cheesy garlic bread, wedges and everything was delicious, highly recommend the food from this place 😁

ordered a deep pan pizza, crust was too thin to be considered "deep pan" if I wanted to order a pizza that tasted similar to Domino's I'd have gone there.

First time me and the wife have had a delivery from primo and it was absolutely gorgeous, the pizza was stunning, it was hot when you bit into it and full off flavour, you can tell its cooked fresh, the sides were gorgeous too. Cant recommend this place enough

Great food, great service. Best in Worcester! An independent pizza place that puts the big chains to shame, we will be ordering from here from now on. I had been recommended this place by a friend who said its the best takeaway pizza shop in Worcester and they weren't wrong. I went in to collect. The guy who served me was friendly and double checked my order to make sure it was correct. The place was really clean and you can see all the food being prepped in front of you. Pizza was amazing, fresh, unique ingredients (eg sun dried tomatoes, Asparagus, Jack Daniels BBQ base, Pesto base etc). Fries were perfect, cream cheese jalapenos were amazing. Everything we ordered was great. Thanks, we will be ordering again. A+++

i ordered a pizza, because I've been stuck at work all night and didn't have a chance to eat. i phoned up Primo Pizza to make sure that i had no Spinach on my pizza and to confirm my order, and after having to wait over an hour just for one pizza to arrive, i was not pleased to find out that they had given me the wrong pizza right after i had just called to confirm my order and make sure everything was okay, such an idiot, clearly don't even know what they're doing, and the pizza didn't even taste nice either! what a joke, and my order got put back to 00:15 , but when i tried calling to fix this error at 00:05 they were "conveniently" closed and i still never got to eat anything because i am allergic to the salami that they conveniently added to my pizza, i did however remove the pieces of salami and attempted to eat the pizza but ended up swallowing a little piece of salami and nearly had to call an ambulance because i couldn't breathe and was sick all over the new carpet that my boss has recently paid for. will never order from this establishment again.

Food was stale, pizza was burnt, chips missing from order and human hair cooked into the chicken. Massive failure, please don't use these guys if you after good food.
