We were with friends today! It was an incredible evening! There were not many people. It was my first time here. I don’t like many restaurants in Worcester, but here!!! it was beautiful and delicious! I love shrimp! I ordered two portions here for appetizers! They were amazing! Then we ordered Pollo e roquito pizza and it was delicious! We seasoned it all with prosecco! And to finish off my dessert I had Tiramisu with Ice Cream! It was incredible! I recommend it! The atmosphere of the place itself is very pleasant! It was a great evening! Sorry for my English!

My husband and I had lunch with my in laws this afternoon and as usual the food was outstanding, the service was spot on and we had a thoroughly lovely afternoon. We were served by Gabriela who we've been served by before who as always was the perfect hostess. We can't wait to come back again ☺️

We went for lunch on a Sunday as a party of five. I used to go regularly but haven’t been for a few years…. and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious ( we had a range of meals from the menu) and all were good. The portion sizes were good for the average person- we did have a couple of starters and a garlic cheesy bread to share. We certainly didn’t need dessert! We were served by a very pleasant lady called Gabrielle and the bill bought to us by Lee who was also very welcoming and polite. The prices were usual for the centre of Worcester and the restaurant was not at all crowded. We had reserved online and had a very nice booth by the window overlooking the square. I shall certainly be going back again.

Staying away for work went to ask Italian for a meal. Gabriella was a great waitress warm, welcoming and attentive (even tho she seemed to be the only waitress on duty)

Delicious food, highly recommend the garlic bread with mozzarella and caramelised onions. Great service from Gabriela.

Niamh served us and was very friendly and welcoming. A nice extra touch when she found out we were on the last day of our holiday is that she gave us a scoop of ice cream after our meal, free of charge!

Staff stood outside the front of the restaurant smoking, not very professional. They then came in smelling very strong of smoke, not what anyone wants when eating. To top it off When a staff member brought over the bill she slammed it on the table in front of us then walked off. Not impressed with the service at all, i Asked to speak to the manager to then be told he is busy, busy stood outside smoking.

Came for dinner, great food and had great service from Niamh!

We visited ASK Italian in Worcester on a Friday evening and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite the restaurant being only around 50% occupied, we encountered significant delays — waiting almost 40 minutes for two starters, followed by a further 35 minutes for the main courses. During this time, no checkbacks were made, and we were not advised of any expected wait, which added to the frustration. When the main courses eventually arrived, both calzones were underwhelming. The Mushroom and Truffle Calzone was noticeably undercooked, with thick dough that hadn’t fully baked through. More concerning was the presence of olives and the absence of spinach, which was not stated on the menu. For those with food allergies, this could pose a serious risk. The second calzone was also undercooked and arrived flat, suggesting that the kitchen was possibly rushing through orders. A checkback only took place once our plates were cleared. At this point, I requested to speak with a manager. To his credit, the manager was genuinely apologetic, acknowledged the service and food issues, and explained that the calzone I was served was the takeaway version, which contained olives. He also advised that a new kitchen team was in place. As a gesture of goodwill, our bill was fully taken care of, and we were invited to return in a few weeks for a hopefully improved experience. While the manager’s approach was appreciated and handled well, the evening had already been spoiled — especially after a half-hour drive for what was meant to be a celebratory meal. Throughout our visit, it was noticeable that delivery orders appeared to be prioritised over in-house diners, with drivers arriving frequently and collecting food more consistently than meals were served to tables. Meanwhile, diners, including ourselves, experienced long waits without updates or apologies. Staffing appeared to be limited, and tables were left dirty for extended periods — one booth near the window remained cluttered with used glasses and plates for over an hour. The restaurant itself had a lovely decor and a promising antmosphere, but unfortunately, both the food quality and service during this visit did not meet expectations.

food was nice, not very warm but took hour and half to arrive. puddings spoilt as packed with "hot" food so it was all melted

Went for dinner and the service was amazing! Have to give big credit to Olivia G who served us there and gave the best customer service I have ever seen. So friendly to me and my friends and was beyond helpful when asking questions about the food/drink services they provide. She made us feel so welcome and did not rush us at all. I cannot thank her enough for the excellent service she provided! She really made our experience at the restaurant one to remember by going above and beyond for us.

We had a wonderful evening for mine and my partners anniversary. We were served by Gabriella who was amazing and made sure our whole service was incredible. I had a fantastic dining experience at ASK Italian, and a huge part of that was thanks to Olivia G. From the moment we arrived Olivia was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness making us feel completely at ease. Olivia’s had a genuine enthusiasm and positive attitude she clearly cares about providing a great customer experience.Thank you, Olivia for going above and beyond. Went here for Mothers Day and have been here before for previous occasions, wonderful staff and friendly too. Great menu options and way more choices then when I last came too and newer drink choices as well. Was expecting the Nduja to be spicy was very tolerant for me as someone with such a low spice tolerance. Decent prices for the proportions you got. I highly recommend in hot weather the ice cream which allows you to have 3 choices. I of course went for the Neapolitan selection except they didn’t do strawberry so I went for Cherry but I was surprised to find that the cherry flavour was very similar to a müller yoghurt and it was amazing! Would come again

Booked a table for 8 people on a Saturday night. 45 minutes before first drinks arrived. 1hr 30 before food came. Food quality was below average. Some members of the group didn't finish their food as it was bland. We were offered a free bottle of wine due to poor service.

