I needed somewhere to work, have dinner and wait for my daughter to come out of a gig at the Civic Centre... this restaurant was the perfect location, only 5 mins from the Centre, lots of free car parking and really great service! Thanks to Chi Chi for giving me a table out of the way with access to a plug and looking after me for the 3 hours I was there.

I went in for breakfast and a lovely lady called Peps took my order, she was an absolute breath of fresh air, really happy and smiley and singing along to the music (she had a lovely voice) The food was lovely and hot, thank you for looking after me :)

My friend from Holland and I were served by Tracey,, Fiona and Ellen and I can not fault the service at all, friendly and there for customers and the table behind were celebrating an anniversary and they provided a cake with a candle and an indoor sparkler. I work in the customer facing sector and know how important Customer Service is for all their customers and only give feedback when its well and truly deserved.

Great service with excellent food, we had the meal deal so had an evening meal with friends and then an breakfast in the morning, a twenty minute wait in the morning which we weren’t told about but the breakfast was hot and with fresh fruit and tea it was very good.

I attended with work colleagues for the Christmas meal. I was very disappointed at the vegan meal I was served despite us booking months in advance. Apparently, they had no vegan/vegetarian gravy as they had "run out." Therefore, my "very dry" dinner consisted of potatoes, vegetables, and a dry piece of quorn (not sure who would serve quorn like that without any kind of condiment). Suffice to say I did not attempt to eat it at all. Recommend that they don't offer a vegan option if cannot provide a decent one, also we booked months in advance so why were they unprepared, did they have a rush on for the vegan Christmas dinner, highly unlikely? Also go out to the shop and buy some, numerous supermarkets in the local area. Starter of soup and dessert were OK. My work colleagues said their food (including turkey dinner) was oK. Would not go again. Waitress, however, was very good, polite and apologetic.

A great restaurant in Wolverhampton a short walk away from the city centre. They serve an amazing breakfast with a variety of options like fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. It's the perfect spot to start your day with a delicious meal! Peps was our server and made us feel very comfortable and happy .

Cooked to order buffet just for cereals, breads, drinks etc. Very efficient welcome and seating. Lovely breakfast brought to me by the friendly and bubble Peps. Really enjoyed the Black pudding.

Ate here for dinner and breakfast as part of the premier inn meal deal. When booing in for the evening meal, lady asked what room I was in for the meal deal. She then lreceeddd to ask my partner what room he was in for the meal deal, and she struggled to comprehend that we were in the same room, but then it clicked we were a couple and she seated us. Dinner was really good, although did ask (and was charged for) to upgrade the steak to 8oz on the mixed grill but only got the 4oz and asked for it to be rare and was more medium. Service was quick, but maybe that caused the mistake? Breakfast the next morning was not as nice. Instead of it being buffet, you ordered and it was bought to the table. The sausages looked a bit anemic and had no colour and the hash browns were soggy and cold. Also they had the world’s slowest toasters going, not like the usual conveyor belt ones in other hotels. But we were fed and watered with a smile and food was good enough.

We were served by Andrea! She was really friendly and game for a laugh and a joke, still bringing in the sales and providing a good service. Thank you Andrea!

I have stayed away from home for work a lot recently and this has to of been the best place so far. Ellen & Andrea where particularly amazing along will all the staff here! This has to be one of the best places I’ve eaten at in a long time, staff are happy to help and nothing is too much trouble for them! I will be back here a lot over the next few weeks and I’m glad I will be dining here for this time.

Food not great. Porridge like water. Bacon had no flavour. Poached eggs were hard. The service from the front of house staff-EXCELLENT. Attentive, polite, pleasant, smiley, and professional.

We visited the Bluebrick for a family get together and having read some previous reviews my expectations were not high. However our experience was excellent- the staff were super friendly & helpful. Particular credit must go to Tracey, who was also on duty when we had breakfast there the next day - she was both helpful and friendly and is a good ambassador for her company. The food could not be faulted - three of our party had the cheese topped chicken & ham pies, which were delicious and piping hot (and served on hot plates which is often not the case). All of our group enjoyed their meals and breakfast the next morning was equally good. I would definitely visit again (we are already planning to do so).

Can't fault the server Andrea :-), She really looked after our party with food and drinks. The one meal Smothered Chicken was too burned and not flavourable and the Nachos didn't come with Guacamole, salsa and not much cheese as not provided by Table Table, but Andrea knocked the one meal and a whole round of drinks off the final bill so no problem is no big or small to be rectified by the staff.

Total value for money, quality food and beverage, serving staff second to none, they could not do enough for us, nice relaxing atmosphere. I have an intolerance to gluten and this is the nicest full English breakfast I have eaten in a restaurant, the staff were knowledgeable about the gluten containg food which made me feel safe to eat there. £9.99 for all you breakfast is an out if this world bargain!

The waitress Peps was just lovely, she was running around making sure all the customers were happy whilst also running many jobs. The food was NOT lovely though. The cooked food you have to order which surely means it should be fresh but it was over cooked, poached eggs were more like hard boiled eggs, and I didn't even receive what I had actually ordered. The continental food choice was lacking and when we ask for a couple of the items to be restocked we were to they don't put more out.. we was not told this when we booked or arrived and paid....the manager did then ALLOW us a few extra pancakes and crossaint but not enough for the amount of guests within our group let alone all the other customers. Definitely not worth visiting again. Even a visit to the toilets was disgusting

I visit many premier inns throughout the country and consequently have the meal deal. Without doubt The Bluebrick in Wolverhampton is the best of its type. The friendlyness of the staff is off the scale. The food is also at the top end of this type of cuisine. Tonight was no exception with great attentive service from Andrea and a well cooked sirloin steak.
