Ordered on uber eats at 6 30pm to be delivered at 8 30pm and received a cancellation notification at 8 16pm. Not acceptable as waited 2 hours for food to be delivered when could have ordered elsewhere.

Waited over an hour for simple breakfast items to be delivered. Delivery time kept being put back. Poor quality, bacon was barely cooked. Had to cook it again at home.

Excellent food, wonderful service and definitely recommended.

We had a late lunch on Friday at Cafe Maxsim. It was our first visit and we didn't know what to expect. As it was a pleasant afternoon we chose to sit "outside" and were delighted to be shown to a private patio area at the back of the cafe. This was a delightful place to enjoy some good Tapas and delicious homemade desserts. If you like Tiramasu - then their homemade is a must. There was a great selection of Teas and Coffees including Yerba Mate - served in a gourd container with special drinking straws. This cafe offers a very eclectic mix of Spanish, South American, Greek and Asian plates. The staff/owners were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect spot for a lunch. Will be back again for an evening meal and to experience the lights at night in the 'secret garden'.

Being phoning Jivans for several months now and not getting a pick up, does anyone know if they're still in business or what's happening?

Siempre tratamos de apoyar a las empresas locales cuando cenamos o recibimos entrega a domicilio y este es uno de nuestros favoritos para ambos. Comer en: El propietario es siempre atento y amable. Pequeños extras como pan auténtico fresco y dips son una ventaja, pero siempre apreciados, ya que son tan sabrosos. Atienden muy bien las verduras y subartículos donde pueden. También puede tomar su propio alcohol, así que un bono antes / después de las noches de fiesta. Entrega: Las porciones son tan abundantes y bien presentadas como cuando comes. Es difícil encontrar lugares vegetarianos/veganos decentes y sabrosos que entreguen, así que estoy muy contento con el variado menú. Significa que puedo elegir algunos platos diferentes cada vez y no tener que predeterminar las decepcionantes patatas fritas de un lugar de comida para llevar convencional.

I have been visiting this restaurant for 30 years and Joseph and his team have always been brilliant. I always had “balti chicken tikka rognee saucy” which isn’t on the menu. Always perfect. Sadly Joseph has retired and sold up so I won’t be able to go back to my fave restaurant. It’s now closed. I want to wish Joe and his team all the best. Martin F

Best chicken in the city clean and good smell

Went here with my girlfriend and we decided to have some Indian street food and bubble tea after a University open day Fantastic service, a lovely young woman served us and the food was served in 20 mins. We had Keema Chicken wrap, a Saag Paneer pitta and masala fries. Very nice taste, spiced greatly and the bubble tea was very nice. Authentically made! Wish they had a bathroom though. Will be returning very soon! Thanks guys :)))

Ordered stew chicken, rice and peas, they must have had a bad day , because I have ordered before, but on this occasion the stew chicken was very dark in colour (I was trying to make out what it was, as it looked like, not chicken) and the chicken pieces were sooo tuff and found it hard to chew, did not enjoy, it went in the bin waste of my money. I ordered via Uber eats, so I could not return the food. So disappointed.
