Had a great experience, desserts was Lovely and came in a sufficient amount of time Thank you joey for you hospitality today

My 15 year daughter and her friends visited this restaurant for a treat before her visit to Birmingham Children's Hospital for a bowel operation, however during her visit male staff members entered the female toilets even though she said told them she was in there and still using them! She was obviously very upset by this and so was I so as soon as I heard I tried to contact the store to complain, but there is no phone number so I complained to the franchise head office in London and spoke to Roisin who seemed very concerned by what had happened and promised the area manager would contact me with in two days. Almost a month later, multiple emails and calls and I have not had any response from anyone about why they think it is acceptable to allow male staff members in to the female toilets, especially when children are in there, and so I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Very helpful gentleman behind the till (with glasses, sorry I didn’t catch your name!), very knowledgeable and accommodating for allergens. Disappointingly the only thing I could really eat was out of stock and I was told it was being discontinued 💔 but other options were generous portions and served very quickly!!

Me, my family and some friends went to Creams after a (well-deserved) pizza express! We each ordered something different, and it was AMAZING!! Service was quick and food portions are big!

The restaurant is nice although the layout needs improving. Overall the menu is great with a lot of sweet treats available but, cheesecake from cheesecake factory is very much over rated

Visited with some friends. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean. We felt that the food was nice and warm but needed more sauce and toppings for the £8.50 we paid. Would visit again but try more toppings.

Over rated ! This place could be buzzing and the talk of the town with just a bit more effort ! If you need the toilet, I’d advise you go elsewhere, it should come with a hygiene warning ! Let’s not talk about the back of the booth seats, need a proper clean down It is overpriced for what you get sadly, we are all about paying for quality, we like a bit of luxury. The children had a milkshake each, extra for whipped cream, extra for sprinkles ! And doesn’t look like the images on the menu. Yet to see a member of staff wear gloves when directly handling the food, or attempt a smile. Everything seems like an effort for them. This place could be such a vibe. If they worked on customer service, presentation, etc and no we didn’t mention it when there, you don’t seem approachable, all huddled together, whispering, constantly watching the customers. Sadly not for us, better places to go, we won’t be returning

Not sure if this place is still open. They're calls go to an invalid number and their Facebook says they're permentaly closed, and everytime I've walked by their doors have been shut and the lights are off. Can they please update their hours if they are still open?

Walked in as a group of 5 where we ordered cookie dough, waffles, and a shake to go. Cookie dough was alright but the waffles were pretty good, especially since it comes with ice cream. Staff were swift and patient, helping some of us in the group that were not familiar with the menu. Definitely will be coming back again when I crave waffles.

Terrible experience! Writing this review is my last resort, as I sent out an email and gave Creams plenty of time to respond but heard nothing back. This business does not care about it's customers. Poor service! I recieved my dessert and finished it all before my partner had recieved his dessert. I'm sure they had forgot to make it as we went up to ask and they made an excuse about the screen being broken. Yet were quick enough to get outside orders done. No apologies. They are more bothered about making money.

Big joke of a place- pictures of the food are nothing as served and the service is shoddy and unprofessional- disgusted and will NEVER visit this place again.

To the guy with the cap "serving" on the till to the customers who wasn't attending to anyone when I politely went up to him and asked - may I kindly use this menu in front of us? A rude deadpan look, a roll of the eye and a gesture with the index finger pointing to the guy next to you on the adjacent till was the condescending response This is the level of service acumen you have in you big head under that small cap. It was simply dealt with - "yes you may"; use words is what they say to kids in kindergarten mate. The rude behaviour despite no personality nor any manner to a PAYING customer is not necessarily what one walks in for when they enter your 2.5 star rated cafe - innit bruv? Consider a minus 1 if there was an option from the 3 of us that had walked and but two of us decided to not order anything thanks to this person's BS attitude. Congratulations -

We tried Bueno and Tropicool waffles. The waffle itself was fresh and very soft. Good gelato too. Bueno waffle is very sweet as they put a lot of white chocolate hazelnut spread, which is nice, but for me, personally, too sweet. The service was okay, and the girl who prepared our order was nice, she apologised for long waiting time. But the interior needs some upgrade... It's not very pleasant nor cosy inside this cafe, as all interiori s very dark, and the chairs looks really poor... But if you don't care about the interior and just want to have a nice dessert, then why not...

