Brilliant place brilliant service .Cant fault it .Staff are so polite

Had Christmas lunch and paid for a box for the family This year was a carvery which we all enjoyed and preferred, after last years set menu. The lady who was looking after us was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to her. Unfortunately though the room was cold. The wall heater was on and I asked for an extra heater which was supplied without any problem but it took the room a long time to warm up due to the glass doors that overlook the pitch. It is quite pricey but you are paying for the overall experience of where you are and the service.

I visited the restaurant recently with colleagues. It has a nice view inside the stadium. The service was nice and the personnel tried to attend to everyone's needs. The food was also good (see attached photos). Overall, a very nice experience! I would visit again.

Incredible experience, amazing food, lovely staff!

My daughter and her partner booked us a birthday meal for the four of us, but we were very disappointed in both the meal and service, we had wrong drinks bought twice wrong meals bought, and the beef was so tough that we couldn't eat it, the veg was very sparse and we had about six tiny roast potatoes so we were very disappointed with our meals. We were served by two young girls which were very polite but kept getting orders mixed up and when we were asked if there was anything wrong with our meals, they said they would let chef know. We were asked by both waitresses but nothing was followed up by either the chief or the management, so once again we were disappointed. So unfortunately we could not recommend our meals or the service.

I booked a birthday party for 40 people on 25th July, booking is on line only ( through a booking agent) I completed the booking and had to pay in full. Unfortunately 6 guests could not attend, I did try and amend this but was told I was unable to do this. Many emails back and forth later, I was still unable to get any refund. Although we have had many large parties here previously I will definitely not book again. The standard of food and the service were both not as good as previously, due to low staff numbers. Please be aware when placing your on line booking.

Great food, great staff, great venue

Great food and great ambience within. Been here several times now, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Food quality is good and the views of the pitch are incredible. Really a quality place to come, even if you aren’t a Wolves fan!

Staff and location great but food average

Superb food and exceptional service with gluten free options. A must tick off bucket list experience but we are sure you will go back time and time again. Fantastic veiws of the stadium.

Food was good. Drink prices not bad considering the lovely ambience looking out over the pitch : )

The food was excellent as usual & the staff are fantastic. Being in The Boardroom takes away from the ambiance somewhat. There is no view of our beautiful, marvellous stadium to accompany your food.

Excellent meal.We had the roast beef and the salmon .Very good service.The staff were very well trained impeccable service.We will definitely eat here again.The fact that decaffeinated coffee was unavailable a minor point.They couldn't apologize enough.

Booked this as a gift for my Dad and was not disappointed! The food was amazing, very generous portions and the staff were so friendly and polite. It was great being able to enjoy such a lovely meal looking out onto the grounds. We had the set Christmas menu and it was great value for money. Will definitely be going again! :)

Fantastic! Great value and superb service. I was a bit skeptical coming here having been invited for a family birthday. Lets just say i was pleasantly surpised. My preconceived notions were that it would be a upgraded whetherspoons style meal. I couldent've have been more wrong. The food was consistent and to high standard over the 3 courses. Im not going to go into too much detail but the food was better the the price paid by quite a significant margin. The service was also as to be expected. The staff were young educated and very helpfull. They were also not too afraid to have a joke which made a nice change.

Had my sons 21st birthday meal here, well what can I say from the start Charlotte who I was emailing was spot on never had to wait for an email she answered any questions straight away, lovely girl, on the day was greeted by the restaurant manager Mathew what a fab guy he is very easy to talk to and made us all welcome, Dan the man around the bar was fab very welcoming and always had a smile lovely guy, the waitress Beth and waiter Kieron was very patient and helpful I know it's there job but they made us feel so welcoming and down to earth the food was absolutely amazing from start to finish actually the beef and steak was by far better than miller and carter hats off to the chefs will be back very soon
