Lovely place, great staff, good food, nice and spacious dining area and outside bit. Playground for the kids as well as indoor play area so that’s nice. Toilets always nice and clean. Best sweet potato fries.

The service was great. The waiter was spot on when asking for additional sauces etc. I took my family there for a Sunday dinner. The only downside was the size of the dinners. So there’s a £5 difference between the children’s Sunday roast and the adults Sunday roast but when they arrived they looked the exact same size. I said to my wife that we may aswel of ordered 7 children’s meals. Aside from that I would recommend this family friendly pub.

Don't bother ordering food here. Can't ever get an order right and by the time it's been back and forth to the kitchen several times it's cold. Reject the food and tell the kitchen exactly where they should shove the food.

We visit regularly, this Sunday the portions were much smaller than normally we just had two half potatoes each and the beef had a lot of grissle in it and when this was cut out there was very little meat left very disappointed this week will try again if it hasn't improved we will have to find somewhere else to go

Staff , environment, food and drink are really good

Came today with 2 others their meals were fine but my gammon fat was burnt black the pineapple was also burnt, itwas busy with the bingo so didn't complain, but if I come again and the meal isn't up to standard I will definitely be sending it back. I worked in catering for 25 years and would never have sent a meal out like that.

Lovely local pub located centrally in Bilston. Great food (normal pub fayre - Burgers, Pies, Currys etc). Good fast service and lovely staff.

Burger served in a tin dish what was all chipped wouldn't of gave the dish to a dog

Booked a table for my birthday, was so excited to spend time with my partner booked for a roast, went to order and got informed that the ‘machines were now off.’ As someone who works in hospitality if carvery’s end at a certain time that needs to be made clear on the menu or on the booking. I don’t understand if there was a booking why wouldn’t “the machines stay on.” The menu was very limited, place was very grimy. Left before eating there.

Nice surroundings considering location. Food is average. Bit too much sauce on everything. Service okay. Pleasant but slow.

I was looking for somewhere to take my wife for a surprise meal out and decided on the Bankfield. Apart from the loud group on the table next to us, we enjoyed our visit. The food was great. (My fish was huge and meaty) And the wife enjoyed her Gammon. We'll be sure to visit again soon

We were greeted with a friendly smile. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. There was a good selection of ales and the quality was very good. I would recommend this pub to anyone.

The food is excellent served hot and in good time lovely friendly welcoming pub however one of the waiters who served us failed to meet the customer service expected but the manager was excellent and resolved the lack of garlic bread very impressed I didn’t even have to argue would definately return credit where credit is due

Good atmosphere and service. Food was excellent- all of my party said how good their food was. The only issue was that it took a while to order food at the bar as there were only 2 staff on and it was very busy

Given the wrong meal (ordered chicken pie delivered Steak). When complained it took ages to replace - so my Wife had finished her meal. No apology!

An excellent place to visit and eat. Good inexpensive menu, fast service and excellent quality. Only downside that no popular draught bitters available.

Food is very cheap basic pub grub. Not great

The whole evening was ruined by you parking régimen and the unfair treatment received afterwards. I will never use this pub again and that comes from a Shareholder who regularly dines in Marston pubs.

Overall food was good ,beef was chewy not a fan of red cabbage on Sunday roast,service was clean fast

Cannot find a table on Tuesdays as always got reserved for bingo wouldn't it be better to keep some tables available for people who don't want to play bingo 😞😞

Came here for a lunch unaware that it was BINGO from 1pm so could barely hear ourselves talk. We were made to feel very unwelcome when we arrived, even though it was near empty at the time. We were told there isn't room. But didn't explain the upcoming bingo, as we would have found somewhere else if given the information. Food was OK, bit generic and overcooked mixed grill. Felt very overcrowded as the bingo crowd came in and surrounded us and the tannoy started calling out numbers.

Too Busy, Quality not up to scratch considering the price. Weatherspoons need not worry........ Next visit July '23. Much better now its not so busy. This is because they had to bring in parking charges to deter non-customers from using it as an overflow car park for the Sports Centre next door. Customers get a full refund of said charges at the till where it's knocked off your bill. (KEEP THE TICKET FROM THE MACHINE!) Still on the pricey side though..... Next visit Mar '24. - update on the car park. There are now NO CHARGES for the car park, but you still have to register your car's reg.no on the screen just inside the door. Due to many customers falling foul of the excess charges imposed by not using the parking system correctly, the pub is now quieter than it should be. This is great for customer service, but I worry that the brewery will 'call time' - which would be a shame. - Look at what happened to the Crooked House..! (profit before people). We are losing too many pubs without another being added to the list. If you go to the website, you can download a money off voucher for the food, which makes it much better value for money.

