On member of staff very poor service food orders mixed up and taken to Wong table one member of staff swearing at the other knife also dirty and food also cold after 45 minutes wait

We had a large gathering at Chickeroo Wolverhampton and everything was spot on!! The food was immense - the portions were perfect & tasted great!! Services was on point too. Every person left happy (16 of us) will 100% be coming back

Never been before but went before theatre. I had my meal. Mexican parmesan and chicken was grainy and inedible grisly and grainy. The manager redone it for me to take home but it was the same and still charged me for my meal! Hubby enjoyed his but now has bad stomach and isn't well avoid at all cost!!!

I visited the restaurant with my 2 grown up sons having stumbled across it whilst walking through Wolverhampton. It was Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was quiet. One of my son's ordered a burger only to be told that they had run out of burger patties. I ordered a chicken dish with peppers and onions in a sauce and I had a choice of mild or spicy. I chose mild but when the dish came it was that spicy that it made me choke and I had to drink my drink and my son's drink to take the burning away. And what was described on the menu as 'naan' bread was a pitiful round pitta bread, with little taste cut into corners - taken straight out of a packet. Awful. When I told the waiter about the spiciness of the dish he laughed it off saying the chef must have made it too spicy and offered us free 2 diet cokes instead. Very disappointing way of dealing with the complaint. He should have removed that dish from the bill as it clearly wasn't what I had ordered. I found the waiter to be over friendly and disingenious. To be fair, both of my son's enjoyed their food but personally I would not go back. Nothing special in terms of food or service.

We had an incredible experience at this restaurant and couldn’t be more pleased! As a mom of a newborn, eating out can sometimes feel overwhelming due to allergies and the need to breastfeed in a comfortable space. However, the team here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease. The waitress was so attentive and helpful, guiding us through the menu to ensure we made safe choices for our allergies. She also offered us a private space to breastfeed, which made all the difference. I often find it challenging to dine out with a baby, but the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff here truly turned it into a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this place!

Was greeted by Jay as soon as we got in, food was 10/10 and jay made us feel very welcomed. The lamb chops and doner was fantastic and the flavours of the wings were bangin! We are from London and this really hit the spot in Wolverhampton, this is my new fav spot thank you once again guys!

I completely regret spending £32 after £21.77 restaurant discount, fish and chips,charged me for large but fish size was small, lamb chops, taste like mutton chops, couldn't chew,seemed uncooked, burger was abit okay. Very disappointed.

It was our first visit to Chickaros Wolverhampton on the 25th February, but we have ordered takeouts in the past. We were pleasantly greeted upon entering the restaurant and then guided to a seating area for my family, but then I happened to mention it was my little ones birthday, the lovely guy surprised us and took us to a special, more private seating area which was nicely decorated and had a neon sign with the message “happy birthday” it was perfect to celebrate as a family. The host was very friendly explained all the menu and different levels of spice. He also recommended a few of his most popular dishes. After ordering, the food came out all together as requested and was prepared quickly. The food was a great portion size, nicely presented and most importantly hot. The host came over a number of times to check in on us making sure everything was ok which was really nice. The food was very filling and tasted amazing. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice, clean and friendly place to eat out to try Chickaros. Also when we finished our food Jay brought in a beautiful cheesecake with a fountain candle and the staff came in singing happy birthday to my son which was truly such a kind gesture from the team at Chickaros. Thank you again Jay and team for making my Son’s birthday so special we really enjoyed ourselves and will 100% be back. Excellent customer service skills..5 star service!! Well done guys.

Went here for the first time this weekend and everyone and everything was fantastic. It was our friends birthday and we got moved into the special birthday area which was private and exciting. We had food recommendations and they were all friggin delicious!! Every single one of us walked out fat and happy and vowed we will return again soon! What an excellent find of a Restaurant.

The kababish is a scam. Literally just a crappy donner and chips - i could get the same or better for less than half the price from any local takeaway. Chips were stale, coleslaw was horrible. Avoid.

