I ordered a oat latte and they used semi skimmed milk instead. I was in a hurry and I didn't say anything but that is not ok at all. What if I am intolerant? Will they be responsible? Not nice.

I used to use this takeaway after the Bantock Balti closed and it was just about OK but no great shakes. Went in tonight and ordered a Tikka MAIN and some pappadums. Came to nearly a tenner. Got home and opened lid and there were 8 TINY pieces of chichen. Phoned to say they had given me a starter, but they said no the amount was correct!! Told them I'll NEVER be back again. Wasn't even tasty and pops were not fresh. Absolute RIP OFF. You have been warned!!

Came here for lunch and was really disappointed. The drinks and food is quite expensive for a general pub. One of us had the trio of meats Sunday roast; what a stingy portion of meat there was and it was served luke warm. The other meals from the menu were nice enough but not value for money. The worst thing about our visit was the number of dogs. I realise this pub along with many others are now 'dog friendly', but my god, trying to have a nice meal with the racket of uncontrolled barking dogs, even in their own part of the pub was annoying. Owners were also seen throwing food on the floor to the dogs. We ate our food quite quickly and therefore didn't really enjoy it, just to get out of the noise. Waste of money and will not be returning. Awful.

Visité a granjeros y amigos como estaba planeado para tomar un café mientras actuaba unos cuantos correos electrónicos. Encontré una mesa y me fui directamente al orden ya que estaba solo. Esperaba bastante tiempo para que me sirvieran en la caja. Había un miembro del personal haciendo cafés y otro haciendo todo - I. E tomando órdenes a las mesas, limpiando mesas, tomando órdenes en los cafés. Me decían que alguien estaría conmigo en breve. Si no hubiera estado tan lejos de otro restaurante probablemente me habría ido en este punto. Pregunté si había wifi y me dijeron que no. Ni siquiera podía usar mi teléfono debido a la falta de señal o Internet. Pedí un café con leche y brownie que llegó a poco más de £ 7. 00 que estaba bien, no demasiado caro para lo que tenía. Hubiera tenido algo más si hubiera wifi pero terminé y me fui. Granjero y amigos se están perdiendo valiosos negocios al no atender a la clientela que trabaja. No me apresuraría a volver desafortunadamente, tal vez era un día libre, pero estaba bastante decepcionado.

Visité la galería de arte en una mañana tranquila y nevada de domingo. Decidió almorzar aquí. Personal amable cuando llegamos. La comida (dos bocadillos) llegó muy rápido. Los sándwiches eran geniales. Ensalada de col blanca era un poco raro - un montón de ella, y muy difícil de masticar! Bebidas calientes (té y café Earl Grey) además de pastel - muy bueno. Sin duda comería aquí de nuevo.

Staff members are rude. Not a nice place to visit at all. Definitely won’t be attending again. Questioning what was in a cocktail caused all sorts of drama and rudeness. Terrible

Gran servicio, muy educado y la comida siempre es genial. El personal siempre reitera lo que he ordenado también para asegurarse de que lo hacen bien. Siempre estoy pidiendo para la familia y son quisquillosos! Lo recomendaría a familiares y amigos.

El personal era increíblemente frío y grosero - hombre más joven y mujer mayor, ambos con gafas. No por favor, no gracias. ¡Honestamente me preguntaba si los había molestado en una vida pasada! Es la primera vez que voy y definitivamente no volveré. Fue una experiencia extraña.

Incredibly they managed to get £35 for a 2 course dinner (2*£35=£70) up to £120! With only 3 drinks! This was done by over charging on 1 beer and automatically adding a 10% service charge. £11 for house red? Food was good, but the price was excessive!

New awful trading hours now closed for Sunday lunches. In fact closed more than open now. Very disappointing that if you stay at Prem Inn you can’t get an evening meal. Webpage still advertises old trading hours and Sunday lunch!
