Me and my partner went for a meal on a Sunday lunchtime, we had booked a table but had been kept waiting for around 5-10 minutes before we had anyone acknowledge that we were there. We were seated and quickly ordered our drinks, starters and mains all together. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant so weren’t expecting a long wait. Whilst seated we were able to see the open plan kitchen and throughout the duration we were in the restaurant witnessed the ‘head chef’ banging things around the kitchen, throwing his hands around and speaking to his staff in a disrespectful manner, one individual staff member looked visibly upset from the way she was spoken too. The food arrived and was extremely poor, due to the way we saw the staff had been spoken too, we decided not to complain about food, paid the bill and left. We will not be returning in a hurry.

Cazz went above and beyond to give great service, even helping to entertain the kids. Food tasted great.

Food was delicious. Our order was taken fairly quickly and the member of staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately once we had eaten our starters, we waited over 30 minutes for our main course. Eventually we did ask as we had noticed people who came in after as had had theirs. Staff were apologetic and our order was then brought out within the next 10 minutes.

Today was the second attempt to enjoy lunch, but everything was at the lowest level. Starting with the waiter, who looked sloppy with a pronounced smell of sweat. The dishes were not served at the same time for the guests of our company. We ordered carbonara with bacon and risotto. They brought us boiled pasta without taste and without decoration. There was no cream, no egg yolk, no parmesan. This is a DISGRACE. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You need to change the name of the restaurant. You do not know how to cook Italian kitchen.

Came with some friends on a quiet Monday night 6 of us in total, started with some drinks, when a certain waitress took our drinks order 1 friend asked about a specific pink gin that they apparently had last time and the waitress was a bit snappy with her response to not having that gin, but moving on our drinks came which was fine along with our starters which were nice but once we finished, our empty plates were left with us for over half an hour, we waved at that certain waitress who was at the end of the room either stapling I’m guessing takeaway bags or leaning over the counter chitchatting to the chefs who didn’t seem very busy either, it seemed from our point of view she would look at us from the corner of her eyes and then either turn around or look back to the chefs so in the end 1 of us had to walk up to her to ask her to take our drinks order along with our empty starter plates to which she said “yes just give me a minute” which turned into never turning up so we managed to get the attention of the other waitress who was nice and friendly and eventually took our drinks order, after a further 10 minutes our drinks hadn’t turned up and our plates were not taken away so 1 of us had to move our plates to an empty table next to us to which the not so nice waitress came over saying that we should not have done that and we should have just waited for her, you never even attempted to come over you stood at the back completely ignoring us🤷‍♂️, so we complained about her just being stood at the end of the room doing nothing to which she became snappy with us again saying “there are only 2 of us working on the floor tonight” which was hilarious as there were only 4-5 tables that night, where I used to work sometimes I’d have to work on the floor alone serving up to 100 people in 1 night with little help, 1 thing as a server you do not do is argue back at customers no matter how much of a pain you think they’re being, so after that we waited a further 10 minutes about 45-50 minutes in total after we’d finished our starters, our mains and drinks never came so in the end we got up told the other waitress how our experience was and how rude that 1 waitress was so we said forget our mains and walked out, disappointing for what was supposed to be a nice evening meeting up with friends who’d recommended this restaurant.

Food and ambience at this restaurant is almost always consistent and staff superb. I was amazed at the two Ladies who managed a full restaurant clearly wearing different hats! Hats off to them. It may have inconvenienced some customers but we certainly watched them in awe!

Warm welcome when we came in. Clean and pleasant restaurant with nice decoration. Easy to order on the app. Had a choice of service at table too. Drinks came quickly. Good freshly prepared and delicious. Quickly served. Clean toilet facilities and helpful staff. Easy to park nearby

We were seated and then left for 20mins but unable to order in the app. We ordered 3 starters, a side and a kids little ones meal. This took over an hour to come and then the side of chips were still hard aa uncooked. The prawns were overdone and the rest was just salad. It was a painful experience. The waitress was nice and gave us 25% off the bill for the inconvenience but we’d much rather have paid in full and had decent food/speed - we won’t be back in a hurry.

The size of the pasta dishes was more than funny. I think it was enough for a toddler, not for an adult. The waitress was rude and wasn't helpful at all. We ask her, to ask for something from the kitchen, but refuse it....so absolutely not happy with that. Dont think so we coming back.

Friendly staff but that’s about as nice as it got. I ordered a gin and tonic, the gin was a lovely local gin which was fantastic, unfortunately the tonic was flat and the glass tumbler very uninspiring. The main courses we ordered were appalling, my friend had the mushroom pappardelle, the pasta hadn’t been separated during cooking and was still raw and stuck together in blocks, the sauce wasn’t coating any of it and it was only just warm. I had the king prawn and crayfish tagliatelle, apart from the small shell on king prawn on the top there was only crayfish in the dish and again it was only just warm. We did mention this to our server and we were given free desserts, these were very nice and tasty.

