Staff members are rude. Not a nice place to visit at all. Definitely won’t be attending again. Questioning what was in a cocktail caused all sorts of drama and rudeness. Terrible

Called in for a quick drink before theatre,bright happy staff,bonus!!! tried a few of their shots,different .Would go again.

What a find, great large pub which was not too full when we visited. Nice comfy areas and the drinks were not over priced. Good range of beers as well as nice menu for those wanting something a little special. House wine was only £6 for the bottle and it was not a bad glass!! Or four. Great friendly staff who were polite, a must if you want a reasonably priced meeting place, with atmosphere that is set at a level which allows conversations to happen.

We visited Cuban as a group of 8 and as always it lived up to expectations. It was £2 entry but you got a free shot at the door. The cocktail bar on the right hand side of the building is great you name it the waiter can make it. The atmosphere in Cuban is always great a must on a night out in Wolverhampton.

Friday night 10.30 it was really busy, you get in and you cannot move much. Crowd was very young. early 20's max. Don't get a girl going round to sell vodka jelly at £1 each, you could keep her behind the bar to serve and it will make service faster. Music ok, lounge at first then a bit of house. Not my sort anyway.

Great bar with good selection of shots, always attracts a nice crowd. Possibly due to them not succumbing to the awful music genres the rest of the bars in town are playing.

Had not been to the Cuban exchange for a while and a few friends wanted to go , we had a great night , music was good and there is a cocktail guy in the corner near the door to smoking area knocking up some great cocktails ! Best non chain bar in wolverhampton

Been going to Cuban for years for its music and it's great value £1 shots.. Great place to meet friends, but sadly something as always overshadowed the place.. After a visit there last night for a quick drink after a meal with friend it was extremely clear what that was and its the rude bar staff, rolling there eyes at the most simple questions, rushing people into decisions when the place was empty anyway.. Fortunately the music was on point as always. Will more than likely go back but it's only for the VIBES.

As a non alcholic drinker when I go out to clubs/pubs it's normally the same old drinks j2O, coke and squash it get a bit boring. I asked at the Cuban exchange if they made non-alcoholic drink, I was surprise when they took me over to a side bar with a polite gentleman who asked me what I wanted I asked him to surprise me. The cocktail I received was flavoursom exploding the taste buds with every sip. The glass was elegantly decorated with juicey fruits. It was stunning!!!! The only down side was the price £3.50 a glass its was only an extra 60p for a alcholic one with a jelly shot. Over all I was very pleased with the service and the cocktail itself.

I'm really enjoying coming here. There is usually lots of people which means not much space left. But still very enjoyable place. I love the cocktails they serve, a bit pricey but very tasty :). Great for quiet drink or load night. Recommending to everyone.

Popped in for the famous shots.. Walked in.. Got served over priced drinks and witnessed of what can only be described as drunken students and a dj playing really stupidly loud techno.. walked out..

Just a night in town with friends, we came to cuban exchange for some drinks. We were pleasantly surprised by the costs of certain drinks. I inquired about a shot, which prompted a rude response from the bar tender. I'm not sure why she was rude to me, but I didn't do anything to deserve it! Maybe she is inexperienced in the customer service area with a lack of manors. Or maybe her rudeness is targeted to certain people, I don't know. Hopefully she will be trained and brought up to what is considered acceptable in today's customer service.. Hopefully.. PS it made my cuban exchange experience sour which is a shame!

Great value for money especially on a Thursday, awesome atmosphere and lovely staff! I have rated the food as one because I'm pretty sure they don't do any!

close to the civic hall ,disabled parking right out side the door,quite drink rather than yate,s bar ,good pint of banks,s nice selection of cocktails,no meals but they do sandwiches,cuban theme but quite bare really

Love this place as they have a good crowd who comes and a good mix of females. the music is very good

this by far the best bar in Wolverhampton,I have been going for years and it has outlived nearly all the other independent bars there is not charge to get in on fridays and saturdays which is always a bonus.try the squashed frogs shooters!

Una festa privata e il locale interamente riservato non hanno snaturato l'atmosfera di questo pub, situato proprio nel cuore di W'ton.L'ambiente è quello classico dei pub inglesi con parquet di legno, alti scaffali carichi di bottiglie di vino, grandi divani di pelle e una fila di tavoli che offrono la possibilità di sedersi a conversare con gli amici mentre il DJ propone musica di gusto eclettico.Il catering è stato affidato ad una ditta esterna, ma i cocktails e le birre venivano spillate e preparate dalle esperte barman che non si sono fermate un momento per garantire che tutti gli ospiti avessero sempre il bicchiere pieno e l'allegria fosse alle stelle.Una bella festa in un posto che ispira convivialità dove poter essere certi di passare del bel tempo insieme agli amici
