After being seated (party of 5), had to wait 20 minutes before we were asked if we wanted drinks. Then another 20 minutes before we could order any food. The sirloin steak was OK, the pizza was soggy and just fell apart and one wanted pasta with plain tomato sauce, this was so spicy she couldn't eat it. We were handed the dessert menu. 25 minutes later we were asked if we'd like a dessert menu! They then added a discretionary service charge on the bill🤣😂. Don't think so

I had been in Worcester overnight and needed an evening meal and chose Benedictos simply because it was the nearest Italian without checking any reviews. I was greeted with a warm welcome and some of the best food I have tasted in a long time. So much so that I went full Henry VIII with four courses on my own. Top work; will definitely return. Fairly priced too.

Pollo Diavola. One of the best Italian main dishes I’ve had. 👌🏻

Allergy wasn’t catered well for and felt it’s a bit overpriced for what we got.

My wife have been here with friends and with family lovely food and good service it’s a nice relaxed atmosphere and good value.

I visited Benedictos with my husband this evening. This was our second visit here and it definitely warrants a review. The atmosphere was lovely. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly and the food was just as delicious as it was on our first visit. I definitely recommend this place. Will 100% be returning very soon. I have recommended to family and friends

Came here for a birthday meal today, and was pleasantly surprised! the portions were generous, the dishes delicious and servers lovely. I had the siciliana pizza & it was divine, covered in fresh salmon & buratta. We had a lovely time & highly recommend this place :)

Never been. Born and bred Worcester. OMG what an over priced SCAM. Tables packed too close. Everything totally overpriced as they have a captured audience. This is not authentic. Stay away. And VERY VERY NOISEY. Far from the intimate Italian romantic evening I had planned.

Amazing food, vast variety of dishes. My 2yr old absolutely devours the spaghetti bolognese. The lasagna is as good as my own classics Al forno I’ve perfected over the years. The spaghetti Odissea is nothing less than perfection.

What a delicious meal we’ve had. 3 courses. I had the breaded Brie wedges with onion marmalade, perfect. We both had Pasta dishes for main. So tasty and filling. We both had a dessert, profiteroles and a gorgeous fresh Canolo . The staff were so friendly and efficient and the restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely Xmas ambiance. Highly recommend.

We were in Worcester for one night and liked the look of this restaurant from the street. So we made a reservation for dinner based on kerb appeal. There were three of us and for starters we ordered the antipasto and an arancini. The antipasto was superb and easily fed two of us as a starter. For mains we ordered a spaghetti bolognaise and two pizzas….this was washed down with an excellent bottle of aglianico. Service was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t be questioned. We also managed a dessert of profiteroles and a couple of brandy coffees. Place wax very clean, staff polite and courteous. They also all appeared at a table close by to sing happy birthday to one of the punters. If you’re in the area this place is worth a visit and from our experience it will not disappoint.

Second visit, and a little disappointing. Service and atmosphere as good as the first time, but food was a little disappointing. Starter (arancini) looked like it was factory produced and was only just warm. The main (pork tenderloin) was cooked perfectly and was juicy and tender, but the sauce was watery and bland. First visit and very happy with the experience. Will definitely return.

Searched for Italian restaurants near me, stumbled upon Benedictos. Didn’t know at the time that this was a five-star worthy, delicious restaurant with kind waiters and waitresses. First of all, the food. This was genuine Italian food and also genuinely amazing- seasoned perfectly, and the textures dancing in your mouth were just delightful. I mentioned the kind waiters and waitresses. They were caring and also very sympathetic. Good job on that, Benedictos! Plus, there was nothing wrong with the atmosphere- just the normal. Chatty, with music in the background. The restaurant was decorated quite nicely, with paintings, lights and food on display. Overall, Benedictos is a great restaurant that I would definitely recommend!

Great venue for a family get together to mark a big birthday. Attentive friendly service, great choice of dishes, and no problems at all bringing a baby to the restaurant. And the candle on the tiramisu dessert was a nice touch, thank you.

Had a great evening celebrating a friends 50th birthday. We had a large table and Simona looked after us brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble and they even sang happy birthday to the man of the hour. 👍🏻

Been here a few times before. Food is always very good. But the service over this lunch was by far the best it’s ever been. Would heartily recommend this place to anyone… way better than the chain Italian places up the street.

Hands down, THE BEST cheesecake I have ever had was here (and I’ve had a lot of cheesecake 😂). Incredible caring staff who cannot do enough for you and at a very reasonable price considering the quality. Will definitely be back!

Excellent food and service as always.

The gnocchi was creative having been served in the pizza basket. The lasagne needed a bit more cheese and basil I think. The bolognese on both were a little sweet and bland for our taste. The pizza looked great although we didn’t try it. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. I think we would come back for the pizza.

We enjoyed a beautiful and adventurous night at. Benedicto. We started with some delicious olives and bread with extra virgin olive oil. We ordered a bottle of Barolo which was exquisite. On arrival we were informed that the National Grid had caused power outages but we also were very warmly welcomed by the two owners and assured we would be able to enjoy our pasta and pizza. After we were communicated that another power cut took hold and that the only available option was to have a pizza, we decided to go elsewhere for some different food. It’s at that point that one of the owners came down the stairs and told us that the power had been restored and we could enjoy pizza and pasta. Only someone with a deep passion for their customers would have followed us down the stairs to make our wish come true. If that wasn’t enough, we enjoyed some of the best Italian food in this country. We recommend the truffle ravioli, the Barolo of course, and the delicious Sicilian Salsiccia. That was by far the best I ever had.

My understanding of a service charge is that the restaurant makes you aware of this charge , so I suggest you do this in furture , with out us having to find out after we eat !

The owner was standing at the door casually, greeted us, and made an effort to get us a seat even though we had no reservation. Restaurant staff were very attentive and made the wife the best ever Pina Colada she's ever had.

We took my mother there for her birthday meal. First time that I had been there. We went on a Thursday evening around 6:30 pm. It wasn’t overcrowded. The staff are very tentative to our needs. The menu was explained to us. The food was amazing and the wine delicious. The pricing is above your average restaurant, but so was the food and the surroundings. I will definitely be coming back . Lasagne Was the best I have tasted? And was well complimented with the garlic bread.

Can’t fault Benedicto’s. Food was amazing and the staff really friendly, fun and helpful. Would return for sure.

Another fantastic evening of food at Benedicto's. On the three occasions I have been, they have been great experiences. On our latest visit, the group were particularly pleased with the muscles and the Herby sausage to start and the Calzone and Lasagne mains. Mango sorbet is also lovely. Great atmosphere here too. The restaurant has always been bustling, without seeming too busy and waiting staff have always been great. Always great to see the owners, wandering the restaurant and interacting with customers. Great experience, I'm sure most would enjoy a visit. Recommended.

Beautiful outdoor location. Wonderful food and lovely, friendly staff. You also get ‘Dinner and a show’ watching the cars outside. Some of which are near misses 😬. Will definitely dine here again.

My husband's food which was mushroom starter was luke warm, and generally have had much better in other restaurants, his salmon linguine was nice. My bruschetta was all bread and little tomato, for those that may not know, a good lasagna which I ordered is normally a square shaped portion with lots of beef and cheese on top, this resembled nothing like it, all sauce and certainly no beef. I did point this out on way out to staff who were nice and gave a little discount, but may I suggest though it's time to find another chef!

We have lived around the corner for nearly two years now and finally got around to visit the first time this evening. Wow. Happy to say this is the best restaurant in Worcester for our tastes. Top marks, highly recommended! My 11 year old son agrees, and he’s a tough audience. Will be visiting again next time we eat out.