The manager in the Worcester branch was so rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could use my £10 birthday voucher off my bill we did have Tesco vouchers too. But the attitude of him was disgraceful no where in the T&CS did it say you cannot use with Tesco vouchers bearing in mind we did spend a lot more than the tescos voucher we had and we were going to buy more drink's he needs to go for training in customer service his face didn’t crack a smile. My friend was able to use hers in the WORCESTER branch even with TESCOS VOUCHERS. The other staff were lovely..HE SHOULDNT BE A MANAGER NO PEOPLE SKILL WHAT SO EVER

Arranged to go to ASK Worcester for my 40th birthday party with 16 people. I was a bit apprehensive after reading recent reviews. We didn't pre-order and it was a Friday evening. It was great though. The staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. I'd happily book here again.

Was busy and we hadn't booked but they squeezed us in with a time limit of 1hr15. Food was good- nice choice. Antipasti was very nice. Risotto also good. Used the app to order and pay. Would recommend

Booked a table for 6.00pm. After being seated with menus we waited about 30 mins, but we're totally ignored by the young staff walking past. A table next to us remained uncleared again with staff walking past and ignoring it. There appeared to be no staff supervision, a chaotic staffing environment by disinterested young waiting staff. After 30 minutes we left and enjoyed a loverly. evening at a neighbouring restaurant as non-booked "walk ins". The ordering process today with ipad technology takes seconds, to wait so long for the first part of a restaurant service is very poor. Leaving locally based customers who booked in advance to feel unvalued, and ignored means we will not return and will happily share the negative feedback.

First time we were in Ask Italian. The begining was really nice. We get shots as a „gift”. My non alcohol drink was very nice. But food… for starters we took arancini - one was without taste and other two were nothing special. The worst were mains. We had pizza and calzone. We were waiting very long time and the restaurant was pretty epmty. Unfortunately pizza was terrible. The worst pizza I had. I visit 9-10 cities in Italy and never had something like this. Frozen pizza made in home would be better. Calzone was similar but better than pizza. For dessert we had pistacho and rasberry tart and if I wouldnt see in menu it is pistachio I wouldnt guess 😃 im not use to write reviews but this time I decide to let people now if somebody want to eat really italian food dont go there. Maybe pasta would be better because I saw that on pizza side was new worker I suppose. Anyway its not the cheapest food and I would like to eat at least 6/10. Sorry😞

I went for a nice little meal with my friend today at ask Italian and the food was incredible, we orders lots of starters and nibbles and shared them, including the butterfly prawns, cheese fondue and cheesy garlic bread. These were all absolutely delicious as well as my amazing Raspberry Non- Alcoholic cocktail. My waitress Paula was lovely and made sure that we had very good service when we were there and made my experience at ask Italian today even more lovely, I am very pleased and glad she was my waitress today :) Would recommend to anyone

Clearly a slow night on a Monday, had to wait to be shown a table while the waitress walked past several times polishing glasses. When seated, our order was taken promptly but wrong main course brought. Wine brought to table but rather than open and serve it, the waitress went to the next table to spray it down. Nobody checked in to see how we were doing so my wife just ate the main course. We pretty much always leave a tip, didn't on this occasion.

Always a great experience at Ask Italian in Worcester. Food was hot tasty and plentiful and serviced at the right pace. Service by Gabriela was excellent. She was friendly polite and made our evening with her professionalism and attention to detail. She is a credit to your company.

Service was terrible - took party of 4 out for my Daughter's birthday. Arancini starter sauce was just like tinned tomato and very thin. Spag Bol had hardly any meat in it. Rigatoni dish sauce was watery. Two pizzass ok. Main courses took 1h 20m to arrive. We were told only 1 chef and 1 trainee and it certainly showed. This isn't the first time we've experienced poor service at this venue - we WERE regular customers, but no more. Manager was so ashamed she discounted our bill from around £115 to £43.52. Restaurant not very busy - IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STAFF, THEN DON'T OPEN - SIMPLE!

Eaten here a few times. Typical offering from a chain restaurant but it does it well. Service is good, decent atmosphere and food is consistently good.

Rhia, our server, was fantastic! She was friendly, chatty, and incredible helpful when we had queries regarding our clubcard vouchers. Our food arrived quickly and was a high quality. We will come back!

