First time visiting after walking past many times. Food was lovely and I will be back

Absolutely lovely restaurant fantastic food very friendly Simone and Rizzo made us extremely welcome nothing was too much trouble definitely go back!🥰

We had a lovely time here! My partner and I loved it, The staff are lovely, especially "Simona" who was lovely, I'm a vegan and thought the vegan "penne alla norma was amazing, my partner had the "vegetariana" which was incredible too. The service was impeccable, we will be back asap! ♥️

Good food and welcoming atmosphere

Five stars still doesn't come close to the standard of this fantastic restaurant. Gaetano is a lovely, friendly host. The food is excellent and is definitely the best Italian food you can get in this country. 2023 - Yet another excellent meal in lovely surroundings, hopefully planning permission will be granted to allow expansion of this wonderful restaurant. 2024 - Yet again, fantastic food and service and with the planning permission granted things are looking even better for this brilliant place.

Have visited many times and have always had first class service, this was no exception. The food was fantastic, lots of flavour and fair size portions all four of us had different starters and main courses and a couple had desserts. The service was exceptional, friendly and professional. The ambience was perfect, and the restaurant was very busy, we were the last to leave but not pushed to leave. Highly recommend for any occasion.

My son ordered pizza no ham and pepper. Waiter wrote it down. It came ten minutes later with both ham and pepper. My pizza was almost cold. Pizzas overall were average. When waitress collected plates she seemed quite put out that my son had left food on his plate ie all the ham and pepper. Was really looking forward to meal here but will not spend our money here again. Venue is lovely inside but food is disappointing.

The service is superb! Authentic Italian approach and atmosphere which is amazing! The pizza is absolutely incredible with the buratta in the middle, you’ve got to try it. The dough is exceptionally crispy and light! Superb Monto Bene!

Visited as a couple and found the whole experience so chilled out , had mixed fish starter and arancine balls which was so tasty the main was off the specials menu and was a pasta dish with minced lamb absolutely amazing whilst my partner had a vegetarian pasta dish with aubergine which was lovely, don't usually do desserts but the meal and vibe made us wanted to give it a go , the tiramisu was beautiful and biscoff cheesecake yummy, service was superb and the house red was spot on , will definitely be visiting again very soon btw the manager / owner was so welcoming

As always, a hugely warm welcome, gorgeous food and excellent attentive service for our large party. It really does feel like your dining with italian family, but without the air fare! Highly recommended, and the special evenings Gianluca hosts are a treat, so recommend checking those out.

Food was delicious - some of the best food we have had in a while. And once we were seated we had a lovely waiter (I think his name was Hugo?) who was knowledgable, gave some great recommendations and had a good sense of humour. It took about 25 minutes to be seated and have our first drinks order taken when we arrived, but I can appreciate that it was a Saturday evening a few days before valentines day, so it was very busy. We still loved it and we're already planning our return as there were so many more foods we wanted to try!

Cannot fault! Lovely people and service from start to finish! It was mine and my wife's 5th anniversary meal and we will be back, thoroughly enjoyed it all. To top of an already great evening while offering a tip while leaving we were offered a glass of Limoncello and a handshake which was fantastic and unexpected. Well if a restaurant has been open 20 years they must be doing something right. The service is probably 2nd to none in Worcester, the food very good Italian fare, I wanted to give feedback direct to the owners Tano & Luca, not put anything bad on here, but my Risotto N'duja & Gorgonzola was 'not right' retuned it, but told it was correct....there were too many chili flakes and next to zero taste of Gorgonzola. Give the Tiramisu a miss, as small and had better from supermarket @ £7.95 no taste of coffee or alcohol

Food, atmosphere and service all excellent. Only issue was that a shard of sharp plastic was in the pizza I had which was quite uncomfortable when I chewed on it before I realised and could have been a choke hazard. When we politely brought this to the attention of the waiter, he said it must have come off something in the kitchen and rather than offer any sort of apology, just focused on working out if it was hard or soft by trying to cut it with a knife, seemed to be trying to dispute our concern and asking if it caused any bleeding.

Beautiful place with great service. Everything was spotless, was my birthday then felt very special as manager know that its my special day , was singing happy birthday while he took me to yeh table. Food was so tasty. All fresh and warm :-) all my guests as happy and at the end got my favourite profiteroles with candle and all staff was singing again:-). Definitely will be back :-) highly recommended

Always a go to place for us but especially when it is a special occasion, came here for my stepdads birthday and as always had lovely service from the moment we walked through the door! Food is always beautifully presented and always so tasty! Had the pizza which was incredible and my parents had the steak and seabass - everyone was very happy with their choices and left very full but extremely satisfied! Thanks for a great experience, we will be back again soon!

