Everyone in the local area had hoped that the pub would change hands this month. It has to. This pub over charges and staff are inattentive. It used to be the hub of a lovely village. Now it is avoided by all locals.

Customer service is great and can always have a banter with the ladies working there.
However, the food they serve simply doesn’t make sense whatsoever. The fundamental ingredient of Katsu Curry Chicken is the chicken itself, how could you serve a dish named after that without the chicken??????
unfortunately this is the last time I will be going to this Starbucks after 2 previous and now today getting my order wrong again. I pay additional to personalise my order and end up with a standard order which is not what I ask for.
I feel the team there may need further training as this service is really poor. By the time I realise my order is wrong, we are half way out the car park. Not going back
I go for breakfast every week but the last 2 weeks have been horrible the bacon is just rubbery and fatty the egg is burnt it's just not nice the drinks machine was cold and the cups are dirty the staff take ages to serve even though there's about 5 people behind the counter just not good
Food is really good and a good price, nice old building in line with what I expected from Warwick itself as an area. The staff were so good as I have fussy children and they bent over backwards to accomodate them
Myself and my husband met up with our daughter for something to eat. There was a huddle of young girl assistants and we had unfortunately interrupted them. I asked one young lady if a table could be cleaned. She picked up the cups and glasses not attempting to wipe the table, My daughter wanted jacket potato (basic) but the kitchen closed at 2.00 and it was 2.30. This was the only table and 80% of customers were on laptops and mobiles with only an empty cup or glass. This will not financially support your business long term. There was a young lad trying to be helpful but was outnumbered. The teas came two thirds full with no sugar or teaspoons which we had to ask for. This took 2 trips, then a cake arrived and an apology from the young lad saying they had run out of scones! A replacement was chosen. Nobody appeared to be in charge, experienced or interested in working in hospitality.
We will not be returning, sorry for the inconvenience.
