Gabi was excellent. She has been helpful, informative and very patient with our large group of diners.

The staff were absolutely amazing with my plethora of allergies, very thorough with checking everything and making me and my partner feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, polite staff members and good atmosphere. Will definitely be returning in the future!! ☺️

My recent dining experience at Ask Italian was truly delightful. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of my meal was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with delicious Italian flavours. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the Aubergine Ravioli, which is very highly recommended.

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and the staff were so so lovely would highly recommend me and my sister absolutely adore coming here for any occasion and for our chit chats Amelie was absolutely amazing and always had a lovely smile on her face

The food I had was great (the ragu papperadelle)! Definitely recommend the pesto dough bites and the chocolate etna as a dessert. Lovely interior and staff were friendly, only slight issue being was that my boyfriend food was slightly undercooked - the calzone.

I just come in on Saturday for a meal , with a few tables in . Staff on door told wait on food already at 6:45 pm . Around 30 minutes wait . Make my order managers all stressed and not smiling, at same time felt sorry for all of them . Restaurant got full wait 45 minutes for starters and another 45 minutes for mains . No staff , only managers working and which way can a restaurant worn like that , food no taste and burnt . Not even complain for don’t wait another 45 minutes . Not a place to come back

We always have a good experience at Worcester Ask. I would like to make a special mention of Gabriela who is so courteous and helpful. She always welcomes with a smile and her service is impeccable. On one occasion she made a lunch treat for our granddaughter even more enjoyable. Gabriela is a real asset.

The food pasta was cold and clumped together. The garlic bead was cold and tough. The dip pots are tiny, barely a teaspoon and they charge £1 for them, which they only sent one.

Carbonara was more like for a child’s portion pizza wasn’t cut like it shows in pictures and was burnt and chocolate fondant was cake and a tiny bit of chocolate sauce and was charged extortionate for the food that was delivered very disappointed

I had the pleasure of dining at Ask Italian in Worcester recently, and I can't stop thinking about their Carbonara! It was absolutely fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of bite, and the creamy sauce was rich yet light—exactly how a Carbonara should be. The pancetta added a wonderful depth of flavor, crispy and savory, without overpowering the dish. The balance of ingredients was spot on, and the portion size was generous.

Went in to ask Worcester and absolutely loved it, food was spot on!

Worst meal we have had in a long time. We were sat by the door, which despite the two door system, they had propped open, so Storm Darragh joined us every 2 minutes whenever people went in or out. We went for the set Christmas menu as it seemed like a good deal. It took about 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. Once we ordered, it took about half an hour for our starters to come, I had the butterfly prawns to start (an additional £2 item), they were rock solid, dry and rubbery. Poo sack hadn't been removed in all of them either. They came with bruschetta which was so burnt it was black. I think it had been sat under the heat lamp since we placed the order. But we were so hungry I did eat the hard prawns. Took ages to clear our plates but our mains came very quickly after that (as in seconds). They'd obviously been ready for a while too. Most were lukewarm. My friends carbonara looked dry as a bone. I had the festive pizza. It came with one single piece of bacon on it, probably no more than 3 bits of pulled turkey and no chilli jam at all. I asked about the chilli jam, they took the pizza back and then brought it back to me and said that "they put the chilli jam in with the turkey"... Well I guess that chilli jam is still on an Air Turkey flight because there was none on that pizza. The turkey itself was actually nice just not enough of it. Another wait for pudding, then the poor waitress had to come and tell us that the puddings we ordered at the start (2 hours ago) weren't available now. Not wanting to wait any longer for crap food, we asked for the puddings to be cancelled and discounted from the bill. Which to be fair they did no issues and took a decent enough amount off, makes me think they have to do that all the time. Restaurant wasn't busy while we were there and there seemed to be staff around. By the end we were laughing at how bad the meal was. Would avoid and go Zizzi's if I were you

My favourite place to eat when I visit Worcester.. Always a friendly welcome, polite staff, excellent food and wonderful cocktails!

We came in during the Victorian Fayre on Sunday and it was really really busy but the staff were still amazing despite clearly being run off their feet. The food was the usual really high standard.

The lady that greets you as you walk in is extremely rude, doesn't even give anyone a smile, other staff members that serve your table are nice and polite. Food is great although sometimes it's only served warm, not hot. I think the service is very slow too.

Brian is gorgeous young man. He is very pleasant and informative about the menus. I will bring my family to this restaurant as we enjoyed the food.

Don't go unless you're pre booked, we walked into an empty restaurant, the waitress went off to ask the kitchen if they could accommodate us. Apparently three pizzas was too much for them 🤣 go to Zizzi across the street they are more welcoming. No probs in there getting a pizza 🍕

Maddie was very attentive - we had booked to go to yo! But after waiting at the door for 15 mins with no one even acknowledging that we were there, we decided to go to ASK and we thoroughly enjoyed our food and experience.

my brother and i went for a meal yesterday evening for dinner, had a table booked was waiting for about 20 minutes to order as no one checked if we had ordered. starters, mains and desserts took ages to come out, wasn’t many people in the restaurant (would understand if busy). very poor service never got offered if we wanted another drink or asked if our food was okay. felt very unnoticed! another table was sat about 5 minutes after us they were served in about 10 minutes and checked on a few times. left and payed just as we got mains. won’t be returning in a rush.

Great atmosphere, seated quickly by lovely waitress (think her name was ‘Amelie’) who took our food and drinks order. We didn’t have to wait very long for our food and it was all delicious.

