Charged nearly £30 for one pizza, but sent pizza with no cheese, explains it all really #throwaways

Don’t bother, ordered on Uber Eats and an hour and a half later from when it was expected to arrive it still hasn’t shown. Uber won’t do anything about it as it’s the restaurant delivering and they don’t pick up at all if you try to call them. Can’t even cancel the order as it comes up with “error”. Absolute joke

Well to start off on a positive note, the wings were great.However It was downhill from there. The order was just over 40 minutes late. The garlic bread was flavorless. The strips in the sideman order were missing. The pizza tasted okay but there were very few toppings put on it. I was very disappointed.

We've gotten delivery from here a few times over the last couple of years. Can't say anything about the eat-in experience, but for delivery the food itself is good (sometimes great depending on the day and time you order). The topping range and options for you to design your own pizza are really nice, we've never had food from here that was actually bad, but we keep having problems with getting it. They've not made orders from Ubereats despite sending notifications that the food was being made & then being delivered; they've delivered half of an order with no explanation; most importantly they've delivered 'gluten free' pizza that contained gluten, which then made one of our guests ill for 2 days. In all these cases their contact details didn't work, and they seem to randomly appear & disappear from app and web listings. It generally seems like they're too busy to be able to fulfill their orders properly most of the time. If you're not coeliac or vegan, it's worth a go for some good food, but always order through an app like JustEat/Ubereats so you can get a refund if there are issues.

I ordered a pizza Asian fusion it was ok not bad but the chicken wings was amazing taste lovely that’s why 2 🌟 stars it’s abit expensive I think but good 👍

Popped in after work. Ordered Hawaiian, 6 Chicken Strips and a can. Pizza was thin and crispy but very dry, struggled towards the end and glad I had a can to force it down. No real flavour however you could taste it had been in the wood fired oven. The Chicken tenders were slightly torched, opted for no sauce. Would I return, not likely. Fuego is the place to beat.

Food eventually turned up 45mins later than estimate. Was room temperature and tasted like it had been sat for a while, dry and chewy pizza base. Communication was appalling and none existent on various wrong phone numbers Google reviews echo this.

finally the italian taste. The pizza is not exactly like în italy ,but the taste is nice. Definitely my favorite . I recommend it 👍👍👍

Waited over 2 hours for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered 20-40minutes later….phone number doesn’t work & uber eats support cancelled the order due to no contact…good food not worth the risk of a no show

Placed an order and was given the ETA of 16:05 it's now an hour late and no one answers the phone! Huge disappointment would not recommend!!

Great food, and good price for it, but was 30 minutes late and phone number for restaurant doesn’t work. Got 1 update via Just Eat, stating would be 20 minutes late, but for the last 10 minutes I had no idea what was going on, no communication was poor.

Arrived 20 mins after left restaurant (5 mins walk from here ) pizza looked like had been dropped ,sat on and kicked around car no hot sauce had paid extra for big fail

PAID EXTRA FOR SAUCE AND WASNT THERE!! We have ordered a pizza here a few times now. The first time was great! Pizzas arrived hot and everything on the order it was great. Second time we ordered they delivered the pizza barely warm and the Sauces WE PAID EXTRA FOR weren't in the box. We didn't question it cos it didn't seem worth it at the time. However the third time the same thing happened again. Paid extra for Sauces and even asked the delivery driver who said they in the box. He drove of so fast that I checked the box straight away and went to call him back because they weren't there again and he had gone. Not happy as this is like over a fiver that they have essentially ripped me off for. Won't be ordering again

2 hours late! I have not received my food yet it and the telephone number for fireaway pizza Worcester does not exist.

Asked for no mushrooms due to an allergy and it turned up with mushrooms and undercooked. Was a tragic pizza tbh the chicken strips were drowned in garlic oil that the box leaked everywhere. To make things top tier though , tried to call them up and the number doesn’t exist and tried Google it’s the same number that doesn’t work. Honestly order from here 4/5 times a month , I won’t be orders again! You should be ashamed to serve that food. Do better!

Ordered vegan pizza waited 1 hour for no delivery, so called them for staff member to only then tell us they couldn’t find our order. So they made and delivered the order 20 minutes later, moments after it arrived we noticed the ingredients were quite clearly not vegan at all. We called them a second time to explain this and they didn’t have a clue when asked if they used vegan cheese it was like they didn’t even care either. No apology was made how rude. They obviously did not quality check the food. Absolutely appalling service, I highly recommend not ordering from here.

Food was cold and not much taste or flavour.

pizza was undercooked, none of the cheese was even slightly browned. Delivery driver ignored instruction to call me instead of knocking the door, resulting in a cold pizza and people's sleep being disturbed. Basically the usual useless JustEat experience.

Very disappointed with the managers attitude to resolving an issue professionally. We ordered food and it took over an hour until we called to check where it was, to be told they couldn't find the property so went back. No call, no message, nothing. You'd think they would communicate. The only resolution this late in the evening was to get a refund. Pizza from M&S it is. Useless !

Food was very late. When it turned up half the order was missing and the rest was stone cold. Should not offer a service if you cannot for fill it to a good standard.