Food is horrible. Everything is so greasy with no taste. Couldnt eat my food as it made me feel sick with how greasy it was. Only time staff come over is when they bring your food not to check if everything is ok. Wasn't busy. There was someone lying in one of the booth with his feet on the chair and children running around inside the pub screaming

Mediocre facilities. Wouldn't recommend but wouldn't discourage anyone. Drinks only and they didn't get an orange juice and lemonade right.

Went to the Bankfield inn on Mother’s Day. Was very busy but props to the staff and Tracy who served us (a big table of 7). She ensured that there was no cross contamination as one of our party had an allergy. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of food we had. Also, upon arrival, there was a little goody bag for the mothers in the group which was a very lovely touch. All in all, very pleased with this place. 10/10

Visited the bankfield Inn for some food and drinks we we served by Tracey, lovely lady and always helpful. Great food menu including gluten free, and dog friendly which is fab.

This is a great pub with a friendly atmosphere. I only had a pint of beer to clear my head after a hard week but liked what I saw and have scheduled a meal with my family in the next couple of weeks. I highly recommend a drink here.

Went 8n to get food, stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be served for a drink and seated for food and every member of staff looked straight through us as if we weren't there and continued serving other people on the other side of the bar.

Absolutely rotten. Do not go. Food doesn’t come as said. Ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans I had about 5 beans on my potato and don’t even start me in the state of the jacket. Friend ordered hunters chicken and my little finger was bigger. Knives forks POXY. asked for more beans as I’ve paid for jacket potato and cheesy beans and they told me to pay extra.

I came here for a meal with my boyfriend, his mom and his son. We ordered food and drinks. Service was outstanding and food was really delicious. They forgot our onion rings so Tracy sorted it out with a rapid solution and given my partner a free pint. Staff members are really friendly and happy to help. Went here for first time since it used to be the white rabbit and i got say wow it was really nice in here and the lady who is called Hannah on the bar she was so friendly and very helpful. I noticed when we sat down that loads of her customers has connection with her Thank you again and even that you was busy Hannah like the rest of the staff she always seem calm

Food was the best I have tasted, don’t know if you’ve changed anything but usually I can’t eat all the chips because they didn’t taste good. Our waitress Hannah was very polite and friendly. My Rocky Road Sundae only had one small scoop of chocolate icecream and no vanilla, wasn’t worth £5.25 I didn’t mention it at the time because people were playing bingo so we just left

We've been using The White Rabbit/Bankfield Inn for four years, and it just gets better and better. There's a wide range of beers on tap, from mild, stouts and bitters to ciders and lagers. It's all kept so well - I know. I've tried most. The service is second to none, and the staff always makes us feel welcome: cheery, polite and genuinely happy to serve. The pub maintains a great family atmosphere, with plenty of tables spread through several dining areas, from the bar to the restaurant and settings in between. There's a large outside hut for smokers, adjacent to a fabulous play area for kids, which is well-gated for their safety. With a separate outdoor area with a big screen, it makes for a great place to drop in on a summer's day. There's ample room for parking, it's only a 5-minute walk from Bilston bus station, and the 43 (to West Brom) stops right outside 🚉. The beer is reasonably priced, and the food great value. Highly recommended!!

Really enjoyed the evening, bar one issue. Lovely restaurant, nice decor and atmosphere, food was quick, hot and large portions. Only issue was with my desert. I asked for the Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake and Ice Cream, but someone forgot to make the cake hot. Overall though, good evening and will be coming again.

Went for a spot of lunch with my mom and the waitress said her name was summer, she was lovely, brilliant service and felt so comfortable, she did especially well with my mom and her dementia, as she is usually quite reserved, they had a lovely chat about the bilston area, will definitely be returning!!

Food is very nice, all the staff are so friendly i was served by summer and she was so helpful and kind. it’s a lively pub with good atmosphere. Would recommend to any one to have a pint in here

Came here for food last week with my family, we all really enjoyed the food. The cocktails were lovely, i believe a girl called Summer whipped us some up, we would definitely recommend and this won’t be our last visit.