First time here in the Wolverhampton branch, absolutely loved our experience, the service from Sonia and the manager was excellent, checked on us a few times to see if everything was okay and indeed it was! Lovely lamb chops and the mocktails wow! Best strawberry daqiri I have ever tasted and I'm not even exaggerating! So well made would come back just for those mocktails!! Thanks guys for looking after us appreciate it :)

Omg!! I'll definitely be coming back again as the food was AMAZING. The staff were so accommodating and respectful. I advise everyone to try this restaurant it's worth every penny. 10 starts as far as I'm concerned.

The staff, Jay, has been very friendly and welcoming, and informative on what the restaurant has to offer.

Meals are decently large and filling. Fries with sauce are amazing. From my personal perspective, in some dishes have onions where it was not mentioned in menu which a bit changed taste for me. Steak was very nice, though in some places too much of fat. Drinks were amazing.

I tried their bestseller - The Chickaros Kebabish. I liked it. It tastes good, enough in quantity, and is priced reasonably. They make it spicy by default. Inform the waiter if you want it less spicy. It tastes fantastic along with Lemon Lime Fizz. The staff are friendly, and seating is comfortable. Pop music playing in the background.

Went to Chickaros in Wolverhampton, and the cheesy chips were amazing, Alhamdulilah! The sauces were great too. The restaurant has a pretty aesthetic vibe

i’ve been chickaros more than I can count on my fingers and can’t fault this place at all. Everytime me and my friends come here we have the best meals, big portions, friendly staff and let me not start talking about the dessert!! Prices match perfectly with what you get, the atmosphere is nice and the interior is beautiful. DEFINITELY recommend it to everyone who is thinking about going there for a nice meal out, (or even takeaway). Can’t forget Jay as well, one of the best and friendliest managers i’ve seen!!

First thing very different atmosphere to Ladypool Road- that’s a positive! Felt like an authentic dining experience. Food was very nice, good portion size. Few areas of improvement: Firstly food wasn’t all delivered together, I had to watch my compatriots eat and enjoy their food, made worse as they didn’t share with me ☹️. Baffling as we ordered the same item. To my horror, I realised they don’t serve tap water, like Ladypool Road. The water was extortionately priced, not one to scrimp but £2.50 for what is usually free in most establishments. As I was unable to go against my own principles, I was left with no option to quench my with a 🍋 slice….did the job but not recommended.

I been a customer for the past 2 years, as long as been open and I can’t testify enough that I’m obsessed with their food. I love Kebabish wrap!

Overpriced and cold , even for eat in. Drinks way overpriced. Use cheap burgers with no flavour.. fries over drenched in sauce with no potato taste. Can’t believe people go here. Would have similarly food at Burger King or Nando’s for 1/3rd of the price. Staff very friendly.

The service here is very good. The food not so great. I have eaten at Chickaros in Birmingham and really enjoyed it however this could be because in Birmingham I ordered the kebabish which was very nice. In Wolverhampton I went on two separate occasions pretty much two nights in a row as this was the only real restaurant open late at night. The first night I had the Grilled Chicken Parmesan where I thought the chicken was potentially undercooked however thought maybe it was just me, the whole meal lacked flavour. The second night I had their new special chicken burger. The flavour of the burger was nice however the chicken was definitely undercooked again. This time I had to make a complaint. Service was brilliant, they offered to cook me another however I was worried the same would occur. I asked for it to be knocked off the bill and they did. The chips are always nice and it seems that carries across this branch too. They just need to take a bit more care with their chicken. There are plenty pay and display car parks within walking distance. Décor is nice and restaurant is clean.

A fairly good experience. Chicken wrap was surprisingly flavoursome albeit a little heavy on the sauce side. Service was good and the waitress was very attentive. The fries came coated in some seasoning or sauce, but they weren't particularly hot and were quite soggy and soft. Would definitely consider returning in the future when I'm next in Wolverhampton
