Always find this pub welcoming and friendly, there’s a good atmosphere that’s created by the fantastic owners and staff who are always polite and helpful. It gets very busy on match days but it’s rare you have a really long wait for service. If there’s one downside it’s a lack of real ale but it doesn’t seem to matter to most customers. There’s usually a disco and karaoke on a Saturday night so if you’re after a friendly drink, a rattle and a laugh I would definitely recommend the plough and harrow.

As other reviews have said a proper old fashioned pub, prices not the best BUT competitive £6:50 for a pint of Guinness and half of Carling puts it in the budget friendly end of drinking establishments in the town. The decor is old school and a lil tired like a step back in time, we felt with the current decor and prices given it's location would make a brilliant Irish Bar. Great lil pub it just needs a u.s.p. to get more people in, given this was a weekday afternoon visit but I know other places in town that are very busy at this time.

Good old fashioned pub. No frills, good range of beers. Pool table available. Atmosphere created by the people I was with, but no issues.

Able to sit down and have a couplye of pints . Nice friendly atmosphere . Prices of the beer was o.k. .Only cobs served .

Proper old school boozer with a great selection of beers at a good price. Great for watching sport too. Overall a good no-nonsense pub where we were made welcome. Will be visiting again when we are back in Wolverhampton.

Always a good place to stop off for a drink

Ended up here by mistake when the taxi driver took us to the wrong place, but had an absolutely brilliant night. If I was local then this would be my go to place

We had a wonderful evening last Friday at the Plough and Harrow. Our sight loss charity members attended there for the karaoke. The buffet provided by Debbie was delicious, and Suky was also an amazing host.

Me & my husband was going to kks steelmill, called in at the plough and harrow, we were made very welcome, the landlord & landlady, staff & customers were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I found this traditional establishment quite welcoming, it is basic & it's a pub. The well presented ales & ciders were served by charming & efficient staff The Plough & Harrow is the sort of place that is best suited to a quick visit.
