unfortunately i didn’t get served, customer services no good, i’m at the till, and instead of the assistant informing me she will be with me shortly she continues to make a drink possibly for an previous order. but for me communication is the key… i had a train to catch and didn’t know if i was gonna get sever or not and felt ignored. :-( GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY

Called in with a colleague for a coffee and a croissant before travelling. The member of staff couldn't have been anyone disinterested. I tried to engage with the member of staff serving, but her sour attitude made that impossible. The coffee was not pleasant, and the croissant was stale. Not a great experience.

Was served this morning at around 8.40 - service was polite and prompt and the cafe was clean and tidy, and my coffee was ok. Unfortunately though, the almond croissant I bought was stale, which I only realised later in the morning consuming it at work. This is a worrying indication of quality control in the cafe - for the prices Costa charge now for their food and drink, and generally in an rising cost of living climate where going out for a Costa coffee and pastry is becoming more of a luxury, the goods need to be of high quality to match, and something as simple as replacing pastries that have been there for a while is a basic method of quality control that really should have been met, for the full price I paid. Sadly this fell really short of my expectations and I wouldn’t be inclined to return for food again - I hope they sort this out for the future.

Hands down the worst coffee I've had and I drink a lot of coffee. It's always bitter. (Tried it 3 times) The vegan options are very limited compared to other Costas no oat.milk only their own blend which is really dry and not nice.

Been about three times since it opened at Wolverhampton Station. Couldn't get the WiFi working here. A bit small inside. But not far from the new tram stop terminus. The toilet was out of order this time.

Lovely guy at the train station costa made my experience pleasureable. Will look forward to using this costa when travelling soon. From the Card factory employee. 😁thanks pal

God service - drink well made and the customer area was very clean and tidy.

I find their prices extortionate but people pay it - hell I pay it. Service good atmosphere ok.

I cannot personally understand why people rate this store as 1 star without thinking of the ramifications of doing so. Rating a store 1 star unnecessarily reflects upon staff members, it puts unnecessary pressure on them, and results in management taking these ratings on face value rather than realising it is often the result of a bitter difficult individual who has no conversation ability or problem solving capability, where an approach to staff to sort out any issues there and then would result in a fairer score without needing to resort to being a keyboard warrior. I use this store regularly, like daily and I have done for months. The staff are honestly and literally so very helpful, lovely and chatty, they work their socks off even when it is baking hot and the queue is out the door. Nothing seems too much trouble. Special mention about Erin, great personality! On the couple of occasions something has been misheard or missed, I've mentioned it and it has been immediately sorted. We are all human. Most of you out there need to develop some personality, conversation skills and simply to just be a nice person. If you are a member of management reading this and you use face value public negative ratings as a stick to beat your staff with, hang your head and learn to be a leader and not a manager. Your staff are diamond's. Give them a management hug rather than come down on them. Staff need encouragement and praise not constant berating!

Unfortunately they were only selling tea as the coffee machine gave up the ghost

Lovely young lady serving- smiley and helpful. Had teacake with butter, sausage bap with brown sauce, two americanos (one with caramel).

I suspect this coffee would not be that terrible if the baristas would actually clean the portafilters before brewing... It just tastes muddy, simply because there is always leftover grounds in the portafilters... Also all milk jugs had leftover milk ... Please do better

Great coffee love the blueberry frappe

It's not a huge Costa and it's fairly basic, but it's clean and the coffee is good and there's the usual selection of coffee, cakes and pastries on offer.

After day out in manor house in Birmingham came here for a quick coffee, lovely little cafe and nice girl that served me will come again!!😀

Lovely Costa although it should have been made bigger. Friendly staff and a nice place to sit. Love the fact it has lots of charging points. I would have given five stars but, rather frustratingly, this Costa often closes earlier than advertised.

Opening times are incorrect, closed at 6:30 on a Friday

Had the nicest Vegan Sausage sandwich here, I felt bad for the staff as they had such a massive line with only two members of staff on, but they held their own.. 🥪 Soya Chai Latte and Oat Cappuccino was well made and flavourful!

Located at the entrance to the station, perfect before catching a train or even whilst changing trains which we found very convenient. Fast and friendly service was experienced from the staff on our visit. Comfortable seating and lots of natural light, plenty of USB & plug sockets at seats for charging your devices on the go and the hot chocolate was excellent. Would visit again if needed.

I m regular customer of costa I been to Costa Wolverhampton train station at 6:50pm. The staff member Dan was standing at the door he goes we r closed . I asked him what this Costa shop gets close . He goes at 7 pm I said look it's just 6:50 pm .He goes doesn't matter I decided to close. The girl was standing at the till goes we r open. But Mr Dan decided not to let me go in. Ridiculous