We ordered a takeaway from here this evening on Just Eat. The app said it was on its way and then said delivered. Nothing had been delivered to us. When we called the restaurant to enquire, they told us there was "nothing they could do". Extremely poor customer service and won't be using them again 😡

Our first time dining Benedicto’s. Lovely beautiful building and decor. The staff were all polite and attentive throughout the evening. The food was absolutely stunning. Pizza’s made by Serafino were the best we’ve ever tasted. Our whole dining experience from the minute we walked in, until when we left was outstanding. We were seated but there was no cutlery on the table so the waitor grabbed cutlery from a nearby table, so the the table wasn't cleaned in between, lasagne was ok not the best, we wasn't offered any parmesan or black pepper like before, and very disappointed to have a £5 service charge added on the bill for 2 people, won't be going again

Located in the heart of Worcester City Centre, Benedictos is a very nice venue. Easily accessible and also a public car park just next door. The service was really good, and all the staff we dealt with were extremely pleasant. Only qualms were, the room we were dining in upstairs was very, very warm, which made it uncomfortable. We were also unfortunate to be sat behind a very loud group. The Food was okay, but overpriced for what you get.

This relates to take aways. We have been going here for years but opted for takeaway tonight. The lasagne was such a small portion and all sauce. For price we paid, incredibly disappointed. Really tarnished our thinking of this place so shan’t be rushing back...

Absolutely gorgeous food. Amazing service, staff were attentive and joyous. We sat in the undercover / outdoor area with heated lamps, which I was a bit worried about but it was absolutely cosy. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you

Was part of a big group, food was great, service excellent. My only tiny complaint was that the party starts were not mega veggie, but that's probably on us for not letting them know. On the whole a great evening we all left full and feeling well cared for. Happy to recommend.

We visited this amazing restaurant last night for the 1st time. Have to say we were blown away, from start to finish the service wasn't 5 star its 10 star. The place is beautiful, feels more like your being welcomed into Gianluca's home rather than a restaurant, staff were superb, food amazing, and the whole eveing made for our best ever dining experience. Words don't do this place justice, you have to go and be welcomed and entertained by the whole team. We will definitely be back very soon to this diamond of a venue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love Benedicto's because it's an independent small restaurant in Worcester that knows the meaning of good food, good customer service and delivering a relaxing atmosphere. We were a table of 7 hungry people and we were served quickly on arrival. The restaurant crew are friendly, smart, helpful and incredibly attentive. The food was Italian, wholesome and well presented. Living and working in London you get used to exorbitant prices so it was a pleasant surprise to be presented with a reasonable bill. Grazie mille for a fabulous evening. I can throughly recommend. Best to book to avoid disappointment.

Went with a friend so booked a table. Was busy at the time which was nice. The bruschetta was massive could have shared but we had one each. Went on to have steak. My partner had fillet and said was great. I had ribeye cooked med/well but still a bit ropey! Was OK but not amazed by it. We had wine which was a six pound bottle from bookers! I know they need to make a profit but bit hefty at 30 quid, tip, try the Pattersons Grove it's nicer 😉

Benedicto's is celebrating its 20th year, I hope it continues for many more. It is family owned and run. It is not cheap but it is definitely value for money. The service is great, the food is great, the portion sizes are not tiny. We have been going for 18 years and love it.

So I took my fiancée out for Italian at this restaurant for her birthday and was not left disappointed. After requesting a rose on the table for her they went above and beyond and placed a bouquet of roses on the table and gave us such a warm welcome wishing her happy birthday. Not one to write reviews but the food and service was unbelievable. We cannot wait to visit again.

Our staff was very rushed to take our order. They did not even wait until we finished talking about drinks. The restaurant was busy but one can’t disregard a customer. Also, he took forever to bring our bill after requesting him. He billed other tables and started setting tables. I had to go and remind him again. Felt like we were mistreated! The pizza was good but the pasta was extremely dry!

I have just returned home from the most amazing meal at Benedictos. I have long covid and my taste and smell is distorted. There are many things I can't eat at all but I found 2 Fish dishes on the menu I could eat but only if they had no onions (they are the devil with my condition) . I was over the moon when they came back and said they could cook either of the dishes with no onion. The sea bass was just perfect and to be eating a normal dish on a menu was amazing!. Thank you I will definitely be back.