I came here with 8 of my friends for a celebration. They came out and gave us our drink, they bought an extra drink by mistake, and told us to just have it. The food took 1hour and about 15 minutes to come. Food is nice some of the portions are very small. Some of my friends payed in cash, they didnt get the right change. They tried to charge us £20 service charge. Unprofessional. Rude.

Gabriella was lovely. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our food very much but my daughter’s food was changed straight away which was very kind. The staff here are so friendly and lovely especially Gabriella.

Terrible waiting staff took 15 mins after we sat down to order our drinks whilst they had been seating people and they had still got their drinks faster, aswell as out food came before our drinks, food tastes rubbery would not recommend again!

We travel to Worcester every three weeks from Liverpool and always go to Ask because of the excellent welcome and service we get from Caroline and Gabrielan ,they are both fantastic .

My recent dining experience at Ask Italian was truly delightful. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of my meal was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with delicious Italian flavours. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the Aubergine Ravioli, which is very highly recommended.

Lovely lunch today in Worcester. The food was served quickly, piping hot and delicious. Gabriella our server was friendly and courteous and made our meal even more memorable.

The food I had was great (the ragu papperadelle)! Definitely recommend the pesto dough bites and the chocolate etna as a dessert. Lovely interior and staff were friendly, only slight issue being was that my boyfriend food was slightly undercooked - the calzone.

I just come in on Saturday for a meal , with a few tables in . Staff on door told wait on food already at 6:45 pm . Around 30 minutes wait . Make my order managers all stressed and not smiling, at same time felt sorry for all of them . Restaurant got full wait 45 minutes for starters and another 45 minutes for mains . No staff , only managers working and which way can a restaurant worn like that , food no taste and burnt . Not even complain for don’t wait another 45 minutes . Not a place to come back

We always have a good experience at Worcester Ask. I would like to make a special mention of Gabriela who is so courteous and helpful. She always welcomes with a smile and her service is impeccable. On one occasion she made a lunch treat for our granddaughter even more enjoyable. Gabriela is a real asset.

The food pasta was cold and clumped together. The garlic bead was cold and tough. The dip pots are tiny, barely a teaspoon and they charge £1 for them, which they only sent one.

Carbonara was more like for a child’s portion pizza wasn’t cut like it shows in pictures and was burnt and chocolate fondant was cake and a tiny bit of chocolate sauce and was charged extortionate for the food that was delivered very disappointed

I had the pleasure of dining at Ask Italian in Worcester recently, and I can't stop thinking about their Carbonara! It was absolutely fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of bite, and the creamy sauce was rich yet light—exactly how a Carbonara should be. The pancetta added a wonderful depth of flavor, crispy and savory, without overpowering the dish. The balance of ingredients was spot on, and the portion size was generous.

Worst meal we have had in a long time. We were sat by the door, which despite the two door system, they had propped open, so Storm Darragh joined us every 2 minutes whenever people went in or out. We went for the set Christmas menu as it seemed like a good deal. It took about 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. Once we ordered, it took about half an hour for our starters to come, I had the butterfly prawns to start (an additional £2 item), they were rock solid, dry and rubbery. Poo sack hadn't been removed in all of them either. They came with bruschetta which was so burnt it was black. I think it had been sat under the heat lamp since we placed the order. But we were so hungry I did eat the hard prawns. Took ages to clear our plates but our mains came very quickly after that (as in seconds). They'd obviously been ready for a while too. Most were lukewarm. My friends carbonara looked dry as a bone. I had the festive pizza. It came with one single piece of bacon on it, probably no more than 3 bits of pulled turkey and no chilli jam at all. I asked about the chilli jam, they took the pizza back and then brought it back to me and said that "they put the chilli jam in with the turkey"... Well I guess that chilli jam is still on an Air Turkey flight because there was none on that pizza. The turkey itself was actually nice just not enough of it. Another wait for pudding, then the poor waitress had to come and tell us that the puddings we ordered at the start (2 hours ago) weren't available now. Not wanting to wait any longer for crap food, we asked for the puddings to be cancelled and discounted from the bill. Which to be fair they did no issues and took a decent enough amount off, makes me think they have to do that all the time. Restaurant wasn't busy while we were there and there seemed to be staff around. By the end we were laughing at how bad the meal was. Would avoid and go Zizzi's if I were you

My favourite place to eat when I visit Worcester.. Always a friendly welcome, polite staff, excellent food and wonderful cocktails!

We came in during the Victorian Fayre on Sunday and it was really really busy but the staff were still amazing despite clearly being run off their feet. The food was the usual really high standard.

The lady that greets you as you walk in is extremely rude, doesn't even give anyone a smile, other staff members that serve your table are nice and polite. Food is great although sometimes it's only served warm, not hot. I think the service is very slow too.

Don't go unless you're pre booked, we walked into an empty restaurant, the waitress went off to ask the kitchen if they could accommodate us. Apparently three pizzas was too much for them 🤣 go to Zizzi across the street they are more welcoming. No probs in there getting a pizza 🍕

Brian is gorgeous young man. He is very pleasant and informative about the menus. I will bring my family to this restaurant as we enjoyed the food.
