Slow, got my order wrong, food was nice

Great food... lovely atmosphere Drinks are far too expensive, though

The staff were very helpful and polite and the service was very quick and it was an enjoyable time.

Small portion of food (bolognese-had more onions and tomato bits then meat). Gluten free pasta was dry and was not very hot when served. Had to wait long time for the waiters. No on the house snack was brought to our table. Wine was served warm.

Used to love Zizzi’s but feel like it’s definitely gone down hill. Everything is so oily. We had a sharing board to start, and it seemed like the courgette and arancini were put straight into the little pots after coming out of the fryer, instead of allowing the oil to drip away, meaning they were just sat in oil, which wasn’t very appetising. The main I had was also extremely oily, the chicken was sat in a little pool of oil, and so was the kale and green beans which had been overcooked and were chewy. The potato’s I had also looked as though they had been deep fried, but not cooked well as the middle of the potato’s were hard. The pasta dish was nice enough, but definitely not worth the price charged. We also found the open kitchen odd for this type of restaurant. Sitting next to the kitchen is loud, with constant banging and the chefs shouting service very loudly every few minutes. It also doesn’t feel appropriate when the manager is telling the chefs off in front of customers, it’s embarrassing for them, and awkward for customers. Food being sent back and then being inspected by managers for customers to see was bizarre. And then openly saying, well she said it’s still frozen and it’s not, accompanied by eye rolling was unprofessional. I hope the customer who returned the food didn’t see or hear this, because if it was me it would have made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Food hygiene by the waiting staff was questionable. There was a guy who seemed to have a bit of cough, who without washing his hands placed someone’s leftover pizza into a box and then gave it back to them, he was also seen leaning over the food whilst it was waiting to go out. All in all the food is below average for the price, it is also a cashless restaurant. I think they really need to up their game considering the amount of other restaurants in this area. I wish we had eaten elsewhere and I can’t see us returning anytime soon.

The main course was lovely but the starters were cold in the middle when they should have been hot, this is not the first time this has happened when we have eaten there.

Great staff great pizza’s and for my wife who is a coeliac she absolutely loves coming to Zizzi for their GF pizzas!! It’s a real treat knowing she’ll be free from bad reactions. I had the sticky pig and really enjoyed for the first time. Highly recommend

Food is fantastic I had salmon Rissoto and was very nice it gets busy on weekends so booking is recommended service is fast and servers are very polite and worth every penny 100% recommend

The staff made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was friendly and cosy. The food was delicious. Getting one meal free as my birthday treat was a great bonus. Bringing a salad without dressing for my friend but supplying balsamic vinegar as an alternative dressing was very helpful.

Food good but venue was freezing cold with air con on despite being a cold day. Had to keep jumper and coat on.

The food was lovely however service was shocking, we were stood waiting to be seated for 8 minutes with 5 members of staff saying two seconds. Finally seated weren’t served for over 15 minutes and then once finished main course nobody came over to clear our food for 20 minutes. staff service was very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on, finally someone came to clear the table and ask if we’d like pudding in which we responded yes please she walked away to clear the plates and didn’t come back for 17 minutes. Other tables were being seen to and cleared before we even ordered a pudding. Z

What a truly wonderful experience! The food was amazing as always, fresh, Hot and ample portion sizes. We just had water at the table, and that was refilled throughout the meal. We had the summer set menu, and it is just incredible value for money! 3 courses for only £26, and the variety available is just great, you definitely feel very full by the end! The absolute shining star of our visit was definitely Grace! She was our server, and she just brightened up the visit so much, she was happy, friendly, and also so willing to do anything to help. A true asset to the team! We had: Chicken Spiedini, Wild Garlic and Cheese Bombe, Rolled Pork Belly, Beef Ragu, Crispy Prosciutto Carbonara, Gelato, Honeycomb Cheesecake, Baked Lemon and Blueberry Cheesecake. All 5 stars!

Ate here in mid September and the food and service were fantastic! Only small gripe is that they only serve bottled beer and it was warm.

Went here to celebrate my wife's graduation and the food with amazing, service was brilliant.

Visited on a busy Saturday lunch time and was surprised to get a table for 5. Let by James who was friendly and welcoming. Waitress was good and friendly and came back with our drinks quickly. Ordered our food which came out so quickly - it was hot, delicious and good portion size. Very good good visit.

