Wow! The sandwich artist we had today was brilliant! I felt bad for her because of how busy it got with online orders and physical customers at 8:30 on a random tuesday night. But she smashed it and kept a positive attitude throughout! Im sorry i didn't get a name but thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

Accidentally placed the wrong order on the app and forgot to add chicken. Went in early to ask them if they could add the chicken (happy to pay extra of needed), to be told they would NOT do it and a new order would need to be placed. Absolute waste of time.

Slow slow slow. Questioned everything we asked for. Can't have this, can't have that. Can't refill drink. Charge for sauce to go with hash browns ( never before) asked for 3 x 6 hash browns, all put in same box, this was not helpful as our autistic son struggles if you touch food near his food we had actually asked for 3x6. Complained to us about wanting jalapenos on a sandwich. Took so long we nearly offered to do our own. Did not want to wait for our APP to update as there was 1 person waiting so no points put on or the extra 250 bonus points. Only redemption was the food was good.

Subway was all good apart from the new fries. They was very dry & chewy. Order came on time.

Ordered from here and they "forgot" the main part of the sandwich. Basically just got a cold sandwich full of sauce and salad. Tried to ring them but was ignored and they've refused to send me a new one. Just don't bother ordering from this store.

Good place for snacks when you are in retail park. Very good staff. Not busy use mobile app for getting quick service. Can utilise lots of big parking space. Near by good shops for exploring.

The shop didn't have the right bread, so called us to select a different bread. We're happy.

just wish you wouldnt put the cold drink in with the hot sandwich, it makes both worse.... Also delivery dude seemed miserable. didnt utter a word and i had barely got my hands on my food before he let go and left.

Ordered two BMT sandwiches and was expecting them to be made correctly so was focused on my phone for one of the orders. When i arrived home i found there was no meat on either one. Called the "owner" of the store who was very rude and wouldnt let me finish talking to explain. Then said it was my fault that they were made wrong as I should have been watching them like a hawk to make sure its right. Then offered to refund one sandwich which was fair, however then she decided thats not what she said and instead said next time we come on they will get us the right one. Very rude and unprofessional. Staff themselves arent much better always look like they would rather be anywhere else.

Ordered the delivery about two week ago , however, one order was missed. I given them a call and asked a refund for the missed order. They admitted their mistake, and agreed to refund. However, has not been received since then.

Dirty tables, once I have asked staff for a cloth as I wanted to clean the table - the lady went and swiped the crumbs and dirt with the vinyl glove she held in her hand (not on her hand!). The crumbs were gon on the floor, but smuged sauce still lwft on the table! Also the staff behaved like they are during the punishment time, not at work (however maybe it is the same for them). The atmosphere is awful, literally get the sub and leave, feel like unwanted customers.... Definitely one of the worst staff and atmosphere... And I'm visiting many Subways across the country...

Excellent time, friendly, and well mannered

Owner is incapable. Horrendously run outfit. They don’t have a store contact number meaning you have to message the owner directly on WhatsApp in order to make adjustments that they should give you the option to make in-app. My advice would be to avoid to save disappointment.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ordered from. Unhelpful and rude staff. The sandwich are good. I would not order from this location again.

Asked for a cup to drink my Sprite from - told they charge for them!!!! For the first time ever in the UK, I was refused tap water !!!!! Won’t be coming back.

Phone call received at the time food was supposed to be delivered with a question about what salad was wanted with a wrap. If I had wanted salad in it I would've ordered it. Delivery time was set for 12pm which was the designated time for the meeting break. Everything had to be move around as the food was late.

What can I say make your own subway? Fantastic value for money.

This location has lots of parking. That’s where the convenience ends. This location suffers from an under trained staff and a poor layout. The staff back and forth whilst making sandwiches is inefficient. I had hoped for a more pleasant, clean environment. I won’t be back to this location.

took over a hour to arrive and then was cold.

