We had a late lunch on Friday at Cafe Maxsim. It was our first visit and we didn't know what to expect. As it was a pleasant afternoon we chose to sit "outside" and were delighted to be shown to a private patio area at the back of the cafe. This was a delightful place to enjoy some good Tapas and delicious homemade desserts. If you like Tiramasu - then their homemade is a must. There was a great selection of Teas and Coffees including Yerba Mate - served in a gourd container with special drinking straws. This cafe offers a very eclectic mix of Spanish, South American, Greek and Asian plates. The staff/owners were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect spot for a lunch. Will be back again for an evening meal and to experience the lights at night in the 'secret garden'.

I have been visiting this restaurant for 30 years and Joseph and his team have always been brilliant. I always had ābalti chicken tikka rognee saucyā which isnāt on the menu. Always perfect. Sadly Joseph has retired and sold up so I wonāt be able to go back to my fave restaurant. Itās now closed. I want to wish Joe and his team all the best. Martin F

Went here with my girlfriend and we decided to have some Indian street food and bubble tea after a University open day Fantastic service, a lovely young woman served us and the food was served in 20 mins. We had Keema Chicken wrap, a Saag Paneer pitta and masala fries. Very nice taste, spiced greatly and the bubble tea was very nice. Authentically made! Wish they had a bathroom though. Will be returning very soon! Thanks guys :)))

It's a pity that this, once favourite, place to eat has resorted to scamming its customers. The business has ceased trading. Yet you can still place an order from the website, pay for it (funny that š¤) and then have it's status immediately change to 'closed' upon receipt of your money. The telephone number for Kimono just rings out and the new sushi business trading from the exact same address uses ignorance to bypass what is obviously an incredibly underhand way of taking funds from unsuspecting patrons. Its fraudulent. No confirmation email. No food. No way of contacting anyone from either business. I would avoid HiTokyo, the 'new' restaurant too, that's based on my experience of trying to resolve the issue. Just dreadful. Zero stars.

Visited here on a weekday lunchtime, there was only one other person in there, staff were attentive and helped me with the menu as I was unsure on what to eat. Food arrived promptly and was nice, if you are not keen on spice then have no spice as the sauces there are spicy even if you have mild. One thing I think need mentioning and needs taking in to consideration is that the staff need to be wearing gloves when preparing the food, as I watched the staff prepare the gyros and wraps for other people who walked in after us, then pick up their mobile phones and be on their phones then carry on making the food. Mobile phones carry approximately 25,127 bacterias per square inch, to be precise. This makes cell phones one of the dirtiest objects we come into contact with every day. And after picking up the phones continuing to make food, actually made me feel sick to be honest. It was also quite cold in here and it made it uncomfortable to sit and eat in the cold. Due to the above I wouldnāt eat here again.

Myself and my husband have been going to Tunwalls for lunch, breakfast and evening meals (mainly before Wolves football matches) for quite some time. In our opinion it is the best cafe in Wolverhampton by a long way - the staff are excellent (itās family run) the food is always freshly cooked and delicious and the price is extremely reasonable. We wouldnāt eat anywhere else and would highly recommend it - one little tip if you want to eat there and the Wolves are playing at home make sure you book itās a very popular place.

Popped in as it had been refurbished. Place looks great now. The garden has also been done and is spacious-there is a pergola at the 1 end with long benches and screening to protect from the wind. Hanging baskets finish off the look. Well worth a visit.