Creams is my go-to place in Leamington Spa! As soon as me and my friends entered the place we were greeted by the lovely staff and they accommodated us immediately! We ordered waffles, crepes and ice cream, and the food came within minutes! Creams’ desserts are my comfort food and they never miss! The place had big portions of food and covered in toppings! We got the Strawberry Indulgence Waffle, Kinder Bueno Crepe and a Cookie Crush Waffle. The ice cream was fabulous too, they have so many different flavours it is always a hard choice for us ;) The staff is very responsive and polite, and they always make sure we are having the best time!! Would definitely recommend to try it out whether you plan to go there with friends or family, and at any time of the day!!

A man that worked at this location of creamed said the s word when talking to 4 12 year old girls. I felt distraught by this as it’s inappropriate and disgusting I’m never coming back they just lost 4 customer

Went there Tuesday night before going across to the Cineworld cinema. The prices have gone up but the food was amazing. I had the triple cookie dough which is £8.95, the person serving was super friendly and the dessert was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Definitely recommend coming here for a treat! (The chairs could do with upgrading though as they're looking pretty tatty, which is a shame as it's a lovely restaurant)

So much fun! Really nice staff who explained what we needed to do to compile our sumptuous pudd! Shown to a table and perused the menu. Order and pay at the bar. So many choices and all yummy! Great age range, friends of all ages meeting up, family, dates, the venue was nicely full. No alcohol venue on a Friday evening! We each had a waffle with different toppings and good coffee which rounded off our drinks evening well.

Visited on a very warm and sunny day, so it was really busy. However the greeter was really friendly and found us a table straight away. Husband ordered ice creams for all of us and they were super fast and very reasonable scoops. The favours were lovely - all in all friendly and quick staff and very clean. Would definitely go again.

Over price and made out to be a lot better than what is it. Luxury white hot chocolate? Dont make me laugh, was anything but. Better off going elsewhere. As with everything prices have gone up due to inflation, but unfortunately for this this place; the standards don't match.

Very poor and late service. Only ordered 2 ice creams 1 sxoop each and waited for 20-30 mnts.... no idea why they took such long.... They should have made it straigth away.... Disappointed, their staff had to come and ask us what we ordered.... Ice cream was fine though...

Ordered a crepe, then told the machine isn’t working after I paid. Asked for cookie dough then got told they had no milk choc so didn’t really know what I wanted. No knowledge the machine isn’t working what ???? And no milk choc in a dessert shop that’s even more mad Staff we’re slow and unprofessional looked like they really care. Would have preferred a refund but told not possible.

I went to Birmingham cream ordered Crepe was cold I asked to warm up the staff were not happy, they were so rude give me soggy crepe I asked to give a proper crepe or refund they refused to give me a proper crepe and refused to refund too. I left the plate I couldn’t eat. Thy didn’t care. I can’t believe I paid with out eating. I was frustrated and upset

I must say I ordered desert yesterday by mistake my carrot cake never came and my son really wanted it, so I promised him I order it today and they send few extra ice creams (chocolate and white) and extra cake! What was very nice of the management, I’m so ill today to ring up and say thank you so I thought I post it and say a very big THANK YOU! my son and daughter are happy (they love it there not shearing it) yesterday the nacho and cheese was nice I never had it but my son enjoyed it! Sometime mistakes can happen and I’m glad it’s sorted I’m a very happy customer will definitely order again 😊

Waited 35 mins for one crepe, it arrived cold and hard with ice cream missing.

We ordered off deliveroo around 40 minutes ago. Order number was confirmed and had gone through. waiting for 30 mins the order said it was successfully delivered. We haven’t received anything. After looking onto the app we tried to phone leamington creams. Either the phone number displayed on Google is wrong or we were greeted by a very rude man. Who said ‘you got the wrong number’ we explained briefly. And he goes ‘just keep ringing then’ and ended it. The only number to be found is that number. After keeping the kids up to treat them with a creams, never arrived had rubbish service, and no confirmation to say we would be refunded. No apology. No contact from anyone working. I think this is appalling. Even if it is the deliveroo fault for not getting the order to us. It’s down to creams as a company to treat their customer with respect. First and last time ever trying to order from you. If I could give 0 star I would.

