Costa Coffee in Wolverhampton

Messed my drink up then was rude to me and my family .

That has got to be the most horrible latte that I have ever had, although I had 3 sugars as well as some kind of syrup!! Still tasted really very strong!!!!! Most definitely won't be coming back here!!!!!! 😤 😡 😤 😶‍🌫️

The service is second to none here lady Clara very very polite approachable and didn't make me feel like my anxiety was a problem went out of her way to do her job just what I needed when I was having a bad day

As far as Costa’s go this is a bad one. Filthy dirty tables rubbish on the floor. I only ordered a hot chocolate and it’s nearly cold, I’d return it but I don’t wish to spend another minute in this place. I’ve asked for my table to be cleared and they’ve cleared every table except the one i asked them too

Food overpriced for what you get and the staff need to learn a bit of customer service no smiles no care just arrogant hate coming to this one always get the same cold reception it shouldn't matter how busy

Este tiene que ser uno de los cafés costeros más lentos que he tenido la desgracia de visitar. Solo 2 empleados detrás del mostrador y esperó casi 20 minutos para ser servido. A pesar de tener 2 superestaciones, solo una estaba en uso en cualquier momento y la señora que servía tenía que parar constantemente para ayudar a preparar bebidas. Las mesas también necesitaban aclaración, ya que no estaban limpias para aquellos que lograron obtener una bebida dentro de un período de tiempo razonable.

I have been very often, but in last 4 weeks they made Coffe very bad very bad.

Didn't eat, so no comment about food. It's a drive-through; I felt it made service in the building quite slow

Waiting for ages, people coming in grabbing seats then queue. Got my order after 20 minutes then no seat. Asked for drink in takeaway and refund for not sitting in. This place is always like this everytime I come.

The biggest Costa we have ever been in. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get served but there was someone cleaning the tables and cleaned ours as soon as we sat down. I liked that the toilets were not communal. We only had a cappuccino this time no food.

Why is it always freezing cold in this branch. cold and the doors wide open. it's a wet cold day not midsummer how about some soup on.the menu and a healthy option of some sort would be good. increasingly I prefer starbucks at this location. its warm and has different food choices

Want to have a cup of coffee inside, been given takeaway cup because they closing in 30 minutes and not gonna wash cups after customers. Ref Barista Claire we are been treated like intruders in this strange and dirty place

FREEZING, No heating and the door wide open. Was advised that both have not been working for a while. Paid £4 for a lattee which went cold in in minutes. NOT A JOY, MORE LIKE ENDURANCE. Not sure if this a cost cutting thing by costa

A smile would be nice!. Ordered small cap. Got a medium. Time and time again your staff do not listen. Have lessons not been learned with recent allergy tragedies.....sandwich was a bit like cardboard.

Lovely place to pop in while shopping. I love my cappuccinos ans kids lives theirs sweets from Costa.

Me & my friend go here occasionally for a coffee & a catch up nice coffee shop clean & tidy friendly staff & reasonable service they also do pup cups for dogs so even your doggo can have a little treat my dog absolutely loves them haven't tried the food but I suppose it's tasty & delicious all in all a very good place

Love Costa….I go at least once a week…It can be expensive….though breakfast i can not fault…staff always polite and friendly…not always a clean table maybe that could be looked at… But will continue to use Costa…

Slow service, grubby, tables dirty and generally poor cleaning overall. Pop in to Greggs next door. Better overall.

Great place to pop in while shopping. However in busy periods the table arent well looked after and the toilets… ehm. Desserts are very sweet for my taste but the drinks are perfect. Employews are very friendly. Unfortunately the prices grew quite a bit.

A large Costa Coffee at Bentley Bridge Retail Park. One of the biggest I've been to. Close to the bus stops to / from Wolverhampton Bus Station.

Set in a good location in the shopping area. Always seems clean. Staff are good at cleaning the tables up, after customers have left. A good selection of food and cakes, if a little on the pricey side.

Great for me to grab a quick drink and do some work while I'm down in that area

Great service, this is my regular place and service is always great. Sometimes due to arthritis I struggle to hold my tray and the staff always offer to help without asking. Any delays in the queue the staff always apologise for wait before taking order. Thank you

Called at this Costa on Bank Holiday Monday at 16:11, only to find it closed. The temporary signage for the bank holiday weekend had been amended, clearly by the staff. The original time was scratched out, and instead, 16:00 was written. All the shops were busy as was the car park. Well done.

I visit this Costa at least once every week or so usually and I absolutely love it here!! Every staff member I’ve encountered is genuinely bloody lovely. For a while I was always coming in for a double espresso before my gym session and one of the staff members began remembering me and had a double espresso ready to go for me before I even got to the till! I’ve never had a rude encounter with anyone here, it makes me want to go in more just to say hello! Helps that their lattes are always top-notch, too. I’ll usually grab a sugar-free vanilla oat latte and it’s always super tasty and made quickly. As long as the queue isn’t too big I’m usually out the door in less than five minutes! Would always recommend coming here over the Cineworld Starbucks for good coffee and friendly faces.

Costa Coffee, Bentley Bridge is a lovely place to indulge in a cappuccino and a lemon muffin as I did, it’s the usual Costa fare with coffee choices to blow your mind, long gone are the days an instant coffee to go, this is serious good for your taste buds, the snacks on offer will cover most of everyone’s taste buds. The site is perfect considering it’s location with many big shops around it and especially as Sainsbury’s coffee shop is closed, there is more than adequate seating and it’s kept impressively clean, even the toilets are spotless a big plus for me, this Costa I will return

I do love a Costa but one thing I didn't know was that if you order a babychinno they are free, I asked for a hot chocolate in a baby cup for my young daughter and wasn't charged for it, when letting them know they told me babychinno's are free...its also on the board but I've never paid attention 😂 Update, babychinno are only free in certain costa's...

Spent nearly £20 on a couple of drinks and some food, then had the cheek to ask for 20p for 2 knobs of butter

Some expensive hot bean juice. The tables were quite mucky on my visit too, had to wait for one to be wiped.

Asked what gluten free food they had ,they didn't know, they said have a look at back of everything. They should know working in z food industry. But they did say vegetarian food we said no gluten free . They should know difference

Plenty of space and always nice to watch the world go by. Coffee and cake is lush. Even better now it has been refurbished. Some of the staff could do with going to charm school however, some of the nicer staff have left, but overall its a really pleasant place to go for half an hour

Had the misfortune to visit here this week. And yes it was nearly lunchtime but the queue was ridiculous and only two servers. Another woman was filling up the sandwich fridge. Oblivious to how annoyed people were. When she had finished filling thrfridge she made herself a drink and we never saw her again. Great customer service. NOT. I only wanted a cup of tea. Which i eventually got and how I wish i hadn't. Expensive price cheap teabags. Weak and tasteless. Will never go there ever again. Terrible place.

Love my costa but staff looked a little miserable

The staff here are some of the unfriendliest people I have encountered at Costa or coffee shops generally. One one occasion I was physically escorted to another area of the store and told to stay in that seat On another I was shouted at to not sit in a certain area because the floor had been mopped. On both occasions the store was only around 40-50% full. My treatment wasn’t an isolated case as others received the same “Customer Service” levels. I work in the retail motor sector and understand the importance of a consistent level of service. Sadly consistency here seems to be pitched at providing consistently low levels of that service. Shocking, dreadful people with an appalling attitude and would not recommend this particular store.