Ordered a wrap but when it came to payment they overcharged. The cashier refused to offer a refund for the difference even though the sign clearly states the price. I asked for a full refund out of principle and again they refused. Eventually the staff member phone called the manager and after about 10min later finally honoured the difference. This experience has left a sour taste as the food was now cold and has put me off from ever going back.

Regularly have upstairs closed so that they don’t have to clean up

My order never turned up and I was charged £17.63!

Service is unreal; slow and pretty much zero communication. The manager came out, interrupted the order to belittle her staff in front of me, which was embarrassing. The manager then proceeded to storming off to the back room grunting and sitting on her phone. Unbelievable. Sub way nice. Wedges were partially cooked and they did not have seasoning or a dip, so had to ask twice. I was repeatedly asked if I ordered regular or large wedges, even despite explaining that these were part of the upgrade. The communication is poor and it was very difficult to understand a lot of the staff members; not ideal when you're ordering several items. Place was dirty and the table was not stable, so couldn't eat comfortably. Coffee is good.

Consistently out of fillings and breads, staff are disinterested. I have fed this back to the owner/subway in the past, but there has not been any improvement. I would highly recommend visiting the Subway on Victoria Terrace instead which is a far better Subway.

How could this this even a Subway? Apauling! Took 15 mins to make a 6 inch tuna, followed by horrendus customer service with rude replies and lack of basic social skills. Tuna was gooey with doughy bread that didnt even look like it had been baked properly. Might have to make a phone call to Food Standards Agency as the standard of cleanliness in this place was far below any subway I've been to. Never going again.

Sent 6 hash browns instead of 9

Went into the subway and asked for two foot long steak and cheese and the server gave us a extra tortilla with steak which we did not ask for and then we went to add extra things which were hard to explain as I can not eat hot 🔥 things as my partner can. And we got fed up explaining things to staff so ended up paying for extra tortilla we don't need and not getting extra topping we wanted as there was a cue of people waiting and it cost us £21 customer service was not good in this store won't be going back there again

This store is always very disorganised. They start a customer order and then it gets left half way through to sort out a delivery order. This means the sandwich is left going cold after being toasted. I suggest they only start delivery orders once a customer order is fully completed. This has happened numerous times I have visited. Also the rewards system wasn't working so they couldn't validate a free voucher just because the system was down. There are better subways shops in the local area.

Although Subway is a national brand, you would expect the service, shop cleanliness, and hygiene to be at a high standard. This store lacks all of the above and is somewhat in need of some staff training development. The store has upstairs seating, but the chairs, tables, and floor were not cleaned. The food was OK. But it wasn't like hot hot/fresh. It kind of felt/tasted luke warm. Hope this review gets picked up and looked into. I'm saying for the stores benefit. I can see previous reviews have also commented on other issues.

The bread was different to what I asked for and also I asked for extra cheese on the ham subway but wasn’t only 1 portion

Got over charged and had to show 2 members of staff how to add up on my phone to get the refund that I was over charged by then after getting home and having the food realised they still missed out the cookie I payed for. Staff tried to blame the owner for changing the till stating it wasn't there fault awful service!!!

Avoid this subway at all costs , better driving to the one in stratford. Poor service and the portion of food was minimal compared to other subways , I ordered a footlong with extra cheese and the extra cheese I had was essentially a teaspoons worth.

On Sunday afternoon around 14.00 was in the queue for a subway they could not cope with the pressure at all and was very rude. I noticed a Rat running past the counter and left the shop immediately and all the customers was shouting for there refund. Dont go there it's dirty with all salad on floor. Dirty place and rude staff they did not care about the rat they said it came from next door. Dirty people and staff are freshys

Josh was moving veery slow, she was completely disinterested in doing her job, she doesn’t know how to make a sandwich (which is not really hard) and doesn’t understand english. The worst subway experience by far.