As soon as I walked in, we were served two shot glasses of lemonade. The staff were very friendly and we were served by 3 people throughout our visit. I ordered the carbonara and it was served extremely quickly to the optimal temperature. My friend order the sausage pasta and the pasta came al dente - its like marmite; either you love it or you hate it. Personally I like it but my friend doesn't so perhaps going forward, they could ask customers how they would like their pasta. Other than that, everything was incredible. In the mens toilet was 1 cubical with tissue stocked and toilet clean. Two urinals, three sinks all working with comfotably warm water, two soap dispensers fully stocked and two hand driers. Everything was lovely. I would highly recommend this place to people. I had the warm brownie and cherries clotted ice cream for pud. Option to order by QR code or by staff. I am very impressed as the restaurant met all my expectations. Highly recommend.

My experience at ASK Italian Worcester today was absolutely amazing! I went for my birthday and they made me feel so special with a glass of prosecco on the house! Very tasty food, amazing service & and friendly staff!

We all had a meal there on the 12 May, service was top class and the pizza was superb . John and family wexford ireland.

Distinctly average pizza, enjoyable enough but nothing special unfortunately.. large portion sizes for starters though which was nice, although mushrooms al forno lacking flavour. Nice touch to have a shot of cloudy lemonade to start.

Couldn’t find a driver after over and hour. The restaurant phoned me.After waiting over another hour it still hadn’t arrived . Food lukewarm, over priced not good quality. Never order again

Went for an early, pre cinema meal. Very quiet hence the mark down for atmosphere. Only one waitress initially but she served us speedily and pleasantly, especially sorting out our vouchers! Had mushroom risotto with a side of honeyed sausages, both lovely, bit of a sweet and salty vibe! Free dessert was delicious, raspberry and pistachio tart. Reasonable price. Much enjoyed.

The stag is not efficient they are chatting all the time instead of attending the clients. They take long time to clean tables. The coffees were a mess!

We have been to ASK in Worcester 3 or 4 times now and the food has been outstanding every time. It is a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, quick service and easy access to order via the app. We had an issue with payment at our last visit but it was quickly resolved by the lovely staff. Thank you particularly to Niamh for the top service. We will be back again!

We waited at the door to be seated waited quite a while 3 members of staff came past did not even acknowledge us girl behind the bar just looked didn't even say hello . We didn't even have a table check to c if our food was OK. Probably won't come here again. Says when booking online look forward to seeing u. But that's not true.

Being new to Worcester we dcided to look for an appealing Italian or Spanish restaurant. Ask Italian is modern yet comfortable dining area for intimate or large party dining. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and both chose the pasta with shellfish, a bottle of Pinot and sorbet and lemon tart for dessert. Waiters were attentive, and all customers served a(I assumed palette cleansing) a good lemon cordial drink on being seated. Kitchen is on view to see your food being carefully prepared. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the photo of the main course until the shells were removed, but they are in the dish between our plates!

The food arrived stone cold, and items were boxed so the Lasagne's were stuck to the card board base so this made the removal very hard and our foods had cardboard remains in the meal. need to go back to the plastic containers used or use the same as the pasta dishes. put a refund request in and just eat ignored this request

We both had the Pollo Della Casa with a Strawberry Mojito and Raspberry & Elderflower Cider. The manager came over to help us with our order because of my nut allergy and couldn't be nicer. The food came out shortly after and was delicious - perfectly cooked with a lovely stock base. We waited a little bit after the food to pay because it was pretty busy, but we'd definitely go again :)

Great food but experience was made much more enjoyable by the friendly and very helpful staff namely our server - Cazz. She was knowledgeable and was able to help us with food recommendations. She was very attentive and provided great customer service.

It really is a shame here. The food is always lovely and good value. There is a problem though, and it does seem peculiar to Ask Italian in Worcester, I have been to others. The two tables in front of the counter are used, in effect, as a staff canteen. It would be OK if the people, who are clearly staff, occupying the tables were enjoying a meal and possibly a well earned break.Most of them, however, were sat leaning forward forward on their chairs with a hand rolled cigarette hanging out the side of their mouths, clearly psyching themselves up for the trip outside into the cold to have a smoke. Strangely, the banter between them was quite amusing but probably a bit much. My suggestion would be this. Keep the tables for customers and send the staff to a room out the back. Will I go again? Yes. Next time I'll say something. I'm kicking myself that I didn't say anything at the time.

Cazz was amazing really attentive and patient with the children. Great service. She made everything easy and nothing was to much trouble even though she was really busy. She is an asset to the team

Arrival: Already, they've gone the extra mile by greeting us (a party of 4) at the door and smiling at us upon entry. Drinks Feedback: They've shown the ability to fulfil the drink order before the starter and the main course and they followed the requests as well as went the extra mile again by giving us a taster of their drinks which are currently on order. Starter Feedback: They've quickly and effectively served us piping-hot starters as well as given us warnings that the plate will be hot. Main Feedback: Similar to the starter feedback, the main course was piping hot and fresh food, and once again, they went the extra mile. Final thoughts: This branch aced the food, the drinks, basically everything. Well done, you should be proud Ask Italian, Worcester.