Me and my partner went for a meal on a Sunday lunchtime, we had booked a table but had been kept waiting for around 5-10 minutes before we had anyone acknowledge that we were there. We were seated and quickly ordered our drinks, starters and mains all together. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant so weren’t expecting a long wait. Whilst seated we were able to see the open plan kitchen and throughout the duration we were in the restaurant witnessed the ‘head chef’ banging things around the kitchen, throwing his hands around and speaking to his staff in a disrespectful manner, one individual staff member looked visibly upset from the way she was spoken too. The food arrived and was extremely poor, due to the way we saw the staff had been spoken too, we decided not to complain about food, paid the bill and left. We will not be returning in a hurry.

Cazz went above and beyond to give great service, even helping to entertain the kids. Food tasted great.

Food was delicious. Our order was taken fairly quickly and the member of staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately once we had eaten our starters, we waited over 30 minutes for our main course. Eventually we did ask as we had noticed people who came in after as had had theirs. Staff were apologetic and our order was then brought out within the next 10 minutes.

Today was the second attempt to enjoy lunch, but everything was at the lowest level. Starting with the waiter, who looked sloppy with a pronounced smell of sweat. The dishes were not served at the same time for the guests of our company. We ordered carbonara with bacon and risotto. They brought us boiled pasta without taste and without decoration. There was no cream, no egg yolk, no parmesan. This is a DISGRACE. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You need to change the name of the restaurant. You do not know how to cook Italian kitchen.

Came with some friends on a quiet Monday night 6 of us in total, started with some drinks, when a certain waitress took our drinks order 1 friend asked about a specific pink gin that they apparently had last time and the waitress was a bit snappy with her response to not having that gin, but moving on our drinks came which was fine along with our starters which were nice but once we finished, our empty plates were left with us for over half an hour, we waved at that certain waitress who was at the end of the room either stapling I’m guessing takeaway bags or leaning over the counter chitchatting to the chefs who didn’t seem very busy either, it seemed from our point of view she would look at us from the corner of her eyes and then either turn around or look back to the chefs so in the end 1 of us had to walk up to her to ask her to take our drinks order along with our empty starter plates to which she said “yes just give me a minute” which turned into never turning up so we managed to get the attention of the other waitress who was nice and friendly and eventually took our drinks order, after a further 10 minutes our drinks hadn’t turned up and our plates were not taken away so 1 of us had to move our plates to an empty table next to us to which the not so nice waitress came over saying that we should not have done that and we should have just waited for her, you never even attempted to come over you stood at the back completely ignoring us🤷‍♂️, so we complained about her just being stood at the end of the room doing nothing to which she became snappy with us again saying “there are only 2 of us working on the floor tonight” which was hilarious as there were only 4-5 tables that night, where I used to work sometimes I’d have to work on the floor alone serving up to 100 people in 1 night with little help, 1 thing as a server you do not do is argue back at customers no matter how much of a pain you think they’re being, so after that we waited a further 10 minutes about 45-50 minutes in total after we’d finished our starters, our mains and drinks never came so in the end we got up told the other waitress how our experience was and how rude that 1 waitress was so we said forget our mains and walked out, disappointing for what was supposed to be a nice evening meeting up with friends who’d recommended this restaurant.

Food and ambience at this restaurant is almost always consistent and staff superb. I was amazed at the two Ladies who managed a full restaurant clearly wearing different hats! Hats off to them. It may have inconvenienced some customers but we certainly watched them in awe!

Warm welcome when we came in. Clean and pleasant restaurant with nice decoration. Easy to order on the app. Had a choice of service at table too. Drinks came quickly. Good freshly prepared and delicious. Quickly served. Clean toilet facilities and helpful staff. Easy to park nearby

We were seated and then left for 20mins but unable to order in the app. We ordered 3 starters, a side and a kids little ones meal. This took over an hour to come and then the side of chips were still hard aa uncooked. The prawns were overdone and the rest was just salad. It was a painful experience. The waitress was nice and gave us 25% off the bill for the inconvenience but we’d much rather have paid in full and had decent food/speed - we won’t be back in a hurry.

The size of the pasta dishes was more than funny. I think it was enough for a toddler, not for an adult. The waitress was rude and wasn't helpful at all. We ask her, to ask for something from the kitchen, but refuse it....so absolutely not happy with that. Dont think so we coming back.

Friendly staff but that’s about as nice as it got. I ordered a gin and tonic, the gin was a lovely local gin which was fantastic, unfortunately the tonic was flat and the glass tumbler very uninspiring. The main courses we ordered were appalling, my friend had the mushroom pappardelle, the pasta hadn’t been separated during cooking and was still raw and stuck together in blocks, the sauce wasn’t coating any of it and it was only just warm. I had the king prawn and crayfish tagliatelle, apart from the small shell on king prawn on the top there was only crayfish in the dish and again it was only just warm. We did mention this to our server and we were given free desserts, these were very nice and tasty.

The manager in the Worcester branch was so rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could use my £10 birthday voucher off my bill we did have Tesco vouchers too. But the attitude of him was disgraceful no where in the T&CS did it say you cannot use with Tesco vouchers bearing in mind we did spend a lot more than the tescos voucher we had and we were going to buy more drink's he needs to go for training in customer service his face didn’t crack a smile. My friend was able to use hers in the WORCESTER branch even with TESCOS VOUCHERS. The other staff were lovely..HE SHOULDNT BE A MANAGER NO PEOPLE SKILL WHAT SO EVER

Arranged to go to ASK Worcester for my 40th birthday party with 16 people. I was a bit apprehensive after reading recent reviews. We didn't pre-order and it was a Friday evening. It was great though. The staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. I'd happily book here again.