I went to Subway at Leamington Spa retail park. The service was quite poor they were not able to manage the orders coming at lunch time, the serving staff was running here n there..alarms coming off from oven..staff was looking puzzled and looking each other. All this made me to wait for long time to get my sandwich made and then had to wait at till to pay as there was no one. On top of it I was disappointed when I found the bread was over baked and was not tasting good.

It is a legal requirement to give a vat receipt when asked. Phoned the store to be told that it is just eat but then Just eat are saying that it is the stores responsibility. One of you need to sort it or I will be contacting HMRC as you are not following the law

No free tap water available. I've never been refused tap water at any restaurant or cafe as an otherwise paying customer, including other Subways, but apparently the policy at this one is no free tap water. Food was OK, toppings very uneven and minimal, had to ask for extra of each things as so little was added the first time. Impolite staff.

Sub-standard. The staff don’t speak fluent English meaning I had to point and gesture and I had no clue what they were trying to say. The seating area is filthy no tables have been cleaned and the staff don’t seem interested in any of this. This is the reputation you build yourself.

Ordered 2 lots of hot food, came cold, clearly wanted to get the food out cause of the time of night, disgraceful. Didn't even attempt to cover it up, cheese on the nachos wasn't even melted... I'm raging, good job I'm not in walking distance. Hardly a healthy option if you'll get frostbite from it

Store was very much clean, quick and easy , workers extremely polite and family friendly. Would 100% recommend on a family day out or even a quick stop for food!

I recently went to this subway and was impressed by both the staff and their performance. I ordered a very large meal with a drink and I was surprised by how quickly it was made, I think the guy who made it was called Elvio. Although it was busy during the lunch rush he was able to get my order handled without any problems. Whilst there was the brief wait for my subway meal, I took a detour to the toilets and I must say. Usually toilets at places like these aren't very clean. Not so say they are downright dirty, but usually you can just feel the uncleanliness. But this Subway was different. I can tell that whoever runs this Subway runs a very tight ship and doesn't slack on his duties. When I am next in the area I must visit this Subway. That Elvio gentlemen seemed like a very nice person with a warm smile and a happy hello. I also ordered a drink and a small desert as I was rather hungry at the time and ate inside, 10/10 will go again.

Very, good service and quality of food. I have been coming here quite a lot recently and I must say ever since the new manager Elvio has been put in charge, things have only been going up. He ensures that proper standards are in place and treats his staff accordingly and is not afraid to speak out his mind in a sensible and mature manner. Making sure that his upper management are aware of how to make things better for both the customer and staff. As well as that he ensures to deal with and rude customers in an appropriate manner and any conflict he must deal with is not his fault and as such it ensures we have a decent class of customers entering the store and enjoying a properly catered experience.

I got me a subway this afternoon and it was made very very nicely! The guy working there, a young manager named Elvio I think, he made my order great and was very nice, he was prompt and he even made sure the toppings I got were a little bit generous. He made the experience nice and was very helpful towards other members of staff too when he was asking for something. I knew I had to chime in as I saw a review absolutely slandering this young man and it’s absolutely untrue! Thank you subway and thank you Elvio for a delicious meal for me and my kids

Elvio was very rude,i think he needs to go and learn how to serve customers and be polite.Other staff was very helpful and polite,food standards kept ok.Not going to comeback,just don't want to experience Elvio attitude .only when he is not there i might come in.

I don't know if it's staff change or retraining but the quality has gone down a lot and prices have gone up. It cost over £16 for 2 standard subs on gluten free bread (50p per 6inch) They have noticably reduced the portion sizes of everything. I asked for more lettuce and you'd of thought i asked her to chop of a limb, i dare'nt ask for more sweetcorn, olives and gerkins so i left with my sub par sub and probably won't be going back. There are some new ingredients and a new allergens leaflet, which they seemed knowledgeable about which was really nice. I tried the tlc (tastes like chicken) sub and think it's a brilliant and welcomed option to the menu.