One of the staff members was obviously short of child care so had their daughter sat in the restaurant by her self playing games on a tablet which so loud and obnoxious noises it ruined our meal as we couldn’t talk !

Visited at 4pm on a Saturday. Pre-booked. Service was ok although a few people had to wait a while 'to be seated' on what was not a particularly busy session. Food is a little tired from lying around a while. Needs a bit of zizzing up in our opinion.

I like the restaurant, I just increasingly think it’s a bit of a con that you can never combine discounts, so I can’t use my free starter if anyone has a set menu etc or Tesco. This is putting me off going anymore . A perk should be able to be used in addition otherwise it’s not a perk at all.

We had a lovely evening meal courteous staff and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of going for a meal out even though it was busy not long waiting between courses and we chose the three courses for 26.95

Super staff and food, but the stairs and stair carpet up to the WCs look like a dangerous trip hazard.

Unfortunately the first thing you notice is the walls and carpet. The paint has been chipped all over the place and the wallpaper in the toilets is hanging off. The carpet on the stairs is stapled together in places. It gives a really bad first impression. The food is good although the menu did have quite a few dishes that were spicy and the ones that we ordered that weren’t were a little bit on the peppery side. The staff were very slow. We had to ask for a children’s menu. 5 of the 6 meals came but then we had to wait a bit (not too long but enough of wait to wonder if they had been forgotten about). Then once the main meal was cleared away no one offered us the dessert menu so we had to ask for that. So overall a bit of work needs doing to all.

The restaurant needs a complete refurbishment, the paint was chipped all over the place, the carpet up the stairs was thread bear and what was there is so sticky and parts of it was stapled together and the wall paper in the ladies toilet was peeling off. The service was very slow and the food was ok.

Food was excellent and the set menu was great value. All staff were working really hard but kitchen seemed under staffed so there was a wait for food. However, our waitress, Katie, was amazing and attentive which we appreciated. Overall good atmosphere and a great spot for dinner.

This visit to Zizzi’s in Worcester was slightly different from previous ones. One of the starters was a bit overcooked—edible and served quickly, but definitely overdone. For the other starter, we weren’t asked about the flavour; it was partly our oversight for not specifying, but it would have been nice to be asked. The main courses also fell short of expectations and were lacking in toppings. Additionally, the drink we ordered when the mains arrived never got delivered. Fortunately, we used Tesco vouchers to help ease our disappointment. The staff were friendly, and while I would consider returning, I’m hesitant to pay full price.

Food now tastes like it’s all from the freezer and the staff were rude, telling us to wait 45 minutes to sit down even though we had booked online. Will not be returning.

Great meal today at Zizzi. Both pizzas were Cooked superbly and the service by everyone was really nice, a special mention for Rae whom made sure everything was fine during our meal and it was. A real nice experience and at a reasonable price. Thank you to Rae and everyone at Zizzi

Had a very rude male waiter who refused to allow separate bills at the table... Who then proceeded to get very awkward and sent a different waitress to deal with the food service. My friend then felt so upset with the way she was spoken to. Lost her appetite and then didn't eat. Food was average and the chips are fries. Not chips. All this happened after they tried to seat us in a dungeon style area of a beautiful sunny day.

Iga is a lovely server and I would definitely come again

New additions to menu, mac and cheese and loaded fries were lovely. Everything down to my daughters children's meal was good quality and really tasty. Will definitely be back!

Edited for our recent visit on 3/8/24 , which was a hell of a lot better than previous visits....... Rae our server this time was fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Drinks and food came out quickly and very tasty. Rae made this visit much more of a pleasureable dining experience than past visits which had put us off returning for ages. Only card payments received, but part paid in Tesco coupons. Hoping we get the same good service on future visits...... Booked a table , shown to it when we arrived , given menus and that's as far as we got. Waited and waited for our drinks and food order to be taken , but completely ignored for 20 minutes so walked out and dined elsewhere. Used this restaurant many times in the past , but as the time before was also very slow service doubt we will be using much again.

Been here multiple times and always had a great experience here at Zizzi Worcester. Good food and service, even on weekends the food comes out very promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Sadly the advertised salmon dish was unavailable. But plan B was the king prawns tagliatelle and that was most excellent!

I ordered a pizza called "Sticky Pig". Think pulled pork, very crisp bacon and other goodies, with a bite. Delicious. In effect, two pizzas in one. Arrive hungry or ask for a takeaway box for the leftovers. The service was efficient and friendly, too.