Fair play to the guys at fireway pizza, Worcester. I ordered 2 pizzas to the wrong address accidently (Totally my fault). Unfortunately the people at the wrong address accepted the pizza's (Don't blame them tbh). I then gave fireway a call and they were very understanding and sent the pizza's again to me. Pizza was top quality. Bril service. Earnt a new loyal customer. 5 stars.

Waited well over an hour for our food to arrive. Number we tried isn’t valid. Terrible service. Food still hasn’t arrived.

Ordered online for delivery, waited for an hour and then drove in store. Delivery driver was confrontational and unapologetic. Came away with cold pizza! Would not recommend for delivery

So glad I tried this place, absolutely amazing 😍 I had a pistachio milkshake which was 10/10 and the calzone! Only thing I'd say is add artichoke as a pizza topping 😛

Pizzas arrived almost cold. One of them was undercooked. Ordered anchovies as an extra for the Amalfi and didn't receive them. However, the wings were good. Will try again another time.

Decided to go here for some pizza, we were able to make our own pizza and there were lots of ways to customize including sauce, meat, veg, cheese, dough. All pizzas are made fresh in the pizza oven.

Absolutely lovely food. Just delayed by over an hour after the original delivery time went by. Delivery driver was very apologetic though, also phone number doesn’t work so couldn’t contact for update!

Usually great, last order wasnt so great. The pizza i ordered was not the pizza i received which was a disappointment.

I would give no stars if I could. Waited well over 2 hours for my order and in the mean time did the options through the app about where my order was etc. they did update the delivery time around just over an hour of waiting. No food ever showed up .. just eat are trying to tell me it was delivered but it definitely wasn't and have CCTV to prove this. I want my money back. Do not order unless you have money to throw around and like to be scammed

Pizza was good but as a Coeliac disease sufferer I got a gluten free base. Unfortunately there was definitely cross contamination as I had a bad reaction to the pizza.

Cold and missing items. Shame as usually consistent.

Make sure you stand with a outside your house with a big sign 'deliver here'. We waited and looked out for delivery. No sign if them, phoned them and we were told that no one was in. We explained we we had been here the whole time. Man refused to deliver our food and was rude on the phone, even though they took our money and we are now trying to get a refund. We had used them on quite a few occasions and never been issues. We'll after there rudness and not refunding our money they will never have our custom again. Order if you like playing Russian roulette!!

Food was very nice, but the delivery was missing the drinks.

Do not order from them waited an hour and half and no food. Rang firefly to ask where the food is and they said no one was in and yet we had been looking out for them. The man was rude and said he was not delivering any food to us. Yet happy to take your money. Disgusting. They will never have our money again. Order at your own peril.

Spent £30 on pizza that never arrived. Rang shop and they didn’t (apparently) know anything about my order which is funny as I had an order number, was getting order updates and then the guy turned up at my door! Unfortunately with someone else’s food and not my pizzas! Absolute disgraceful customer service when I rang them and you have now lost a loyal customer!

Don't judge a book by it's cover. We ordered one of the meal deals and stated this before ordering and had no issues with the offer. 2 fresh pizzas, 2 cookie dough and a bottle of drink for £28. The food was prepared fresh, the staff were friendly and although it was quiet they were very busy with delivery orders.

Just sadly forget chicken strippers. Otherwise fine. Hopefully refund will be issued.

Don’t accept deliveroo orders if you have 1 driver on shift poor service all round. Be honest, don’t say the pizza is going in the oven then an hour later say the thing will not use again

We ordered two pizzas at 19:15 with a delivery time of 19:55-20:15, and here we are at 22:00 finally getting our pizza’s. We chased up several times; through the Just Eat app, and phone calls to the store and delivery driver, and we were told they’re ‘on their way’, ‘5 minutes away’ etc, yet still nothing. It’s a real shame as the pizzas were actually really tasty, and still nice and warm.

We order from here regularly but the last 2 orders we have had have not been up to the usual standard. This time the pizza was smothered in cheese, the chicken was burnt and the calzone had undercooked pastry.

Pizza quality wasn't as good as last time I used them...

Food is really tasty, this was one of our favourite places to order from but every time the order was missing parts or things were incorrect. The delivery drivers must not know how to use sat navs and can never find any address’s. The general customer service is absolutely appalling.

1st visit. Fabulous pizza, far better than the likes of impasta Worcester who charge double for a inferior tasteless pizza. 50% off lunchtime menu is superb. Well done guys! Paul the chef was fab. Quality ingredients, excellent prices.

The pizza was almost like an authentic Italian oven baked pizza. The big fail was the Pepperoni/Salami. It was the consistency of rubber and looked weird too.... This certainly was not authentic. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to order San Pellegrino. I will try another order and hopefully next time it will be perfect.

Food arrived on time and was hot, but was very bland and the pizza toppings were very undercooked. The wedges weren't what we were expecting, which wouldn't have been the end of the world but they were topped with parmesan which we didn't select which made them very oily and you couldn't taste the seasoning. Overall, not a tragic experience but won't be ordering from here again.
