Friendly service, really good quality kebab when I had it and extremely cheap. I came early in the day and looked very fresh. Plenty of place to sit also. Incredible value £4 odd.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I always get their fries because they are cheap and extremely delicious. I have no idea what they put in these fries but it always makes me want to come back for more every few minutes. Highly recommend this place. The workers there are always so sweet and greet you with a smile every single time.

Food is average but I have a major issue with the hygiene. The workers are handing cash/coins with bare hands and then preparing your food with it. Halal food should be prepared in a clean environment with clean hands, your hands are NOT clean if you've been holding coins/notes which harbour bacteria/germs. Dedicate someone to deal with the cash or wash your hands with soap before preparing food. Have respect for yourselves and your customers. You wouldn't serve a guest in your house with dirty hands, so why would you do the same for a paying customer? The Prophet Muhammed (saw) said: "Cleanliness is half of faith".

I had a very disappointing experience at Zamzam Shawarma due to the poor management and unprofessional staff. I ordered chickpeas and bread, but the service was shockingly bad. Instead of placing the bread on a plate, they handed it to me directly with their bare hands, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. When I pointed this out and requested a proper plate, the staff were rude and dismissive. They even told me to leave if I wasn't happy with their service. This level of disrespect and lack of basic hygiene standards is alarming. I strongly advise against visiting Zamzam Shawarma. The management clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or proper food handling practices. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that values its customers and maintains proper hygiene.
