Knight's Village Restaurant, Warwick CV34 6AH England, England
Terrible place - only place to eat for a family. Very little choice, expensive, bad food and bad coffee
Terrible service. Refuse to give you coffee in proper cup even though they have stacks of them, because ‘we don’t wash them’. So masses of plastic it is then.
Long queue and slow service to top off the experience.

It was our first time visiting here, although we was welcomed with a lovely smile from a waitress called Chloe, who was very patient with us and read us through the menu as it was our first time. She was very polite and conversational. It was quick service, although when one of the burgers did arrive, there was some things wrong, though Chloe took it straight back to the kitchen and got it sorted with minutes. The food was absolutely gorgeous, and we absolutely recommend the Korean burger if you like a little bit of spice. We did give Chloe a tip and told her to keep it for herself, although she Clearly, is a team player and honest as she put it straight into the tip jar. Definitely will be coming back, hopefully get Chloe again!
A lovely Mother’s Day meal for our family of 5, the bar was really welcoming and Nicole was absolutely fantastic in making our experience special and tending to our every need! Will be back soon thank you all!
I stopped at Warwick Services (Southbound) on my way down to London.
The first port of call for anyone stopping at a Motorway services must be the toilet, and I was glad to find these airy, spacious, light and clean.
I was disappointed however to see one of those stupid, misguided "inclusive" signs on the disabled toilet door. This seems to be a 'Welcome Break' back-patting measure, as I seem to remember their services at South Mimms had an equally misguided sign. How inclusive can one be being, when you designate an entire space for people whose idea of inclusivity may well be using the facilities of their preferred gender?
I understand toilets designated for the disabled, as this incorporates accessibility issues, but someone's idea of gender should not render them consigned to a specific area, surely? Still, Welcome Break have put up a sign, and so they will be patting themselves on the back in their Diversity and Equality department, whilst someone claims a £50k+ salary for this ludicrous idea.
Anyway, away from toilets (in most senses) and the next thing I saw was a KFC. Standard services issue there - nothing out the ordinary.
Next up was the pretentiously named 'Pret a Manger', along with a place that abandoned any sense of pretention years ago - Burger King.
There was a Subway, which is where I decided to get something to eat, and I was impressed with the staff. They were lovely. The food was your standard Subway fare - no complaints from me.
There was a massive Starbucks, as well as a surely superfluous Subway drive-thru outside. I'll never understand that.
There was a Krispy Kreme, for people who like sickly doughnuts, and there was your smattering of shops, including WH Smith and a Waitrose, though the latter is, at time of writing, currently undergoing renovation and closed.
There is also one of those weird arcade Game Zone places for people with severe gambling addictions. These places surely can't be long for this world.
Im delighted to say that there is a Postbox on site. Just inside the main doors. One of the newer, large plastic ones. I was very pleased to see this.
The car park is ample, though the spaces are tight if you drive a large car.
All in all, and self-congratulatory toilets aside, this is a good service station.

I ordered a pina colada....was literally just pineapple juice. I asked the cashier if I could change it as I did not like plain pinapple and could not taste anything else. Apparently I should of tasted the coconut as the smoothies are all pre made powder.
Do not order smoothies, disgusting and not natural, lord knows what they're made of.
0 for customer service as most buisnesses even small independent ones would do an exchange as good will, plus it probably only cost them 10p to purchase.
Poor quality and value food for the price . Sorry to say this is our local park . Children’s meal £5.50, over priced , two chicken nuggets a few chips and beans. Jacket potato with half a tomato, one slice of cucumber as a salad.
It is a lovely cafe, the cakes were yummy and the teapots were great as it meant I got 3 cups of tea rather than just one. The manager was really friendly and interesting to chat with. I'd definitely go back as it was much more personal than most cafes where the waiters and waitresses don't even look at your face throughout the order, service and payment.
Two people making coffee, two other members of staff drifting around trying to look busy but doing very little.
8 people in front of me ordering coffee and toasted sandwiches. I just need to pay for two bottles of coke and a bag of crisps, unfortunately I was made to wait forever to pay, as I say two other members of staff drifting around trying to look busy did nothing to help.
If they were a bit more observant they would have noticed me and the guy in front with the same things… NOT A CHANCE
We usually sit inside at Costa in Next but as the weather was glorious we thought we would sit outside Nero. Sorry it’s back to Costa next time.
This food was appalling Chinese curry was mis coloured didn’t taste pleasing at all and chicken didn’t taste fresh, I will not be going back here again and was really disappointed!!
