Guy behind the counter was so unwelcoming, mumbled answers to questions we had. Food had a led taste to it, salt and pepper chips were literally just plane chips, better off going to spring hill chinese. Won't be going back, what a was of £30

Sometimes the food is really good quality. And other times not so much. It's not bad for the price all considered. Not much aesthetically but it is a take out and not eat in so it doesn't need to be I suppose. Service is always fast too.

Worst take away, dont waste your money or time

Really good food and within walking distance of our home. 3 in 1 tray is an absolute bargain as we ended up getting 3 normal portions of what we ordered in it. Food is always hot and fresh and it all tastes good!

My family and I have been coming here for years, the best Chinese takeaway in the area in my opinion. Food is always hot and delicious. Highly recommended.

Ordered chicken chow mein was horrible. Process chicken is disgusting. Not the only time the food wasn't to a good standard either. Isn't the lad behind the counter to young to be working there.

Ordered for first time in a while, food was delicious, lovely and hot and quick delivery 15 minutes will definitely be our Saturday night regular again

Avoid! Took over 3 hours for my food to be delivered, and when it did finally arrive the food was freezing and greasy! Do not purchase food from this Chinese! Spend your money else where.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! The delivery driver phoned us and told us where he was. He was not in our street. He asked if we would go and meet him to pick up the food. It was raining and I was in my dressing gown as I thought my food will be delivered to my door. After explaining that to the driver (he was having none of it at the beginning) he finally agreed to bring the food to our address. When I asked why, he just shrugged his shoulder and said he didn’t care. Each time I asked he got more ambivalent. Finally when he had his money he told me to f@&k off as he turned and walked off!!! I feel that take away food on a weekend should be a nice treat and it just ruined our dinner and part of our evening. We phoned Lotus House and told them only to be treated by someone who sounded half asleep. Their answer was ‘erm, erm, uh okay’. They didn’t apologise at all. Very angry and would never recommend. There are plenty of places to get great food and a friendly smile from these days. Lotus House, you need to sort out this problem. Also the food was mediocre.

Lovely place for your take way and great prices plus you can get dilverly as well.