Ordered a 'thick shake' in snickers and rolo donut after my first few options were unavailable. The milkshake was such a thin consistency and tasted of just milk with an ever so slight hint of chocolate of which could not be determined. The donut was incredibly sweet layered with extra sweet sauce. Quite a waste of money for what ended up being a couple of sips of milkshake and a bite of donut.

Terrible service and no communication. Don’t bother, I won’t again.

I haven't got a bad thing to say about this place. I went around 2pm and the place was empty, staff made sure I got seated and helped me check allergens for the menu item I wanted. They were really helpful and nice. The waffle was super filling and really nice, coffee was good too. I would definitely come back here again!

Very substandard ice-cream and the red velvet was terrible! For the price paid, the quality, taste and flavour was poor. I am sure I'll never return to this place unless the flavours, how they treat their customers and the quality of the desserts are improved. I'm surprised how this place has survived so far!

When you request a kinder bueno sundae cause looks delicious in the imagine and what you get 🙈 This is not the first time im disappointed by this place, i said ill give them another try, well...no more. No customer service and you never receive what you ask for. First time i got disappointed was with a cookie dough which came cold and not crispy on the outside which im used to in other places, it was all soggy, not cooked at all. They looked at me like wtf you talking about and been told everyone eats like this and nobody complains. 🙈

Being diary intolerant I did a quick search of cafes that could accommodate me and Creams popped up. Stating plant based milkshakes with a variety of flavours, great I thought. On arrival there was a few choices of "sorbets" which is pretty 90's and the milkshake it's self was bland, watery and served with no personality in a plastic take away cup, what a boring soulless dessert place. Definitely won't be going back to a Creams anywhere.

Service was good but the ice cream wasn't an ice cream. It was extremely sweet and probably made out of pre-made powder ice-cream. Also, the cone started falling apart after two minutes. Very disappointed.

Very bad service and a lady was very rude because her card machine broken and refused to accept cash which is legal tender and she unable to accept because manger was absent or doesn't come forward. left the place without taking ice-cream because a lady who standing on cash till not fully trained. I urged to franchise to cancel the license of people's who are running the place with incompetent lady

One star is too much for this shop. Very very slow service , rude , waiting 25 minutes for an ice cream to go. I have asked for a refund and the manager said they will offer me 2 scoops for free but they don’t give a refund!!!! Never never return back and I will spread the word for it.

Come here for the first time. Was empty not busy at all. Waited to be seated no one come to greet us so grab a menu ourselves and sat down. Order a waffle. When it came looked nice but once I started to eat it was raw and cold. I sent it back and the staff said that how its cooked. She went to speak to her manager and he said we cant replace it because it was half eaten. I told her you can take it away as it raw. Poor customer service

Let me start off to say that the people that work here were really nice. But man oh man is this place dirty. The floors looked like they have not been cleaned for days, maybe weeks. It looked sticky, basically how a club looks after the lights turn on and you can see all the spilled drinks. It even smelled like a gym. The chairs are all sticky and you can even see stains of ice cream. We received the Ice cream in a dirty bowl and we did not even finish it. To be honest i do not believe any of the good reviews here... I really hope you guys clean the place after reading this..

Place was empty when we walked in so grabbed our own menu and had a seat, alot of the booth seats are in a bad way ripped in need of replacing, ordering was quick and took about 10 minutes for waffles and saunde and about 20 minutes for iced coffee and coke zero only 2 other tables in when we left food did taste great but pretty expensive for what you get.

Usually creams here is great, I don't mind them taking a long time to make my food or bringing me the wrong order because they're usually nice about it. But this time round the guy insisted that I shouldn't order what I was trying to order and wanted me to get something else which he said would be the same and it wasn't. There was no crockery or cutlery like there usually is, just a few dirty knives, so I had to eat my food out of a takeout box. Not to mention it was also filled with delinquents who should have been in school at the time. I don't really want to come here again to be honest.

The state the place has been left in with no tables clean but also next to no customers in is a joke. How long we had to wait for the wrong order to be brought over to then wait another 5 minutes on top of the 35 min wait we already had. They seem to prioritise online orders as no many desserts came to the table. Seriously gone down hill. No apology for the wait. Just a put down and run. Not impressive
