Great staff, really welcoming & polite. Food was reasonable for the price, good portion size; not sure about putting greenery on top of everything though, seems a trend in Worcester! Beautiful old building, great location, but some of the furniture in the bedrooms needs some tlc.

We hosted our evening wedding drinks at the Firefly and it was the perfect location. The upstairs room was just right for our wedding party. We had access to the room the evening before to dress it and arrange furniture to give us plenty of space for a dance floor! The upstairs bar was fully stocked and had a dedicated member of staff who took care of our needs all evening. We also had access to the downstairs bar which offers an excédent selection of ales.We also had use of the excellent sound system. This allowed us to play our own music through an AUX cable. The cost of hiring the room was extremely reasonable considering the level of service and flexibility we received. Overall the Firefly gave us an unforgettable evening and we couldn’t have been happier.We would highly recommend the room for anyone looking for a well priced, flexible and welcoming venue for their event.

Fantastic service, friendly staff

Visited with a friend. Lunch menu was amazing. Great value & good portions. Had baked mushrooms & chicken. Followed by a steak. Food was delicious. Service was excellent.

No point booking a table on a Friday or Saturday when they are at their busiest...they don't honour it. You turn up at allotted time to be told no table is free and might have to wait 10-20 minutes for one, with all the rest of the punters in the seating area. As there was a queue and no seating in seating area we said we'll go for a drink and come back in 20 minutes....can you hold a table for us? Answer was no - wtf?! The manageress was rude....basically walked away saying she was busy when we complained. This may as well be a Nandos just down the road...you know...people queuing up outside waiting for a table. This is not an isolated incident either...happened several times over the past 2 years. Do yourselves a favour....book a table at 'Thai on 7evern' on London Road, it's less than a ten minute walk away from this place, the food is more tasty and they honour your booking, but book early in the week to avoid disapointment.......I've learnt my lesson...from now on it's Thai on 7evern when I fancy thai.

Lovely atmosphere and warm welcome from staff. Food and wine delicious, can't go wrong. A special mention for Saima who is very friendly and can't do enough to help.

Best town venue by far. Wonderful staff and the resident DJ is amazing.

I usually eat my Breakfast there and sometimes my Brunch time in the afternoon … But sadly to say when I get off from work around 3:00 PM they’re already closed … Nevertheless when I can manage to come b4 2:00 PM I would really enjoyed my lunch outside the perimeters … Kudos to all the employees there … They’re all attentive and friendly … Thanks for making me feel one of your valued customers …

While visiting a close friend in Worcestershire, after a long trip we decided to go to the closest coffee shop. Our visit to Coffee #1 in Worcester was nothing short of disappointing. While the Mozzarella & Tomato Panini, Tuna Melt Panini, and Pain au Chocolat were decent enough, the beverages we ordered were a letdown. My caramel macchiato lacked the rich flavor I expected, tasting watered down and lacking in depth. My friend's Americano was nothing to write home about – bland and uninspiring. Even the deluxe hot chocolate ordered for her daughter failed to impress, with a lack of richness and creaminess one would expect from a 'deluxe' offering. Coupled with the rude service, our experience was far from satisfactory. It's a shame when even the beverages fail to redeem an otherwise lackluster visit.

This is such a lovely and welcoming pub! The staff are incredible and the chef was fantastic. We came in after a lovely morning around Worcester looking for traditional pub food and that’s exactly what we found. The 9 of us were seated very easily and the services was quick and simple. The pricing is very reasonable and I would most definitely recommend this pub to other! I will definitely be coming back again soon!
