Good food, drink and customer service as usual. It was busier than usual but the staff were excellent with how they managed the workload.

Had a delicious lunch of fish and mash it was served by the excellent jo who always looks after you highly reccomend will b back soon

The food was fantastic, but the pub was swarming with flies! It was surprising to find the bar sticky and dirty, especially since it wasn’t busy.

I went with my friend & we were shown to our table immediately Jo served us & she was excellent throughout despite my friend spilling his drink

Awful experience from start to finish. Booked a table for 4 people at 7.30 pm.on a Saturday night for my husbands birthday. We were given the menus and after quite some time the waiter came to take our order. As we started to order the waiter told us the dishes we were ordering were not available and neither were many others.. why on earth weren't we told this when we were given the menus? No apology at all. Food when finally came was basic , certainly not worth the money When we asked for cutlery, this was basically thrown at us by a female waitress . She also took our plates away with no question of was eveything ok with your meal etc etc Customer service- absolutely none existence. A very disappointing experience and not one we'll be repeating .

We arranged a surprise meal and had prebooked food. when we arrived we were greeted and given a large area especially for our group. The staff were patient and attentive with people running late, a meal change and the amount if people there were. The food was lovely, hot and cooked fresh and all came out together. The head waiter/barman was outstanding and couldn't have done any more for us. An absolute credit to the company. Thank you Waggon and Horses, Wombourne for hosting such a lovely for my family.

Not good . Both starters were forgotten. First choice had to be changed due to lack of correct sauce. Steak was ordered as ribeye. I have my doubts. Was really tough. Waitress was friendly and helpful. And honest.

We had yet another lovely Sunday lunch at the Wagon&Horses Wombourne on Sunday 17th September. As always great prompt service from Jo who always makes us feel 'special '. First time visiting Waggon and Horses with my partner. We were met with a warm and friendly welcome from a lady at the front of house. She showed us to our seats and took our drinks order. She was very polite and also the drinks came very quickly! Then we met Jo who brought the drinks over and was going to take our food order. She was very welcoming, making us laugh and took our food order with ease. Food was served to us by Jo very quickly, food arrived plated beautifully, hot and a generous amount (as we ordered the trio Sunday roast). The extra pigs in blankets were worth the purchase! Jo made sure everything was okay with the food and later on came back to take the empty plates away! Big thank you Jo for making us feel very welcome and we will definitely be visiting Waggon and Horses again!

Impromptu evening meal with 2 sets of friends. One of which is has specific dietary requirements. We were greeted by the manager Charlotte who was lovely and then our waitress (Lily) was very polite and helpful. Will return again soon
