Visitado según lo recomendado por un amigo. No estoy seguro de si algo ha ido seriamente mal, pero transmite la peor comida india que he comido. Decidió ir por el plato para 4 personas para facilitar. Teníamos poppadoms y dips para empezar, la raita era acuosa, una picante que solo sabía a chile y nada más, y un plato de lechuga cortada pequeña, zanahoria y cebolla! Nuestro plato llegó y tuvimos 2 platos calientes de varias carnes, algunos de ellos en el lado quemado y un poco de pan naan. 10 minutos después cogimos el biriyani y un poco más de pan naan, bueno este era un bol lleno de arroz que claramente había tenido un accidente con la olla cardamon, ya que sabía a jabón puro. También tenía algunos trozos de hueso en él que estoy seguro de que como algún punto estaba unido a algún cordero. El plato también tenía postre que sí pedimos cambiar por otro plato salado sin embargo nuestra solicitud fue rechazada. Cuando el postre apareció con el biriyani tenía 3 bolas dulces de algo... ...era un plato para 4 personas! La pareja sentada a nuestro lado estaban igualmente decepcionados con su comida, así que dejaron su comida casi intacta. Solo había un miembro del personal visible que claramente no tenía idea, pero apenas parecía sorprendido o preocupado cuando se le dieron comentarios sobre la comida. Él dio un 20% de descuento en nuestra factura, pero todavía siente que este lugar no debería servir comida en absoluto. ¡Evita a toda costa!

Tengo que dar las gracias de nuevo por tan ortética comida saludable. Muy bien. Muchas gracias Dave. De vuelta en Nutmeg y quería algo caliente. Pedí Shawarma con pollo. La señora me preguntó si quería chile, le dije que sí, ¿me pidió extra? Dije por favor. Eso es exactamente lo que tengo y algo más. Fantástico en este día frío y húmedo. Buen trabajo Tuve la previsión de tomar una bebida fría con él. No puede faltar la calidad de la comida y el gran servicio siempre con una sonrisa. Muchas gracias Dave Finch

Yesterday, my fiancé and I visited twice—once in the early morning around 8 AM and again in the evening. The food was absolutely amazing—delicious, generously portioned, and excellent flavour. The service was excellent, especially in the evening. The man who serving us was incredibly kind and helpful. But the real highlight was the food—it was out of this world! If I could, I’d give it more than five stars. It’s both affordable and incredible. If we ever return to Wolverhampton, we’ll definitely be back for another great meal!

A proper boozer in the heart of Wolverhampton. Super cheap pints, great atmosphere inside with many match going fans on a Saturday! Must visit for any Wolves fan. Super friendly and outgoing staff

Went on a saturday evening kareoke was on which i dont usually like however the compare was a great singer as were a couple of the audience. Staff were great as well

It's a pity that this, once favourite, place to eat has resorted to scamming its customers. The business has ceased trading. Yet you can still place an order from the website, pay for it (funny that 🤔) and then have it's status immediately change to 'closed' upon receipt of your money. The telephone number for Kimono just rings out and the new sushi business trading from the exact same address uses ignorance to bypass what is obviously an incredibly underhand way of taking funds from unsuspecting patrons. Its fraudulent. No confirmation email. No food. No way of contacting anyone from either business. I would avoid HiTokyo, the 'new' restaurant too, that's based on my experience of trying to resolve the issue. Just dreadful. Zero stars.

Visited last night, wasn't sure what to expect as 30+years ago it was a very different venue but it was a most excellent night. Door staff were friendly and professional, bar staff efficient and friendly, music not my usual taste but enjoyable, everyone friendly and chill, people dancing and mingling. Drinks priced about what I expected, not over the top considering they are open til the wee hours.

Popped in as it had been refurbished. Place looks great now. The garden has also been done and is spacious-there is a pergola at the 1 end with long benches and screening to protect from the wind. Hanging baskets finish off the look. Well worth a visit.

Popped in to pound bakery to grab some sausage rolls, cobs and a pasty. I was served quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere in the shop was good and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Ordered on uber eats at 6 30pm to be delivered at 8 30pm and received a cancellation notification at 8 16pm. Not acceptable as waited 2 hours for food to be delivered when could have ordered elsewhere.

Excellent Thai food. Delicious.