Amazing food, amazing staff, the only thing that lets it down is that there is a vase of wheat on the table. Being coeliac and having proper pizza is incredible but you still run the risk of cross contamination from the decoration

We had a surprise party upstairs for over 20 guests and it was perfect! Molly and Jake were so helpful during the organisation and all staff went above and beyond on the night to ensure we had a fantastic time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The food was poor quality for the price. Pizzas very basic and pasta cold. Mock tails were tasteless which my kids were very disappointed about. We also told the waitress when we arrived that it was my daughters birthday in the hope that like other restaurants this may be recognised with a sparkler in her pudding or something nice but nothing. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful. All in all very dissappointing especially as it was my daughters birthday. We will stick with Ask Italian next time as we’ve always had a good experience there.

Fantastic food , there was two in our party one of which was in a mobility scooter food was delicious and the staff were great. Easy access via a lift. Will be dining there again for sure

Fantastic food and even better service. I love Italian food and zizzis do it right, every time. The chefs are artists in the kitchen and really make the best food with amazing presentation. We were served mostly by Jake, I think he is one of the managers, he was incredibly attentive, bubbly and overall a really nice person, we were made to feel so welcome. - mains arrived before starter finished. - waiting staff awkward and unhelpful, with no customer service skill. - expensive for mediocre food. - online ordering does not work at the restaurant. - seated in a dark area with such excessive AC that the food went cold quickly . - main meals mixed up by waitress (2 types of carbonara) which resulted in one dish starting to be eaten. - card payment mechanism presumes a tip, which then I couldn’t seem to get past on the card machine, so just ended up tipping. Very annoying as I didn’t want to tip. Have been to this restaurant multiple times and if you are looking for a consistent and good meal, where you are treated nicely, I suggest you pick somewhere else.

Two micro meals brought in a homeless box that wouldn't fill up a child of 10. For £25 with discount. Garlic bread was nice just in all disappointed. still hungry. Wrip of in price for what you get. Won't be ordering again.

Had to wait ages for food, then ages for the bill but when they brought the bill over they left us for 20 minutes before coming over with the machine to pay (we’re still waiting for them to come over with the machine)

Had booked a table to celebrate my birthday with three other friends. Our drinks order was taken by a friendly member of the staff. Then our food order was taken. The food arrived promptly. My three friends enjoyed their food but unfortunately halfway through my food I found a hair. It does put you off. I was offered a replacement (as explained - my meal would be free of charge because of the hair!) but I chose to have a smaller meal of a starter instead as everyone else had already finished eating. The plates were then cleared away and we then waited for someone to see if we wanted coffee. No staff came so we decided to get the bill and get coffee elsewhere. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed. The last but one time I ate here, my vegetables were cold and the meal had to be redone.i guess I’m just unlucky. Today I was celebrating my birthday but it didn’t feel particularly special.

Food is lovely, highly recommend the cheese garlic bomb. Staff are so helpful and welcoming. Rarely write reviews but had a great experience tonight. Also highly rate their rewards system as the rewards are achievable and really good value. :)

I walked in and sat down. It was me and another person. We were seated and sat there for about ten minutes. Other customers came in and were served before us, offered drinks - the whole works. About 1 minute before we left, a waitress looked me in the eye for about 2 seconds before walking over to another table to serve them. I was sat on a metal table with a view directly into the pizza oven. Perhaps they wanted to imprison us and burn us. The other tables were wood. For some reason, the guy that put us on the table did have a good look on his iPad for table 32 I think it was. Perhaps this is the reason that we weren't served. One customer that came in was served within 4 minutes 39 seconds. I can't even rate the food because it wasn't served however it looked very nice and the staff looked like they had a happy bond together, they just ignored us. Perhaps it was a mistake bit I would highly recommend 'Ask Italian' across the road which I will review separately. An absolute joke except no body is laughing; their bellies are starving. Google, please add a zero star button.

We arrived quite late thinking we would be unlucky. But no the staff welcomed us without any issues. We were served promptly.. We are very fond of our visits.. Food was so lovely.. Well done Zizzis Worcester

There was a piece of white, greaseproof like paper in my lasagne. When I phoned to complain I was told there's nothing they would do as I ordered via Just Eat, so I have to complain to them. The pizzas were almost cold and not much topping on any of them. Will not buy from them again.
