do not order the halwa puri. Tastes nothing like halwa puri. The halwa is gooey/watery and tasteless. The puri is almost like a roti it was that bad. really dissapointed as there karak chai is nice so thought i’d try the halwa puri. wrong decision to try it as it was abysmal

Great Karak Chai and omelette wraps. In my view, one of the best places for Chai in the midlands.

I am never satisfied with food places because I have worked in the food industry my whole life. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I've always had something to complain about in the last 10 years of eating out but not today. Oh sorry I forgot.... They don't have a toilet. Yup that's my complaint.

Chai Hubb is slightly out of shopping area but convenient for the university, art gallery and not far from bus and train station. So much more than just chai, lovely cakes, a savoury menu that's great if you want a small quick meal or takeout. The prices are lower than similar places but the standards are high. Limited seating area but it's comfortable and clean. Lots of students but don't be put off if you're not a student it's a friendly and welcoming place

I called the restaurant to explain there was 3 ice creams missing, the lady told me "no" I then quoted the menu while I was on the app and it said "served with icecream" and then the lady replied "it's ok it's ok dont worry" then put the phone down. SHOCKING. For the price you pay aswell I wouldn't recommend or order from here again

Firstly it was warm and welcoming. Beautiful decor. The teas were made fresh and not watery at all compared to bigger chai brands. Visited from Birmingham and will certainly be visiting again. Definitely recommend this place.

Too much expensive and out of affordability . Moreover ,the food quality is also not so good I have been to it only once and have had a very horrible experience in terms of food quality prices and customer service. So shameful looking to be millionaire overnight

I have now been here twice and on both occasions service was excellent. Food is cooked to order and doesn't take that long. It was flavoursome and reasonably sized, portion wise. Prices are also reasonable. Worth visiting every time

Food tastes excellent and fresh. The price is of good value. Service is a bit slow, ordered only 2 chai and waited for more than 10 mins.

Small intimate place. Lovely food, not expensive. I had a hazelnut chai, and it tasted authentic. Will be heading back next week to try something else

Desi breakfast is seriously bland! The whole premise of a desi breakfast is it should at the very minimum come with 'masala beans' but not here. Just your standard out the tin and on your plate luke warm beans 😂 parata is your standard Shaana kind and the omelette was probably the only saving grace! Only just! The karak tea was okay but thankfully I don't live in Wolverhampton so wouldn't be coming back. £7/8 for the above, save your money and make it yourself at home.😂 Flop. Staff were friendly and service was quick I guess..

nice food however, parathas are frozen and always get hard after a while, and the chana definitely needs more flavour too it, its really plain and needs more spice to it especially if this is a south asian owned business? omelette is good, karak chai and pink tea are amazing, love the gulab jamun and ice cream,,, donuts are lovely and interior is cosy.

Music very loud can't relax at all. Waiting time very long doesn't worth it at all. Been there few times same all the time not going to be back thank you

Fantastic service and great food at the Chai Hubb on Broad Street, Wolverhampton. My wife and I had the “Desi Munch” with Karak Chai. The chai was amazing! The pistachio milk cake was also delicious. We will back again I’m sure. Highly recommend this place.

Staff and owner are friendly, ordered a few times either collection or delivery. The "chai" is just powdered tea, just like any other place these days. Parathas are frozen, only fresh thing about the desi breakfast is the omelette the rest is heated. Sadly this is the case with most places these days : nice branding and packaging but mediocre food.

Mixed experience. Food quality was good. Good service and overall a good experience. However the Chai was more a milkshake rather than karak, so they lose a star.

Used to pop in here all the time for Karak Chai and desi breakfast, will not visiting again due to the minimum £5 on card system now in place, i just want tea i feel forced to go cashpoint or bring my bill up to the minimum amount, will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Varieties of tea. Loved the Pink Chai and samosas. Ambience is also good.

I got gulab jamun Sunday and it was amazing , great value for the size for £4.99 and you get round 4/5 gulab jamun I believe I had7, which was a pleasantly surprised. The shop is well presented with nice decor and looks visually clean. I sure will be back as a regular for this desert as long as the gulab jamun in each cup remains consistent as this is my favourite desert. It also came with whipped cream on top 😋

It’s a good place with delicious food and reasonable price.

I ordered samosa chaat, and it was served well. I was in a hurry, so I burned my mouth 😒 and it muted my taste buds 😂. Still, I would say it wasn't that bad. Clean and clear but so costly.there was only one samosa with channa and sauces, and it cost me £5.49. Most important it is Muslims shop. So without any worries, Muslims should go in it.

Great food, delivery service abysmal - I had to chase many times. Staff at restaurant did their best but no good ordering food that doesn’t arrive circa 2 hours after delivery… still waiting although food says delivered!!!

Ok tasting food. The guy was a bit rude making a rude remark about the change. I said you can keep the change it was 1p and he said he didn’t bring it anyway in a rude way. Not impressed. Food was ok nothing special unfortunately. I feel like this place is getting worse

Easily my favourite place to order takeout from - food is always fresh, full of flavour, and with generous portions.

Over all a very mixed experience. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Not too much variety in menu but reasonable choices are there. Few items are highly over priced. We ordered paninis and karak tea. Both tasted nice ..tea was really karak. Paninis were good but quite hard. Order took approximately 20 mins to arrive... Food is halal. It's basically a small cafe with 15-20 ppl seating capacity. Management needs to review their prices. Off road parking is available. No toilets. Good for a quick snack if u order in advance to collect.

My Husband and I went to chai hub today to have Steamy hot karak chai for the very first time And It was amazing in taste. We also had Chicken wrap Pranthna which was delicious 🤤. Warm and Welcoming staff. Amazing service. I am going to be their regular customer. More grace and success to Chai hub and kitchen staff.

Your Cinnamon chai tasted very good, I enjoyed every taste of it. However, your Chicken Paratha wasn’t too my taste. The colouring of the chicken was too red, and you added way too much sweet sauce, also the paratha wasn’t made fresh it was from a frozen food place called Shana Paratha. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering any food from there, but will definitely come and grab a Chai from your place.

The best Indian tea in Wolverhampton hands down. The prolific chai drinker that I am, I felt lost when I landed in uk till I found this gem. Karak chai as expected was awesome but then one must also try hubb special chaat and the piping hot donuts my kids enjoyed. If you are in West Midlands and love chai, this is the place.
